Building Children Character Through Moral Values in The Adventure of Pinocchio

This study attempts to analyze a fairy tale novel entitled “The Adventure of Pinocchio”, which talks about the story of the irrepressible marionette who longed to become a real boy. This study focuses on revealing the categories of moral value and describing the building children's character implied in this novel. To analyze this novel, the researcher uses two principles theory to find out the objectives of the studies. There are moral values argued by Linda & Eyre and the theory of children’s character building based on Lewis. The method of this study is qualitative research, which means it does not need statistical procedure to analyze the material. This study merely uses “The Adventure of Pinocchio,” a novel by Carlo Collodi, translated into English version by Carol Della Chiesa as the primary data source. At the same time, the secondary data sources are taken from other literary books and related references to support and complete the primary data. As a result, the researcher finds that some elements of moral values such as love and affection, sensitivity and not-selfish, bravery, self-discipline, and moderation occurred in the content of the novel. Meanwhile, building children's character can be implied through “The Adventure of Pinocchio's” fairy tale: honesty, responsible, regard, respect, and compassionated.

Education Services for Special Intelligent and Talent Children in Elementary School

Special intelligent children and special talents require special treatment and handling in the world of education. This study aims to describe the educational services for special intelligent children and special talents at Baptist Elementary School Palembang. This study used a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, recording and documentation. The data source used the primary data source because the researchers took the data directly in the field, namely Elementary School Baptist Palembang. Respondents in this study were 8 people that were 1 person as the head of Palembang Baptist Elementary School, 2 accompanying teachers for special intelligent and special talent children and 5 students who are categorized as special intelligent children and special talents. The findings obtained are 1) the process of educational services for special intelligent children and special talents at Baptist Elementary School Palembang. 2) Factors inhibiting and supporting the learning process of special intelligent children and special talents at Baptist Elementary School Palembang. 3) The teacher's strategy in dealing with special intelligent children and special talents at Palembang Baptist Elementary School

THE PHENOMENON OF AL-IBDAL IN THE QUR'AN (Morphological Analysis in Surah Ali Imran)

In learning Arabic, one of the important and interesting rules to study is the Ibdal rule: namely the replacement of letters in a word, which is not only studied from the aspect of morphology, but also in Arabic orthography and rasm al-Mushaf.This study uses a qualitative approach to literature study. The primary data source is studied in Surah Al-Imran which consists of 200 verses, 3508 words, and 14984 letters. While the secondary data sources are books, articles, and research results related to the problem of Ibdal.The results of this study indicate that the Ibdal in Surah al-Imran is 32 words (0.91%) and some of them are repeated several times. The Ibdal phenomenon consists of Ibdal pronoun (dhamir), Ibdal tsumma with fa, and the sentence Ibdal.

PENGARUH CITRA MEREK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN DENGAN KEPUASAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PRODUK KANTONG PLASTIK TOMAT

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image and promotion on consumer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable on tomato plastic bag products. This type of research uses associative research. The data source used is the primary data source. In this study the dependent variable is loyalty (Y), the independent variable is brand image (X1) and promotion (X2), and the intervening variable is consumer satisfaction (Z). The data test in this study consisted of a validity test, a reliability test and a path analysis test. Based on the analysis of the research data, it can be concluded that: 1) Brand Image (X1) and Promotion (X2) affect satisfaction (Z); 2) Brand Image (X1) and Promotion (X2) affect Loyalty (Y); 3) Satisfaction (Z) has an effect on Loyalty (Y); and 4) Brand Image (X1) and Promotion (X2) have an influence on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Tomato brand Plastic Bag Products.

THE ROLES OF MAJELIS TAKLIM NURUL HUDA IN STRENGTHENING RELIGIOUS CHARACTERS AND SOCIAL CARE IN BONE REGENCY

<p>This paper examines the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character and social care in Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative, located in the Nurul Huda mosque, the largest mosque in Bajoe, the capital of Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency. The primary data source is obtained from the management of the Assembly Taklim Nurul Huda, secondary data obtained from a variety of relevant posts. Data were collected through interviews and observations as well as document searches, so that the research instruments were in the form of observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation tools. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data exposure, conclusion and verification. The results showed that the role of the Majelis Taklim Nurul Huda in Strengthening Religious Character was seen in the members and the surrounding community having a deep faith, diligent worship, and noble character. Meanwhile, the positive impact of the development of the Majelis Taklim in shaping the character of social care can be seen in the existence of various activities in facilitating social activities.</p>

Metode Penanaman Pendidikan Islam pada Anak Menurut Abdullah Nashih Ulwan

Abdullah Nasih Ulwan’s provides several points of view in the realm of methods of planting Islamic education in children which can later be used as a means to achieve the goals of Islamic education. This research uses the documentation method with a descriptive-interpretative approach, namely an attempt to describe the interpretation of some of the texts of the book at-tarbiyah al-aulad fi al-Islam in the third chapter. As for the primary data source is the book at-tarbiyah al-aulad fi al-Islam, the secondary data source is books and related literature, while the data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study there are five methods of planting Islamic education for children, namely educating by example, customary habits, advice, supervision, and through punishment.

