ABSTRAK Tarsius spectrum (nama sinonim: Tarsius tarsier) dalam bahasa lokal disebut tangkasi (Minahasa), ngasi (Sulawesi Tengah), Tanda bona passo (Wana), Podi (Tolaki), Wengu (Mornene) merupakan spesies primata endemik Sulawesi. Tangkasi merupakan salah satu primata terkecil dan beberapa diantara anggota spesiesnya merupakan satwa endemik Sulawesi yang terancam punah dan dilindungi. Menurut IUCN (2008), tarsius dalam Red Data Book IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources) termasuk dalam kategori vulnerable (rentan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung densitas tangkasi pada elevasi yang berbeda di Gunung Klabat, Minahasa Utara. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ialah estimasi densitas Tangkasi berdasarkan vokalisasi (duet call) sesuai dengan yang dikembangkan oleh Saroyo et al (2014). Pada setiap elevasi dibuat 10 plot yang berbentuk lingkaran dengan diameter 100 m. Jarak antar plot 200 m. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, densitas tangkasi pada elevasi 500 mdpl (2,04 individu/Ha), elevasi 1000 mdpl (2,68 individu/Ha), elevasi 1500 mdpl (0,89 individu/Ha) dan elevasi 2000 mdpl (0,12 individu/Ha). Kata Kunci : Densitas, Tarsius spectrum, Gunung Klabat, Minahasa Utara DENSITY OF TANGKASI (Tarsius spectrum) AT DIFFERENT ELEVATIONS IN THE MOUNTAINS CLABAT, NORTH MINAHASA ABSTRACT Tarsius spectrum (synonym: Tarsius tarsier) in local language called tangkasi (Minahasa), ngasi (Central Sulawesi), Tanda bona passo (Wana), Podi (Tolaki), Wengu (Mornene) is a primate species endemic of Sulawesi. Tangkasi is one of the smallest primates and some of them the members of species is a species endemic to Sulawesi and protected. According to IUCN (2008), tarsius in the Red Data Book of IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources) are included in the category of vulnerable. The objective of this research is quantify the density tangkasi at different elevations in Klabat, North Minahasa. The method of this research is to estimate the density of Tangkasi based duet call that suit with that developed by Saroyo et al (2014). At each elevation has made 10 plots were in circle form with diameter of 100 m. The distance between the plot are 200 m. Based on the observations, the tangkasi density at elevation of 500 meters above the sea (2.04 individuals / ha), elevation of 1000 meters above the sea (2.68 individuals / ha), elevation of 1500 meters above the sea (0.89 individuals / ha) and the elevation of 2000 meters above the sea (0.12 individuals / ha). The author of this analytical review of the recently published revision of the Mammals Red Data Book has been a member of the Survival Service Commission (SSC) of the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN) since 1963, and is one of the five members of the small advisory Alert Group within the Commission. A widely known naturalist and anthropologist, he spent 22 years in Borneo, where he was deeply involved in South-east Asian conservation problems. He also initiated, planned and carried out with General Charles Lindbergh one of the SSC's most successful projects—a two-man mission which persuaded the Philippines Government to act to save the tamaraw, described in Oryx 1969, pages 8 and 87. The SSC is officially responsible for the Red Data Books, the idea for the series being the invention of the chairman, Sir Peter Scott. There are now five volumes: Mammals, Birds, Amphibia and Reptiles, Freshwater Fish and Angiosperms.

Ancaman utama tikus ekor putih adalah perburuan untuk dijual.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan strata hutan oleh tikus ekor putih (Maxomys hellwaldii) di Gunung Klabat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pengamatan menggunakan metode garis transek, dua garis transek dibuat masing-masing pada hutan primer dan hutan sekunder, panjang garis transek masing-masing 2 km dengan lebar 20 m. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di hutan primer tikus ekor putih memanfaatkan stratum B sebesar 7,59%, dan stratum C 92,40%. Pada hutan sekunder tikus ekor putih memanfaatkan stratum C sebesar 100%. Aktivitas yang dilakukan tikus ekor putih pada hutan primer, mencari makan sebesar 56,96%, aktivitas berpindah sebesar 30,37%, aktivitas makan sebesar 5,06%, dan aktivitas istirahat sebesar 7,59%. Pada hutan sekunder, sebesar 15,06%, aktivitas makan (2,73%),dan aktivitas istirahat sebesar 27,39%.Kata kunci: tikus ekor putih, aktivitas, strata hutan, Gunung Klabat Abstract White-tailed mice (Maxomys hellwaldii) are endemic to Sulawesi, which by the IUCN (The International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources) still lacks attention to conservation status. The main threat to white-tailed mice is hunting for sale. The study used the transect line method, two transect lines were made in primary forest and two transect lines were made in secondary forest, the length of the transect line was 2 km in width and 20 m in width. The results showed that in primary forest white-tailed mice made use of stratum B of (7.59%), and stratum C was (92.40%). Whereas in the secondary forest white tail rats only use the C stratum, which is equal to 100%. Activities carried out by white-tailed rats were in primary forests, foraging for (56.96%), moving activities by (30.37%), eating activities by (5.06%), and resting activities at (7.59 %). In secondary forests, white-tailed mice looked for food (54.79%), shifting activity (15.06%), eating activities (2.73%), and resting activities (27.39%).Keywords: white-tailed mice, activity, forest strates, Klabat Mountain

In 2018–2021 the authors carried out floristic and geobotanical studies in the Bryansk Region according to the Program for maintaining the regional Red Data Book. In 2020 and 2021 this work was supported by the regional Department of Natural Resources and Ecology. As a result, the studies in the Bryansk Region and in the urban district of Bryansk discovered previously unknown locations of rare species of vascular plants and lichens, including those listed in the Red Data Book of the Region (Krasnaia..., 2016), and a list of species requiring additional observation and monitoring.

Species composition of liverworts of unique natural feature of Kamchatka — Uzon Volcano caldera is listed. It includes 38 species. 29 of them are found for the first time for the Uzon caldera. Marsupella funckii, Nardia assamica, N. unispiralis included in Red Data Book of Kamchatka (2007).

The annotated list of hepatics of the Sochi National Park includes 80 taxa. It is based on literature records and identification of 250 specimens collected by the authors. Scapania obcordata (Berggr.) S. W. Arnell and Calypogeia fissa (L.) Raddi var. intermedia (C. E. O. Jensen) Jorg. are new for the Caucasus, 17 taxa are new for Krasnodar Territory, 41 hepatics are reported for the first time for the park. New localities of 3 red-listed European species and of 6 species included in the Red Data Book of Krasnodar Territory are cited, indicating significant conservation value of the reserve.

An annotated list of hepatics of Monche-tundra Mts. was compiled for the first time. It includes 123 species and 8 varieties. Lophoziopsis excisa var. elegans is reported as new for the Murmansk Region, Lejeunea cavifolia was recorded secondly for the region, and Scapania tundrae is new for Lapland State Nature Reserve. There are 18 species listed in the Red Data Book of Murmansk Region.
