Software tests must be repeated frequently throughout development cycles to attain certain quality. Every time program code is changed software assessments need to be repeated. Once created, automated tests may be run repeatedly at no extra value and they may be tons quicker than manually conducted test and free from human errors. Automated software program testing can lessen the time to run repetitive tests from days to hours. Test automation can easily run thousands of different complex test cases in each test run, so there is no manual testing involved. But Automation testing has its own disadvantages one of it is that the testers should come from a programming background. To eliminate this dependency over programmers Scriptless automation testing tools are emerging. There are many Scriptless GUI automation testing tools in the market that use various methods to achieve the goal, this paper proposes a new record and playback method to achieve the same using Selenium framework and JavaScript for web application.

Automatic functional tests are a long-standing issue in software development projects, and they are still carried out manually. The Selenium testing framework has gained popularity as an active community and standard environment for automated assessment of web applications. As a result, the trend setting of web services is evolving on a daily basis, and there is a need to improve automatic testing. The study involves to make the system to understand the experiences of previous test cases and apply new cases to predict the status of test case using Tanh activated Clustering and Classification model (TACC). The primary goal is to improve the model's clustering and classification output. The outcomes show that the TACC model has increased performance and demonstrated that automated testing results can be predicted, which is cost effective and reduces manual effort to a greater extent.

Contrary to high false positives rate of use White-box testing tools for Web application source code security and unable to locate vulnerabilities of use Black-box testing tools for Web application security, propose an effective method for combine White-box and Black-box testing tools of Web applications. This method will put the new technology of “Associated Files Matching Engine” into White-box testing tools, this test result and Black-box test result will be statistical analyzed and combined. Argumentation show, this method reduce the positives rate of White-box test result and be able to locate vulnerabilities where it is in file.

<span>Software testing is considered to be one of the most important processes in software development for it verifies if the system meets the user requirements and specification. Manual testing and automated testing are two ways of conducting software testing. Automated testing gives software testers the ease to automate the process of software testing thus considered more effective when time, cost and usability are concerned. There are a wide variety of automated testing tools available, either open source or commercial. This paper provides a comparative review of features of open source and commercial testing tools that may help users to select the appropriate software testing tool based on their requirements.</span>

Software testing is an activity which is aimed for evaluating quality of a program and also for improving it, by identifying defects and problem. Testing can be described as a process used for revealing defects in software and for establishing that the software has attained a specified degree of quality with respect to selected attributes. The paper would provide distinction between automation and manual testing of an internet banking website, specifically highlighting the contrast in cost, time and ROI. It would also bring up a comparison between some of the test automation tools available in the market and their effect on the project if used.A business critical application like an internet banking website needs to be thoroughly tested for any residual bugs remaining in the code as any failure could lead to huge business loss. Using functional testing, some of the possible defects that may lead to failure could be removed. Automated testing included the development of scripts that not only saves time and resources when applications are updated, but also speeds up the process of testing. Test automation is extensively used for regression testing, which seeks out new bugs in a program and separates them. This paper highlights the comparison between QTP and Selenium automation tools available in market and their use in the software project scenario.

Mutation testing is one of the oldest and unique testing techniques to perform white box testing of software applications. Code coverage becoming an increasing concern in the testing cycle of software, mutation testing technique aids in achieving higher code coverage and unearthing more number of errors at the testing site itself. The parameters like the database connectivity, session management, cookie management, are the beginning point of web application testing failures given the heterogeneity aspects associated with the development of a web application. A detailed account on list of available testing tools for performing mutation testing are presented here. A big bundle of mutation testing tools are still available, however they are not focussing on some of the crucial web vulnerabilities like session and cookie management in web apps. In the current work, a tool to perform mutation testing of web applications is developed and tested to see if desired results are occurring. An architecture of the tool is designed is discussed and presented. A brief analysis on results is presented

As many Web applications are developed daily and used extensively, it becomes important for developers and testers to improve these application securities. Pen testing is a technique that helps these developers and testers to ensure that the security levels of their Web application are at acceptable level to be used safely. Different tools are available for Pen testing Web applications; in this paper the authors compared six Pen testing tools for Web applications. The main goal of these tests is to check whether there are any security vulnerabilities in Web applications. A list of faults injected into set of Web pages is used in order to check if tools can find them as they are claimed. Test results showed that these tools are not efficient and developers should not depend solely on them.

Penetration testing is conducted to detect and further to fix the security problems of the Web application. During testing, tools are actively used that allows to avoid performing a large number of monotonous operations by the tester. The problem with selecting the tools is that there are a number of similar tools for testing the same class of security problems, and it is not known which tool is most suitable for a particular case. Such a problem is most often found among novice testers, more experienced testers use their own sets of tools to find specific security problems. Such kits are formed during the work, and each tester finds the most suitable tools for him. The goal of the paper is to create a method that will help to choose a tool for a particular case, based on the experience of experts in security testing of Web applications. To achieve the goal, it is proposed to create a Web service that will use the neural net-work to solve the problem of choice. Data for training a neural network in the form of a matrix of tools and their criteria are provided by experts in the field of security testing of Web applications. To find the most suitable tool, a vector of requirements should be formed, i.e. the user of service must specify the criteria for the search. As a result of the search, several most suitable for the request tools are shown to the user. Also, the user can save the result of his choice, if it differs from the proposed one. In this way, a set of learning examples can be extended. It is advisable to have two neural networks, the first one is trained only on data from experts; the second one is trained on data from experts and on data of users who have retained their choice. The usage of neural networks allows to realize correspondence between several input data sets to the one output data set. The described method can be used to select software in various applications.

Recent years have brought the rise of importance of quality of developed software. Web applications should be functional, user friendly as also efficient. There are many tools available on the market for testing the performance of web applications. To help you choose the right tool, the article compares three of them: Apache JMeter, LoadNinja and Gatling. They were analyzed in terms of a user-friendly interface, parameterization of the requests and creation of own testing scripts. The research was carried out using a specially prepared application. The summary indicates the most important advantages and disadvantages of the selected tools.

Selenium stands as open-source program apparatus aimed at computerization testing. Here, selenium-IDE (Integrated Developments Environment) Testing is investigated, which could be a remarkably vital movement in Program Improvement Handle. It is to look at and alter source code. A high-quality computer program can well be achieved by producing Compelling Testing. This Paper handles a critical in addition to the crucial issue of Program Testing. Testing can well be executed both manually and automatically. This paper sets to do Mechanization Testing through "Selenium". Test cases (TC) are consequently recorded with this web testing tool whilst the analyzer is entering the information in a web application screen.