The Effect of Savings and Loan Cooperative Credit on Increasing Income of Damai Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) Members, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency

The Damai Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) is one of the savings and loan cooperatives in the North Lombok district. The main activities of savings and loan cooperatives are providing loans to members with an interest of 2% of the remaining principal of the loan, recording of financial receipts and expenditures has been carried out properly. Every financial receipt and expenditure has been proven and recorded in cash out and in. The Damai Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) is a cooperative that lends money to civil servants (PNS) and is returned by deducting employee salaries through a salary kit. This study aims to determine the effect of credit savings and loan cooperatives on increasing the income of members of the Damai savings and loan cooperative (KSP) in Gangga sub-district, North Lombok district. This research is a quantitative research. The variables of this research are savings and loan credit and the income of members of savings and loan cooperatives. The data source used in this study is the primary data source. The data collection technique used consisted of observation, interviews / interviews, documentation, literature study, questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 267 people. And the sample in this study amounted to 50 people.

Agile Governance Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung Dalam Menangani Covid-19

Entering November 2020, the Covid-19 case in Tulungagung Regency has spiked, accompanied by a soaring death rate. The concept of Agile Governance is a way to organize better governance by paying attention to the principles in it consisting of a value proposition and agility shift, the character of a leader who is ready for change, a citizen centric approach, and human resource investment. This research is interesting to study because researchers want to know the quick response made by the Tulungagung District Health Office to unexpected changes in meeting the demands and needs of the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this study using primary and secondary data. As for the primary data source in this study were Mr. Didik Eka S.P., S.Km., M.Si. as Head of the P2P Division of the Tulungagung Regency Health Office and other related parties and obtained through interviews. Then the secondary data sources, namely documentation and questionnaires, literature, articles, journals, and sites on the internet relating to the research conducted. The results of this study are that the Tulungagung District Health Office responds quickly to the handling of COVID-19 and can run by applying the concept of Agile Governance.

Iddah of Women Who Had Abortus In The Book of Mughni Al-Muhtaj and Mukhtashar Khalil in Perspective of Maqasid Shari'ah

Iddah is a period of waiting for a woman not to carry out a marriage after the death or divorce of her husband until the time limit determined by syara '. As for the iddah period for a woman who is pregnant until she gives birth. However, the problem that arises in this life is what if the woman has an abortion. In this matter, there is a difference of opinion in the books of Mughni al-Muhtaj and Mukhtashar Khalil about the end of the iddah period of a woman who has an abortion. This research aims to find out how the opinions of the two books about iddah women who experience abortion and what causes differences of opinion, and which opinion is chosen. This research is a type of library research, which is descriptive with qualitative analysis, and the primary data source used is the book of Mughni al-Muhtaj and Mukhtashar Khalil. This study indicates that the difference in opinion is due to differences in the book's writers in interpreting the word al-haml and the rules of ushul fiqih used. Moreover, from the two opinions, Muhammad Khatib asy-Syarbaini in the book Mughni al-Muhtaj which was chosen because it followed the wisdom of determining iddah.

Managing A Discursive Journey for Classroom Inquiry: Examination of a Teacher’s Discursive Moves

This study presents an analysis of teacher discursive moves (TDMs) that aid students in altering their thinking and talking systems. The participants were a science who handled the immersion inquiry activities. The primary data source was the video recorded in the classroom. This video-based data was analyzed through systematic observation in two phases comprising coding and counting to reveal the mechanics of the discursive journey. Three assertions were made for the dynamics of the discursive journey. First, the teacher enacted a wide range of TDMs incorporating dialogically/monologically oriented, simplified (observe-compare-predict), and rather sophisticated moves (challenging). The challenging moves were the most featured among all analytical TDMs. Second, once higher-order categories were composed by collapsing subcategories of the displayed TDMs, the communicating-framing moves were the most prominent performed moves. Lastly, the teacher created an argumentative atmosphere in which the students had the right to evaluate and judge their classmates and teacher's utterances that modified the epistemic and social authority of the discursive journey. Finally, educational recommendations are offered in the context of teachers noticing the mechanics and dynamics of the discourse journey.
