Cloud computing is one of the most important computing patterns that use a pay-as-you-go manner to process data and execute applications. Therefore, numerous enterprises are migrating their applications to cloud environments. Not only do intensive applications deal with enormous quantities of data, but they also demonstrate compute-intensive properties very frequently. The dynamicity, coupled with the ambiguity between marketed resources and resource requirement queries from users, remains important issues that hamper efficient discovery in a cloud environment. Cloud service discovery becomes a complex problem because of the increase in network size and complexity. Complexity and network size keep increasing dynamically, making it a complex NP-hard problem that requires effective service discovery approaches. One of the most famous cloud service discovery methods is the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm; however, it suffers from a load balancing problem among the discovered nodes. If the workload balance is inefficient, it limits the use of resources. This paper solved this problem by applying an Inverted Ant Colony Optimization (IACO) algorithm for load-aware service discovery in cloud computing. The IACO considers the pheromones’ repulsion instead of attraction. We design a model for service discovery in the cloud environment to overcome the traditional shortcomings. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed mechanism can obtain an efficient service discovery method. The algorithm is simulated using a CloudSim simulator, and the result shows better performance. Reducing energy consumption, mitigate response time, and better Service Level Agreement (SLA) violation in the cloud environments are the advantages of the proposed method.

With mission critical web applications and resources being hosted on cloud environments, and cloud services growing fast, the need for having greater level of service assurance regarding fault tolerance for availability and reliability has increased. The high priority now is ensuring a fault tolerant environment that can keep the systems up and running. To minimize the impact of downtime or accessibility failure due to systems, network devices or hardware, the expectations are that such failures need to be anticipated and handled proactively in fast, intelligent way. This article discusses the fault tolerance system for cloud computing environments, analyzes whether this is effective for Cloud environments.

Over the past years, Cloud computing has become one of the most influential information technologies to combat computing needs because of its unprecedented advantages. In spite of all the social and economic benefits it provides, it has its own fair share of issues. These include privacy, security, virtualization, storage, and trust. The underlying issues of privacy, security, and trust are the major barriers to the adoption of cloud by individuals and organizations as a whole. Trust has been the least looked into since it includes both subjective and objective characteristics. There is a lack of review on trust models in this research domain. This paper focuses on getting insight into the nomenclature of trust, its classifications, trust dimensions and throws an insight into various trust models that exist in the current knowledge stack. Also, various trust evaluation measures are highlighted in this work. We also draw a comparative analysis of various trust evaluation models and metrics to better understand the notion of trust in cloud environments. Furthermore, this work brings into light some of the gaps and areas that need to be tackled toward solving the trust issues in cloud environments so as to provide a trustworthy cloud ecosystem. Lastly, we proposed a Machine Learning backed Rich model based solution for trust verification in Cloud Computing. We proposed an approach for verifying whether the right software is running for the correct services in a trusted manner by analyzing features generated from the output cloud processed data. The proposed scheme can be utilized for verifying the cloud trust in delivering services as expected that can be perceived as an initiative towards trust evaluation in cloud services employing Machine learning techniques. The experimental results prove that the proposed method verifies the service utilized with an accuracy of 99%.

The focus of this article has been about automated testing in practice. Using testing tools is quite common phenomenon in software companies. The article studied the use of software testing tools. Testing software is enough ordinary things in the IT software development company. But the using automated testing tools only develop in the educational training of IT professionals. Information study of the use of testing tools for the control of software quality IT professionals and IT students was held. Statistical analysis of the data shows the percentage of how many people use the testing tools, but most still depends on manual testing. The main purpose of the article is to find out the facts related to the research questions of creation of new testing tools for educational purposes of highly qualified IT professionals.

Cloud computing is an innovation for dynamic resources to be used over the internet. Though cloud computing is cost effective and easy to use, security is often an area of concern. Sharing of sensitive information and running critical applications on public and/or shared cloud environments require high degree of security. Amount of data stored and processed is increasing enormously requiring cloud environments to resize to larger capacities. Cloud environments have both pros and cons concerning the security of data of the consumers using cloud services. This chapter discusses the main security issues faced by cloud computing environments. The main focus of this chapter is to describe the issues faced during building cross-domain collaborations over the internet and usage of cloud services and its security. This chapter also identifies the security at various levels of cloud computing and, based on cloud architecture, categorizes the security issues.

At present the cloud computing is one of the newest trends of distributed computation, which is propelling another important revolution of software industry. The cloud services composition is one of the key techniques in software development. The optimization for reliability and performance of cloud services composition application, which is a typical stochastic optimization problem, is confronted with severe challenges due to its randomness and long transaction, as well as the characteristics of the cloud computing resources such as openness and dynamic. The traditional reliability and performance optimization techniques, for example, Markov model and state space analysis and so forth, have some defects such as being too time consuming and easy to cause state space explosion and unsatisfied the assumptions of component execution independence. To overcome these defects, we propose a fast optimization method for reliability and performance of cloud services composition application based on universal generating function and genetic algorithm in this paper. At first, a reliability and performance model for cloud service composition application based on the multiple state system theory is presented. Then the reliability and performance definition based on universal generating function is proposed. Based on this, a fast reliability and performance optimization algorithm is presented. In the end, the illustrative examples are given.

Cloud computing was a hasting expertise which has innovated to a collection of new explores. A sub-ordinate device for Information services, it has an ability towards encourage development by feeding convenient environments for a choice of forms of development is different sequence. Clouds usually consider being eco-friendly, however keep it has open to the diversity of some security issues to can change together the feeder as well as users of these cloud services. In this issue are principally associated to the protection of the information flow throughout also being store in the cloud, with simple problems along with data ease of use, data right to use and data confidentiality. Data encryption and service authentication scheme has been initiated by the industries to deal with them. In this paper analyse and examine different issues on security beside with the different procedure worn by the industries to solve these effects.
