This research aims to analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability ofbasic industry and chemicals that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within 2011-2014. Indicator of working capital management used in this research are cash conversioncycle (CCC), receivable conversion period (RCP), inventory conversion period (ICP),payable deferral period (PDP), and current ratio (CR). On the other hand, indicator ofprofitability used in this research is net profit margin (NPM).The sample data used in this research took from financial statement that have beenaudited and published in IDX. According to sampling technique used in this research,which is purposive sampling, there’re 25 companies that fit to certain criteria. Method ofdata analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression Analysis, which previouslyperformed classical assumption test. Hypothesis test is using F-statistic test, t-statistictest, and determination of coefficients with significance level of 5%.The result of this research indicates independent variables simultaneously (F-statistictest) effect on profitability (NPM) with significance level 0,000. On the other hand,partially (t-statistic test) indicates CCC has negative and significant effect onprofitability, PDP and CR have positive and significant effect on profitability.Meanwhile, RCP and ICP has positive and not significant effect on profitability. Adjusted’s score is 0,454 which means that the ability of independent variables can explainprofitability with 45,4%, while the rest is explain by other factors.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceivedusefulness on purchase intention using trust as mediator study case on online storeberrybenka.com. This study used two independent variables that are perceived ease ofuse and perceived usefulness, purchase intention variable as a dependent variable andtrust variable as an intervening variable. Simple random sampling method is used for thisresearch. Sample were collected from 150 respondents who ever had usedberrybenka.com website. Multiple regression analysis is used for this study. The resultsshowed that perceived ease of use have positive and significant effect on trust, perceivedusefulness have positive and significant effect on trust and perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness, and trust have positive and significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords : Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, Purchase Intention

The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact time demands of work, on job satisfaction,job stress, and employee turnover intention PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.Cabang Harapan Indah, BekasiThis study is using path analysis with SmartPLS 2.0.M3. The population that used in thestudy is all the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang HarapanIndah, Bekasi, which are 108 respondents. The amount of the sample is determined by thecensus method of the entire employee. However the sample that has been applied into 85respondents significantly decreased into 85people.The results have shown that the time demands of work do not significantly influenceturnover intention. Furthermore the time demands of work have no significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Employee satisfaction negatively affect on turnover intention. Job satisfactionis not successfully mediating the relationship between the time demands of work andturnover intention. Time demands of work have positive influence on job stress. Job stresshas positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress has been successfully mediating therelationship between the time demands of work and turnover intention. Job stressnegatively affect with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has been successfullymediating the relationship between job stress and turnover intention.

The purpose of this research is to extend previous research on employee commitment to theirorganization within with the measurability and the fitness of the tested and reliable employeecommitment scale items in a non-western culture within focus to investigate the effect ofdemographic characteristic (age, gender, education), tenure and pay satisfaction on affectivecommitment based background of the phenomena that occur in the commitment of contractparamedical employees at the General Hospital of Semarang.This research was conducted at the General Hospital of the city with A quantitativeapproachment.The data collection using five-point Likert scaled questionnaire administered to 75contract paramedical employees at the General Hospital of Semarang.The results indicates that there are no significant effect between both demographic characteristic(age, gender, education) and tenure on affective commitment.Conversely, the result indicate thereis a positive significant correlation between pay satisfaction towards affective commitment at theGeneral Hospital of Semarang.Keywords: Demographic characteristic (age, gender, education, tenure and affective commitment)

Base lending rate is the implementation process of the management of bank funding. Inbanking industry which more competitive, banks are required to offer a low base lendingrate. On the other hand, the banks had no motivation to maximize revenue. This study isaimed to analyze the effect of reserve requirements, deposit interest rates, third partyfunds and cost of loanable funds to the base lending rate.The samples used in this study are 14 private national banks and state-owned banks listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The method of this research is usingmultiple regression model with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program to analyze the effect ofindependent variables to the dependent variable.The result shows that the deposit interest rate and the cost of the loanable funds havepositive and significant effect to the base lending rate. However, reserve requirementsand third party funds does not affect to base lending rate. These results proved that highinterest rates on time deposits are the bank's strategy to increase market share of timedeposits which is bank's largest sources of funding and the component that has thebiggest influence on BLR is COLF amounted to 33.79% of the components that formBLR.

