Currently Information Technology is increasingly needed by many organizations. Implementation of inappropriate IT in the organization will be a burden, even can hinder the development if not in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. Weill and Ross also stated, 48 percent of companies that do IT investment cannot increase the expected value. A solid foundation in the execution process of IT implementation plays an important role in determining the success or failure of the company to achieve the desired goals. To build a solid foundation on the execution process of IT implementation, one of the important things to note is Enterprise Architecture (AE). Enterprise architecture provides a long-term view of the processes, systems and technologies in the company, so there is a harmony between business and IT both for now and for the future to achieve the desired goals. Currently the use of cloud computing technology increasingly used in organizations. Organizations typically have a variety of different platform integrated applications that are used to support their business processes. There are many frameworks used to build AE, but there is no AE framework specifically addressing AE design on cloud computing and supports multiplatform and cloud-based IaaS. This paper discusses the use of TOGAF and CERM to educational institution that have many integrated multiplatform applications. AE design that was built is validated by using Enterprise Realization Score Card (EARS) to assess whether it can be implemented well in the organization.

To achieve success in the production sphere, any business entity must be able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions. Its financial and economic activities largely depend on speed of obtaining information, besides financial data, about factors influencing the results of both the daily work of the enterprise and achievement of long-term strategic goals. One of the effective methods of implementing the strategy in a form that is acceptable for a competitive environment is Balanced Score Card (BSC).The article substantiates the need for its implementation in the practice of Russian repair shipyards, proposes a method for determining key performance indicators considering the customer focused business processes, targeted labour motivation and corporate psychology of personnel. The suggested model was adapted to the practices of an enterprise, model KPI were proposed and discussed.

Computer networks have evolved with the presence of cloud computing technology to accommodate the problem of inadequate computer devices and application services that are not integrated. USM (Universitas Semarang) which located in Indonesia is an educational institution that has implemented cloud computing technology using ROCCA (Roadmap for Cloud Computing Adoption) to accommodate the needs of internal application systems at this institution. The problem arises because the system administrator of the computer network is difficult to monitor the condition of the virtual server running because physically, the virtual server cannot be seen and touched. If there is a problem in one service, then the repair process takes a long time because there is not enough notification system to provide fast and detailed information about the condition of the virtual server running so that it will interfere with the quality of service from internal application system. The solution of these problems enhances the NMS (Network Monitoring System) functionality with notification system technology. Use PPDIOO method, this research will combine Pandora FMS and Telegram based on Android platform to implement a fast notification system in monitoring conditions virtual server resources which directly sent the message to the system administrator’s smartphone. The expectation of this research is the quality of internal application service at USM (Universitas Semarang) can be properly maintained.

This paper discusses issues for the design of a Dexter-based cooperative hypermedia architecture and a specific system, DeVise Hypermedia (DHM), developed from this architecture. The Dexter Hypertext Reference Model was used as basis for designing the architecture. The Dexter model provides a general and solid foundation for designing a general hypermedia architecture. It introduces central concepts and proposes a layering of the architecture. However, to handle cooperative work aspects, such as sharing material and cooperative authoring, we have to go beyond the Dexter model concepts. To deal with such aspects we have extended our implementation of the Dexter concepts with support for long-term transactions, locking and event notification as called for by Halasz. The result is a platform independent architecture for developing cooperative hypermedia systems. The architecture consists of a portable kernel that constitutes an object oriented framework for developing Dexter compliant hypermedia systems. It is a client/server architecture including an object oriented database (OODB) to store the objects implementing the Dexter Storage Layer. We use a general OODB being co-developed to support long term transactions, flexible locking, and event notification. The transaction and locking mechanism support several modes of cooperation on shared hypermedia materials, and the notification mechanism supports the users in maintaining awareness of each others' activity. The portable kernel was used to implement the DHM system on two quite different platforms: UNIX/X-windows and Apple Macintosh.

Cloud computing technology allows a service to be accessed from anywhere and anytime through the internet network, this technology can be utilized for organisations to encourage standardisation of business processes for all business units. Muhammadyah as one of the largest education institution in Indonesia currently operates more than 5000 schools from elementary to high school. In general, all schools have similar business processes that are run manually and have almost identical information system requirements. This condition causes no data structure standardisation, no data consolidation between one school and another and the inconsistency of information system development. These problems become the rationale for designing an information technology architecture model using the concept of cloud computing. Based on the results of the analysis on current conditions and using the chosen TOGAF framework, a cloud computing-based information technology architecture model is produced. The information technology architecture consists of vision architecture, business architecture, application architecture, data architecture and technology architecture. Research is expected to contribute to educational institution in Indonesia, especially as a reference in designing information technology architecture.
