Abstract: In manufacturing industry cutting tools are considered as the backbone of the metal cutting operation. In metal cutting operation there is relative motion between the tool and the workpiece. As the tool material is harder than the workpiece material, there is deformation of the workpiece which acts as a base for the formation of chips. If we observe the process of metal cutting, we can easily find out that there is a considerable amount of heat generated during the machining operation. As there is a point of interface between the tool and the workpiece, there is absorption of generated heat into both the tool as well as work material. Due to the absorption of the heat there is distortion in the tool material. In this research article we have taken the base parameters as speed, load and stroke and the output parameter is taken as the load which breaks the coating of the tool. Keywords: tool coating, scratch tester, speed, stroke, coating.

The purpose of this study is to test empirically whether the size of the board of commissioners can moderate the broad relationship of intellectual capital disclousure to firm value. In this study, the size of board of commissioners is measured by the nymber of commissioners is measured by the number of commissioners in the company. Intellectual capital dislosure is measured by the ICD Index which consists of 25 items. Meanwhil, the company value uses price book value. The sample of this research is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. This study uses the MRA model and uses SPSS as a testing tool

Understanding why developers continue to misuse security tools is critical to designing safer software, yet the underlying reasons developers fail to write secure code are not well understood. In order to better understand how to teach these skills, we conducted two comparatively large-scale usability studies with undergraduate CS students to assess factors that affect success rates in securing web applications against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. First, we examined the impact of providing students with example code and/or a testing tool. Next, we examined the impact of working in pairs. We found that access to relevant secure code samples gave significant benefit to security outcomes. However, access to the tool alone had no significant effect on security outcomes, and surprisingly, the same held true for the tool and example code combined. These results confirm the importance of quality example code and demonstrate the potential danger of using security tools in the classroom that have not been validated for usability. No individual differences predicted one’s ability to complete the task. We also found that working in pairs had a significant positive effect on security outcomes. These results provide useful directions for teaching computer security programming skills to undergraduate students.

Hemoglobin is a part of erythrocytes that serves to transport oxygen and carbon dioxide in tissues. Hemoglobin levels in the blood may decrease one of which is influenced by exposure to lead from the environment. Places that are at high risk for exposure to air lead one of them is at gas stations (Public Refueling Stations). The purpose of this study is to determine hemoglobin levels in kedungrandu gas station officers, Kec. Patikraja, Banyumas. This type of research is a non-experimental observational study. The method of measuring hemoglobin levels using strip test in the form of POCT (Point Care of Testing) tool. This method uses capillary blood samples from 20 respondents with criteria of male sex and aged 21-60 years. The result of this study was as many as 6 people (30%) of the total respondents had low hemoglobin levels, while 14 people (70%) have normal hemoglobin levels. The average hemoglobin level in the blood sample of kedungrandu gas station officers, Kec. Patikraja, Banyumas is 14.41 mg/dl or normal.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, sales growth, profitability, company size as factors considered by the company on the firm value of textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2019. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods. using linear regression analysis using the SPSS program as a testing tool. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, namely capital structure, can contribute to determining firm value. Sales growth cannot contribute in determining the value of the company. Profitability can contribute in determining the value of the company. While the size of the company can contribute to determining the value of the company

This article is a continuation of the part I, entitled " University students. Ties with the state and the society - international comparative study. Idea, concept, preparation". We shown the main aspects of our approach. The chosen method, created testing tool, has its own inovative and original nature. There are two reasons for that, firstly, due to the specificity of the area, the object of the research, and secondly, due to the established aims - combining many, so far uncombined, aspects. In addition, we present the concept of the teamwork concept used during the research trip and the original method created to regionalise of the testing tool. It should be noted that, we cooperated with local partners/consultants in order to create the best possible questionnaire - regionalised - adapted to the requirements of culture and history of a given country. Regional coordinators came from both academia and non-academic communities. We write about the necessity of regionalization the testing tool used to measure, identify and diagnose variables in a broader context - in the context of the struggles of other researchers conducting international research. So the article contains numerous references to other international and comparative studies. The presented text also discusses the course of the conducted research  followed by the strategy of processing and analysis of data, which were a natural consequence of previously indicated solutions and selected paths.

Access to the internet and the advanced of technology allow people to experience in playing a game, not limited to their game console or through a PC, but also through their gadget like mobile-phones. Based on our initial study, a text-based game prototype has shown its potentiality as an alternative media to enhance youth literacy. The prototype has been developed in web-based platform that allow users to play this game through their mobile-phone. This paper describes an extend study to explore on how well the performance of text- based game prototype, when it was run online through a mobile device. For this purpose, a testing tool, named “GTmetrix” is used to review the performance of mobile device that run two different text-based game prototype platforms, which are Quest and Ink Platforms. For further comparison, this paper also included additional test scenario to see the performance of these two prototype platforms through a desktop device. These testing was conducted through different mobile network speeds (2G/3G/4G). Two different test approaches, PageSpeed and YSlow, were used to analyze the performance. Based on the results, it can be concluded that both prototype platforms are still compatible to be played through mobile devices, with Ink platform perform slightly better compare to the Quest platform in several test setting.
