Job satisfaction can improve durability individuals to stress and impacts of stress and on the other hand, stress that perceived by an individual can be a source of discontent. This research aims to know the influence of work stress of job satisfaction of nurses in internist room of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. Research method the used is the descriptive method to 215 nurses who have experienced nurses' room of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. While to test the research hypothesis, the authorize a simple regresion analysis method with the help of software SPSS 20. The results showed job stress in nurses in the inpatient unit Krakatau Medika Hospital in the moderate category is 2.88 and the job satisfaction of nurses are in a high category. Work stress experienced by nurses at Krakatau Medika Hospital has a positive effect on job satisfaction, so the impact of positive stress is used as a motivational well as improved performance. The results of correlation calculations, the independent variables on satisfaction positive relationships with low classification, the amount of work stress on job satisfaction, which is 12.4% and the remaining 87.6% influenced by other factors not described in this study, other factors such as remuneration, staffing, work environment, leadership style, and so on.

<p>The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying force leadership proper and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.<br />The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Tomang Jakarta.<br />The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164customer service (frontline)PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0for Windows.<br />The results of the study showed that there have been negative effect and significant between leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress. The role of job stress very dominant as a mediator the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention.<br />Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation.</p>

The purpose of the research is to test the effect of job satisfaction, affective commitment, and work stress on turnover intention. Samples taken were 95 respondents using the Slovin method. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression test. This study found that job satisfaction had no effect on turnover intention, affective commitment had no effect on turnover intention, and work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.

In this modern era, the phenomenon of husband and wife who both work to meet the needs of households are common. But not infrequently, this condition actually causes problems in the household. On the other hand, SPG is also faced with Job Demands. In carrying out its duties, an SPG is also required to achieve sales targets that have been determined by the company. Research conducted at PT. Arina Multikarya Denpasar which is one of human resourceservice company in Denpasar. AMK currently has 630 employees and research respondents focused on employees who are married status, as many as 100 people SPG because they tend to experience work family conflict and work stress that impact on job satisfaction. Based on the results of research on SPG PT. AMK Denpasar, we found that work family conflict has a significant positive effect on job stress, job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, work family conflict has no effect on job satisfaction, and work stress can mediate the influence of work family conflicton job satisfaction.

ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and work motivation on employee performance in advanced Hardware in Madiun. The hypothesis proposed in this study is; (1) It is suspected that Work Conflict has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Suspected Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Suspected Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Advanced Hardware Madiun and (4) Allegedly Work Conflict, Job Stress, Work Motivation have positive and significant influence together on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun. The population in this study were 64 employees at the Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section. The sample used is Saturated Sampling means that all members of the population used as samples from this study were all employees of Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section, totaling 64 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that; (1) Work Conflict has a positive effect (2,830) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Job Stress has a positive effect (2,513) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect (2,152) and significant Employees at Advanced Hardware Madiun, and (4) Work Conflict, Job Stress, and Work Motivation have a positive effect of 5.164 and significant jointly on Employee Performance at Advanced Hardware Madiun.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact time demands of work, on job satisfaction,job stress, and employee turnover intention PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.Cabang Harapan Indah, BekasiThis study is using path analysis with SmartPLS 2.0.M3. The population that used in thestudy is all the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang HarapanIndah, Bekasi, which are 108 respondents. The amount of the sample is determined by thecensus method of the entire employee. However the sample that has been applied into 85respondents significantly decreased into 85people.The results have shown that the time demands of work do not significantly influenceturnover intention. Furthermore the time demands of work have no significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Employee satisfaction negatively affect on turnover intention. Job satisfactionis not successfully mediating the relationship between the time demands of work andturnover intention. Time demands of work have positive influence on job stress. Job stresshas positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress has been successfully mediating therelationship between the time demands of work and turnover intention. Job stressnegatively affect with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has been successfullymediating the relationship between job stress and turnover intention.

Previous studies have mainly focused on the independent impact of commuting time, exercise, and stress on people. There are few studies regarding the impact of the combined effect of multiple factors on special populations such as obese people. As obesity has become increasingly widespread in China, we studied the impact of commuting time on work stress on Chinese obese men (who exercise regularly vs. who exercise irregularly). We performed a secondary retrospective analysis of the cross-sectional data from the 2014 China Labor Force Dynamics Survey. We found that long commute times and less exercise have a positive effect on the increase in stress, but the effect is less evident for people who exercise regularly. Commuters traveling on foot are more stressed than those traveling by car. This study also found that commuting time had a significant impact on the perceived work stress of obese men who exercised irregularly. But the relationship between commuting time and work stress was different among groups with different commuting styles. For obese men who commuted on foot or motorcycle, commuting time had a significant impact on their job stress. However, for obese men who commuted by bicycle, bus, or car, commuting time had no significant effect on job stress. Additionally, active and passive commuting have different effects on stress. Active commuters tend to be more stressed, while passive commuters do not show a significant impact.
