The Qur'an, apart from being a basic guideline in religion, has long been a primary data source in various studies and studies because of the richness of scientific concepts contained in it. Istifhâm as one of the various sentences used as a medium of interaction in the Al-Qur'an. In this study, the researcher discusses the istifhâm in the 20th Al-Qur'an juz. This research is a qualitative research with a research library research design. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and functions of the interrogative words (istifhâm) contained in Al-Qur'an juz 20. The data was collected using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments were data cards and recapitulation sheets. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the researchers found 32 data in the form of adawatul istifhâm, including hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, and ayyana consisting of 26 istifhâm majazi and 8 istifhâm haqiqi data which are divided into 9 functions and istifhâm goals.   Al Qur’an selain sebagai pedoman pokok dalam beragama sejak dahulu telah menjadi sumber data primer dalam berbagai penelitian dan studi karena kekayaan konsep keilmuan yang ada di dalamnya. Istifhâm sebagai salah satu ragam kalimat yang digunakan sebagai media interaksi dalam Al-Qur’an. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas istifhâm pada Al-Qur’an juz ke 20. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian library research. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis dan fungsi kata tanya (istifhâm) yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an juz 20. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling pertimbangan (purposive sampling). Instrumen penelitian berupa kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menemukan 32 data yang berupa adawatul istifhâm antara lain hamzah, man, hal, maa, aina, kaifa, maadzaa, am, dan ayyana yang terdiri atas 26 istifhâm majazi dan 8 data istifhâm haqiqi yang dibedakan menjadi 9 fungsi dan tujuan istifhâm.

This study aims to reveal the values of character education described in the verses of the Alquran, especially in animal verses (fauna), namely: bees, crows, and lions. The research method uses the Content Analysis method, with the type of library research. The primary data source is the Tafsir Alquran, the fauna verses and the primary source is the support. The results of his research then as for the values of animal character education in the Alquran, namely: 1) bees have the value of character education a) hard work, b) willing and willing to sacrifice, c) discipline, d) obedient and obedient, e ) trustworthy and responsible, f) independent, g) not looking for position, h) respecting the leader, i) beneficial to other creatures, j) maintaining cleanliness. 2) crows, a) intelligence, b) cooperation, c) faith, d) Islamic educational values. 3) Lions, a) courage, b) affection, c) sincerity, d) patience and e) cooperation. While the relevance of character to education are: a) Understanding of character helps formulate educational goals, b) Understanding of character helps formulate the characteristics and content of the curriculum, c) Understanding of character will help formulate the characteristics of professional teachers, d) Understanding of character will help formulate the code school ethics and discipline, e) Understanding of character can help formulate effective methods and approaches in the learning process, f) Understanding of character can create a conducive educational environment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine strategies for improving the work discipline of village officials in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research was conducted in Carawali Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach (qualitative research). Data collection was carried out by means of observation and in-depth interviews. The primary data source in this study consisted of key informants, namely the Head of the Carawali Village and the informants in this study were officials / employees of the Carawali Village, Sidenreng Rappang District, obtained through the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses the SWOT analysis method which is one of the methods used to describe the condition of a problem, and evaluate the problem, which is based on internal and external factors, namely Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats which then create a matrix. and assessment to find out the most appropriate strategy. Based on the results of this study, the most appropriate strategy to improve the work discipline of the Carawali Village Officials in Sidenreng Rappang District is to improve village apparatus services by conducting leadership training, utilizing human resources to participate in training in improving quality to use information system technology, improving coordination and supervision of village heads with other village officials, making clear SOPs on the rules and salary system to be applied.

This study aims to explore the value of character and philosophy of life of the founder of Muhammadiyah (KH. Ahmad Dahlan). The research method used is library research. The primary data source is the philosophy of the teachings of KH. Ahmad Dahlan, and the secondary sources are other books that are relevant and relevant to the research. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Content analysis method. The author's findings relate to the question that KH. Ahmad Dahlan bequeathed seven philosophies and his messages, in which teaches to be a visionary human being able to think ahead that is to be happy in the world and the hereafter. Character Value is exemplified by him, namely the value of religious character, honesty, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, valuing achievement, friendly or communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading social care and responsibility. The character education of KH. Ahmad Dahlan can support government character education so that it becomes an active character education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali nilai karakter dan falsafah hidup pendiri Muhammadiyah (KH. Ahmad Dahlan). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data primer adalah falsafah ajaran KH. Ahmad Dahlan, sumber sekundernya adalah buku-buku lain yang bersangkutan dan relevan dengan penelitian. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode content analysis. Temuan penulis berkaitan dengan pertanyaan yang ada bahwa KH. Ahmad Dahlan mewariskan tujuh falsafah dan pesan-pesan beliau, yang di dalamnya mengajarkan supaya menjadi manusia yang visioner mampu untuk berfikir kedepan yaitu supaya dapat bahagia dunia dan akherat. Nilai Karakter yang dicontohkan oleh beliau yakni nilai karakter religius, jujur, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat atau komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli sosial, dan tanggungjawab. Adapun pendidikan karakter KH. Ahmad Dahlan dapat mendukung pendidikan karakter pemerintah sehingga menjadi pendidikan karakter yang efektif.