Efficiency is a parameter to measure the performance of a company or banking. This studywas conducted to analyze the efficiency of Islamic banking in Indonesia is made up ofSharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and Sharia Business Unit (UUS) using SFA (StochasticFrontier Analysis).The population of this research are 12 Sharia Commercial Banks and 22 Sharia BusinessUnit. Of the population, elected 10 Islamic Banks and 5 Sharia Business Unit withpurposive sampling. Input variables used in this study is the operational cost, total assetsand labor costs. While the output variable used is total financing. This study usesStochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with the production function and the intermediationapproach. SFA measurement results in the form of a score of 0-1, when getting close to 1,the more efficient the bank anyway. Independent sample t-test was used in this study tomeasure differences in the level of efficiency of each bank group.The results showed that in 2010-2014, Islamic banking has increased the efficiency of eachperiod. The average value of efficiency there is a 0.43994 Sharia Commercial Banks andSharia Business Unit amounted to 0.47654, so that it can be concluded that the UUSsuperior BUS. The results of hypothesis testing panel, that the total assets of a significantand positive effect on total financing, operating costs are not significant and positive effecton total financing, and labor costs are not significant and negative effect on totalfinancing. The test results on the independent sample t-test showed that there is nosignificant difference between the level of efficiency BUS and UUS.

The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style,employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, theresearcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational cultureas an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable.Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and fourbranch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population ofemployees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiplelinear regression analysis.Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadershipstyle, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance. Meanwhile, workmotivation and organizational culture do not affect the performance of employee.Keywords : Transformational leadership style, work motivation, organizationalculture, and employee performance.

Organization Culture is need to be developed and adapted with the developments andchanges of the organization. Nowadays, many companies do not understand theimportance of organization culture as a fundamental factor in the company. Faculty ofEconomics and Business Universitas Diponegoro have the vision, mission, values, andgoals to be achieved. With the mapping of cultural profile of current and futureexpectations may be one input for an institution to prepare for the change and understandwhether the vision, mission, and values that have been defined it is understood andpreserved as the organization's culture.This research was conducted by survey method using OCAI (Organizational CultureAssessment Instrument). The survey conducted on alumni, students, staff, and faculty witha sample size of each stratum 25 people. So great the entire sample was 100 people. Thisresearch uses descriptive quantitative approach so as to reveal and analyze the culturalprofile FEB Undip current and expected in the next few years.The results obtained from this study showed a difference between the perception of thecurrent culture of alumni, students, staff, and faculty. Alumni, staff, and faculty feel thatthe dominant culture of the company is the culture clan. Meanwhile, students feel thecurrent dominant culture is a culture of hierarchy. There are cultural similaritiesexpected by all stakeholders ie culture clan. There seems to be a trend toward morepowerful clan culture as a type of culture is expected. This cultural profile picture FEBUndip can be used for decision making in accordance with the vision, mission andobjectives of the FEB Undip.Keywords: Mapping Cultural Organization, OCAI, FEB Undip, Quantitative Descriptive

The problem in this research is a decrease in the amount of third party funds (savings)are decreased and the high number of closing the savings account of Islamic banking.This research aims to test the power of perceived service quality and perceived value toreligious satisfaction to improve consumer resaving interest in an Islamic Banking insemarang (study in BNI Syariah). This study using three independent variable isperceived service quality and perceived value , variable resaving intention consumer as adependent variable and variable religious satisfaction as intervening.A method of this research technique using probability sample that is random samplingand clusters of sampling to sample as many as 100 of respondents in the middle class andover who had bought an apartment in semarang .A method of data analyst using atechnique double regression analysis , the analysis includes: test the validity of , a test ofreliability , test the assumption of the classics , linear regression test doublet test , test f ,test the coefficients determined and test sobel.The results show significant and positive effect perceived service quality to religioussatisfaction and resaving intention, significant and positive effect perceived value toreligious satisfaction and repurchase intention, and then significant and positive effectreligious satisfaction to repurchase intention.Keywords : Perceived Service Quality, Perceived Value, Religious Satisfaction,Repurchase Intention.
