An unsteady three dimensional MHD flow of an incompressible, viscous, electrically conducting fluid through a moving vertical porous plate with periodic Suction of infinite length in the presence of Heat source, viscous dissipation and radiation effect in slip flow regime is analyzed and the governing equations are solved by perturbation technique. The nature of various dimensionless parameters on velocity, temperature, skin friction and rate of heat transfer are analyzed with the help of graphs.

The present study investigates an analytical solution of free convective unsteady fluid flow in presence of thermal diffusion and chemical reaction effects past a vertical porous plate with heat source dependent in slip flow regime. The plate is assumed to move with a constant velocity in the direction of fluid flow, while free stream velocity is assumed to follow exponentially increasing small perturbation law. The velocity, temperature and concentration profiles are presented graphically for different values of the parameters entering into the problem. Finally the effects of pertinent parameters on the skin friction coefficient, Nusselt number and Sherwood numbers distributions are derived and have shown through graphs and tables by using perturbation technique.

Free convective magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) flow of a viscous incompressible and electrically conducting fluid past a hot vertical porous plate embedded in a porous medium in the presence of heat source has been studied in this paper. The temperature of the plate varies both in space and time. The main objective of this paper is to study the effect of porosity of the medium coupled with the variation of plate temperature with regard to space and in time. The effect of pertinent parameters characterizing the flow has been presented through the graphs. It is important to record that the presence of porous media has no significant contribution to the flow characteristics and viscous dissipation compensates for the heating and cooling of the plate due to convective current.

An attempt is made to study an unsteady MHD free convective flow with heat and mass transfer past a semi-infinite vertical porous plate immersed in a porous medium. Presence of viscous dissipation and chemical reaction are taken into account. It is assumed that the plate is moved with uniform velocity in the direction of fluid flow. Viscous dissipation term leads nonlinearity in the governing equations. Applying perturbation technique, the solutions for velocity, temperature and concentration are obtained. The effect of various parameters such as Rc, Gr, Gc, Sc etc. on velocity, temperature and concentration are shown through graphs.
