Employer branding is an important issue that businesses cannot neglect, as it is the process of creating a brand for employees and potential candidates. Especially with the development of technology, it has become easier to reach many resources. However, it has always been more difficult to reach talented human resources. At this point, discovering, attracting, and working with talented employees for a long time has attributed a key role to the employer brand. In this direction, the aim of the study is to investigate the roles of employer branding practices in attracting talents to the company in job applications. Content analysis, which is a qualitative analysis method, was used in the study. Maxqda 20 software program was used to access the findings of this analysis. In the research findings, it was seen that concepts such as reputation, communication, awareness, and the concept of Employer Brand were used together intensively. As a result of the research; It has been understood that businesses that want to attract talented employees to the company use the employer brand and communicate effectively with the external environment. It has been seen that this interaction supports the corporate reputation and this has played an important role in increasing the awareness of the company and in the preference and reliability

The development and expansion of knowledge management as an important management philosophy has a significant impact on human resources management as well as on organization as a whole. In this context, knowledge management processes have been used as a strategic tool within human resources management.Therefore, functions of human resources management must adapt itself to this change. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources management in the management of knowledge and to reveal the effects of knowledge management practices on the functions of human resources byexamining the relationship between human resources and knowledge management. In this context, a theoretical investigation was conducted. It has been determined that significant changes occurred on the functions of human resources management such as selection and recruitment, performance management, remuneration and reward, training and development within the framework of the knowledge management strategies.

Researched is the problem of management of human resources in international organization, that is significantly different from human resources’ management in own country. The article discusses issues, related to personnel management in international enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify factors that influence personnel management in the international aspect, and also to research challenges and problems, associated with them. Tourism is characterized by a highly dynamic internal and external environment, which means that adaptation and periodic changes are an integral part of the organizational life of tourism organizations. The present study aims to indicate how and why the socio-psychological aspects of governance are essential for human resource management in tourism organizations. In this regard, it is clarified what are the applied aspects of social psychology related to management and organizational behavior. The areas of application of these aspects are outlined, the connection between the management of human resources in the tourism organizations and the derived socio-psychological aspects of the management is indicated.

The best for companies in Indonesia to survive in the midst of glogal economic is by transforming their business and human resources, given that changes in business concepts are highly driven and patterned by advances in information technology that are exponentially increasing. The innovative steps of transformation, however, should refer to Good Corporate Governance, as an operational foundation and guarantee trust from stakeholders. The era of economic disruption requires companies in Indonesia to always generate new values in all aspects so that performance can increase and the companies are able to survive in the market by gaining positive profits. Human resources management is also important, especially when there is employee engagement in facing threats originating from the external environment.

As a result of globalization, many firms have begun to compete on a worldwide basis. This situation has led Human Resources Management (HRM) to gain more importance in the global arena and “international HRM” field. Over the past few decades, international HRM has gained considerable attention from both academicians and practitioners. The increasing globalization of business has required organizations to manage their workforces effectively. Managing a foreign workforce can differ drastically from managing a domestic one. HRM in the international context requires managing diverse workforces originating from different nationalities with various cultures. Therefore, workforce diversity has become increasingly important for organizations that plan to expand into global markets and target different consumer groups. Organizations can adopt different approaches for managing their workforces and every function of HRM systems should be designed consistent to the workforce diversity of the organization. The purpose of this chapter is to investigate the concept of international HRM and diverse workforce in global organizations. Additionally, the importance of managing diverse workforces effectively in global organizations in the context of HRM functions and the role of HRM in this process will be discussed briefly.