This research examines the cultural symbols used in the badudus pangantin Banjar custom. The approach used is a cultural semiotics approach. namely studies that emphasize the symbols of a culture. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The primary data source was obtained from four resource persons in the Peat District, aged 60-75 years. Data collection techniques are in the form of (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) recording, (4) recording. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that the symbolic meanings of the Banjar bridal shower custom are as follows: a. symbol of baras longitude, banana, spray three times, tapih, mayang, banyu prayer, candle, carmin, bamantra oil, white porridge, black porridge and pupur with the meaning of a blessed life bride, b. palm symbol, starting with the right, and kambang malati, meaning good behavior. c. symbol of baras lakatan, habang sugar and hintalu with the meaning of living together.

The novel “Totto-chan: The Little Girl at the Window” is a novel which some parts of its story reflects concept of education that is unique and different. The concept education in this novel related with educational value according to Moleong perspective. Therefore, this research is mainly purposed to search about what are the educational values found in Tottochan: The Little Girl at the Window”? and how educational values appear in “Tottochan: The Little Girl at the Window” based on Moleong perspective. This research is qualitative one by using content analysis method. Two data sources were chosen the primary data source is the novel itself and the secondary data are books, literature, official websites and other relevant materials. In general, the result found educational values contained in the novel based on Moleong perspective. By this research, it is expected that teachers can implement the positive things that exist in this study and in the novels at school and also encourage students’ interest in literature.

Freedom of belief is one of the human rights that is often discussed in the international community, including freedom of religion. It has been stated in the Quran very clearly that everyone has the freedom to embrace a religion they believe in, beside it has also been explained by Allah that Islam is the most blessed religion. However, there are still forces in choosing a religion in various ways. One of the gifts that Allah has given to humans is freedom of religion based on his own beliefs and freedom of speech. This research focused on how the interpretation of the Archipelago Mufassir about freedom of religion and speech in the al-Qur'an. This study used a qualitative literature approach (Library Research). This type used the thematic analysis method. The primary data source was Tafsir Nusantara, the secondary data was the writer tried to collect data related to the discussion. The results of this study indicated that freedom of religion and speech according to Nusantara Mufassir’s (as Hamka, Quraisy Shihab dan Hasbi Ash-Shidieqy) interpretations towards QS. al-Baqarrah verse 256 that Allah has ordered his people not to force someone to adhere Islam but invite people to think about the truth of Islam. Furthermore, QS. al-Isra' verse 36 implies freedom of speech, it is explained that someone is allowed to speak the truth and not spread lies; a prohibition against talking about something uncertain and to determine something based on personal prejudice and allegation. This verse also prevents from such disadvantages, as accusation, wrong prejudice, lies and false witnesses.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan dan penerapan akuntansi terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja pemerintah Kota Semarang dengan kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai pemoerasi. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 59 responden yang bekerja di kantor Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Semarang bagian keuangan dan akuntansi. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari pernyataan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dan penerapan akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja pemerintah Kota Semarang, serta kompetensi sumber daya manusia juga terbukti sebagi pemoderasi.     ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and accounting implementation on the Semarang City government's performance accountability with human resource competency as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study was obtained by purposive sampling technique, namely 59 civil servants in the financial section of the Semarang City Local Government Organization unit. The data source used is primary data with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study found that financial management and implementation of accounting in the Semarang City government proved to have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of the Semarang City Government's performance. In addition, it was also found that the competence of the human resources involved in it was able to moderate the influence

Human-nature interaction today enters a worrying stage. Film as a literary work begins to record this interaction. The film Lakardowo Mencari Keadilan to be one of them. This research uses the content analysis method with an ecocritical approach. This film is a research primary data source supported by various related references. The analysis emphasizes the study of environmental literature which focuses on apocalyptic reading with pastoral views that surround it through Creswell spiral analysis methods: data management, reading, and note-taking, classification and interpretation, then data visualization. In this research, Lakardowo's environment in the film Lakardowo Mencari Keadilan reflects the impact of B3 waste pollution that's not carried out by the community. Pollution of B3 waste on land, water, and air in Lakardowo clearly record through analysis of the apocalyptic narrative as a disaster for Lakardowo village. Whereas the hopes of the community of responses to B3 waste in Lakardowo is conveying in aspects of the reading of pastoral narratives.

Philosophy includes five branches of discussion, namely: logic, etestics, ethics, politics and metaphysics.  The purpose of this research is to reveal how the meaning and function of the philosophy of science in Islamic education This research is a qualitative research that focuses on library research, using compare, summarize and synthesize approaches. In data source research there are two namely, primary data source and secondary source. The primary sources are books on the philosophy of Islamic education, while the secondary source is books related to the writing of this article. The method used in this research is philosophical analysis method. The results showed that education is the design of philosophy, while philosophy cannot be done without the existence of high science that is only obtained from the process of education. Whereas an advance in science would be easily destroyed if it had ruled out philosophy.
