Phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil of winter wheat plants variety Poliska 90 under the actionof phosphate-mobilizing bacteria Agrobacterium radiobacter has been investigated in a field experimenton leached chernozem. It was found, that bacterization of seeds of winter wheat with A. radiobactercontributes to improved phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil that probably promotes activation ofmineralization process of organic phosphorus compounds in the soil and improves phosphorus nutritionof plants.

The paper describes peculiarities of formation of microorganisms associations, capable of hydrolysis of hardly soluble phosphorus compounds as well as content dynamics of labile phosphorus in rhizosphere soil, winter wheat productivity and phosphorus carry-over with yield in field experiments without bacterization and at presowing seeds inoculation with microbial preparation Polymyxobacterin on meadow chernozem soils on different agricultural backgrounds. Microbial preparation was shown to be an active optimization element of phosphorus nutrition of winter wheat plants especially on mineral backgrounds.

Aim. To study the features of phosphorus nutrition of winter wheat under the infl uence of different doses of mineral fertilizers and microbial preparation Polimiksobakteryn. Methods. The phosphatase activity in rhizo- sphere soil of winter wheat was determined photocolorimetrically by the method of Geller and Ginsburg, the phosphorus content in plants – as described by Denizhe in the modifi cation of Bouvatier. Results. The phos- phatase activity in the rhizosphere soil of winter wheat plants increases due to the application of a microbial preparation and mineral fertilizers in low doses. This increases both the absorption of phosphorus by plants and their yield. Conclusions. Growing winter wheat on the leached black soil with dose-relevant introduction of mineral fertilizers in doses, not exceeding N[60] P[60] K[60] , and the use of Polimiksobakteryn improve phosphorus nutrition of wheat plants and promote the increase in the yield of crops.

A large role in the creation of soil fertility and water-resistant structure, in the processes of humus synthesis and mineralization, as well as in the provision of agricultural plants with elements of mineral nutrition, belongs to soil microorganisms. For leached chernozem, the influence of field crops on the main groups of microorganisms, which are involved in the formation of effective and potential soil fertility, and associated enzymes was established. The purpose of the work is to study the effect of agricultural plants on the structure of the microbial community of the soil and the activity of enzymes involved in the formation of effective and potential soil fertility. Soil samples were taken from the 0-25 cm layer. They differed in anthropogenic load: virgin soil and soil where crops were cultivated. To count the number of soil microorganisms in the crops and their rhizospheres, we used the method of culturing successive dilutions of the soil suspension on selective nutrient media. The catalase activity of the soil was determined by the gasometric method. It is based on measuring the decay rate of hydrogen peroxide when it is interconnected with the soil in terms of the amount of oxygen released. The method for determining phosphatase activity is based on the quantitative calculation of inorganic phosphorus, which is formed by the breakdown of organic phosphorus compounds under the action of phosphatases.

The effectiveness of pre-sowing inoculation of winter wheat seeds with Agrobacterium radiobacter204, pre-activated with nanocarboxylates of metals, and the preparation Avatar (a complex of traceelements - metal nanocarboxylates), applied in combination and separately, was studied. The combinedapplication of bacterization and a complex of trace elements positively affects the microbiocenosis of therhizospheric soil of winter wheat: an increase in the number of ammonifiers (from 43.8% to 77.1%),nitrogen-fixing bacteria (from 2.7 to 3.5 times) was noted, while the number of micromycetes reduced.Pre-sowing bacterization and application of nanocarboxylates of metals contributes to the increase of thepotential nitrogen-fixing activity of rhizosphere soil and increase of wheat yield by 24.4% compared withthe control variant.
