Cloud computing technology allows a service to be accessed from anywhere and anytime through the internet network, this technology can be utilized for organisations to encourage standardisation of business processes for all business units. Muhammadyah as one of the largest education institution in Indonesia currently operates more than 5000 schools from elementary to high school. In general, all schools have similar business processes that are run manually and have almost identical information system requirements. This condition causes no data structure standardisation, no data consolidation between one school and another and the inconsistency of information system development. These problems become the rationale for designing an information technology architecture model using the concept of cloud computing. Based on the results of the analysis on current conditions and using the chosen TOGAF framework, a cloud computing-based information technology architecture model is produced. The information technology architecture consists of vision architecture, business architecture, application architecture, data architecture and technology architecture. Research is expected to contribute to educational institution in Indonesia, especially as a reference in designing information technology architecture.

An Extension of BPMN Meta-model for Evaluation of Business ProcessesBusiness process modeling is used for better understanding and communication of company's processes. Mostly, business process modeling is discussed from the information system development perspective. Execution of a business process involves various factors (costs and time) which are important and should be represented in business process models. Controlling of business units uses post execution analysis for detection of failures for improvement. The process models conceived for information system development are not sufficient for post execution analysis. This paper focuses on the challenges of business process modeling in the post execution context. We provide a meta model for evaluation of a business process and discuss BPMN in this context. We also extend existing BPMN meta model for performance analysis of business processes. The proposed extensions are presented with the help of an example.

As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

Vocational High School (SMK) is established to prepare productive and competitive labor. Each SMK has the vision to be the best school that provides the best service to the stakeholders in generating the smart and competitive Indonesian people. The achievement of the mission would be succeeded by building an integrated information system at school. Currently, many SMKs do not have an information system development plan that suits the core business aspect as the primary drivers, such as the organizational issues, human resources, environment, information technology, and application development aspects. Therefore, the design of enterprise architecture model is needed to generate data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and direction of the implementation plan for the school. In this study, the authors designed the enterprise architecture for SMK that can build the achievement of school goals. The method used is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). With the design of enterprise architecture, the development of information systems in SMK would have an appropriate and effective direction for achieving the goals.

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan dan pengembangan sistem informasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses bisnis untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan banyak dilakukan melalui proyek pengadaan paket software atau hardware yang siap pakai di pasaran dan langsung mengimplementasikannya. Implementasi sistem informasi akan melibatkan semua aktivitas organisasi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan dan manajemen dari sistem informasi tersebut sehingga menyebabkan perubahan proses bisnis. Perubahaan organisasi yang tidak dikelola dengan baik menjadi penyebab utama kegagalan proyek sistem informasi. Manajemen perubahan yang didukung oleh puncak manjeman dan memiliki kemampuan dalam penguasaan teknologi, pengetahuan proses bisnis dan budaya organisasi perusahaan menjadi kunci keberhasilan proyek implementasi sistem informasi. Information system implemetation will involve all organizational activities that cause changes in business processes. With the development of technology today, it is very important for every company to plan and develop a system to support business processes in each company. Achieving the goals of an enterprise faces challenges and changes that require strategies for effective measures and efficient use of resources. One important and increasingly widely used strategy is the use and improvement of information system support for the enterprise. This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs.The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans).The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .

Enterprise Architecture (EA) has gained importance in recent years, mainly for its concept of “alignment” between the strategic and operational levels of organizations. Such alignment occurs when Information Technology (IT) is applied correctly and timely, working in synergy and harmony with strategy and the operation to achieve mutually their own goals and satisfy the organizational needs.Both the strategic and operational levels have standards that help model elements necessary to obtain desired results. In this sense, BMM and BPMN were selected because both have the support of OMG and they are fairly well known for modelling the strategic level and operational level, respectively. In addition, i* modeling goal can be used for reducing the gap between these two standards. This proposal may help both the high-level design of the information system and to the appropriate identification of the business processes that will support it.This paper presents a methodology for aligning strategy and the operation based on standards and heuristics. We have made a classification for elements of the models and, for some specific cases, an extension of the heuristics associated between them. This allows us to propose methodology, which uses above-mentioned standards and combines mappings, transformations and actions to be considered in the alignment process.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's business processes and make strategic planning and information technology system that is suitable for supporting the goals and vision of the company's mission. The research method is data collection in the form of interviews with the company management and staff, field observations, literature research related to strategic planning and information technology systems. The results of this study prove that the company has a weakness in the implementation of information systems which is not maximized , while the strength of the company has not been fully supported by the use of information technology . This shows that the need for strategic planning and information technology systems to support achievement of business strategy at the company over the next five years. Thus, this research produced a strategic plan in the form of application architecture, hardware architecture, network architecture, organizational development, implementation schedule and cost estimates.

An integrated information system is a need to help solve problems in managing business transactions. SAP application is one application that is able to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of writing this research is to plan running business processes, plan implementation of the current SAP system related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications and provide development suggestions based on the results of planning obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. For the analysis, the IT Balanced Scorecard method is used, while for system development the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology is used. This research produces an analysis of the planning of the company's business processes in implementing the implementation of the SAP financial and controlling ERP.
