The population in this study are all people who have a business in Ciputat and customers who visit the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat to finance. Convenience sampling method selected 100 of the people who have businesses and customers who visited the Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ciputat. Test analysis used in this study is to test the factor analysis. Tthis study show that (a) the factors that influence a client's decision in choosing a loan product Bank Syariah Branch Ciputat consists of five factors formed and (b) the most dominant factor influencing the customer's decision in choosing a loan product Bank Syariah Branch Ciputat is factor process (X7). This study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production for products produced by PT. DWA. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing industry specialized in automotive components. Its activity is carried out through a series of production processes, so that expenses spent in the production will be calculated into the cost of the production sold. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in Jakarta. Convenience sampling method selected one of the companies that get the confidence to assemble three national car project in Indonesia, namely Timor, Bakrie and Maleo. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of full costing with job order costing. This study shows that (a) determination of the cost elements associated with the cost of production and (b) determining the cost of production on a product-based job costing with full costing approach. Purpose This study aims to determine the fraud risk factors perceived by employees to have the greatest influence on individuals committing fraud as an unethical conduct, as well as to analyze employees’ opinions on fraud prevention program. Design/methodology/approach The fraud risk factors in this study are based on the concept of the fraud triangle as developed by Donald Cressey, as well as examples of situations set out in SAS No. 99. The samples used in this study are company employees who have been selected using the convenience sampling method. Findings A survey of 109 employees reports that none of the three factors (pressure, opportunity and rationalization) has a significant influence on fraud. However, when comparing the factors, the pressure is considered to have the highest impact. In terms of fraud prevention, the employees suggest that it is extremely important to implement all prevention tools, especially with regard to the adequate segregation of duties. Research limitations/implications Limitations of this study in terms of method and small samples are expected to inform future studies to overcome the limitations by using other methods such as interview and by collecting more respondents to gather their perceptions and opinions. Originality/value This study contributed to the literature in confirming the pressure as the dominant factor and in confirming the importance of anti-fraud programs as suggested by the agency theory.

The Malay Royal towns in Malaysia are typically the location for the royal administrative district. The history for these royal town’s ties back to the Malay Royal Institution. Unfortunately, some towns are slowly threatened. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the town’s unique character that shapes its image and identity intending to identify the attributes and how the people perceived them. The study adopts the case study research approach with the use of multiple sources of evidence which involved the convenience sampling method of the local people in the Royal Town of Kuala Kangsar, and Pekan. The finding shows that the royal town’s preservation should include both tangible and intangible characters such as historical buildings, historical stories, and cultural events to support the identity of the place.

India’s pharmaceutical market accounts for about 1.4 percent of the global pharmaceutical industry in value terms and 10 percent in volume terms. Sun Pharma is a leading and India’s top pharmaceutical company. The following study tries to study the job satisfaction of employees of Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd with reference to Sikkim state and to identify the factors which influence the job satisfaction of employees. The study relies on primary data collected from employees of Sun Pharma, Sikkim with the help of well-designed questionnaire. Total sample size is of 120 respondents using convenience sampling method. The first part of the questionnaire consists of questions related to personal information on age, gender, qualification, marital status, duration of work and department. The second part of questionnaire consists of thirty-six statements which are evenly distributed in points and Five Point Likert Scale has been applied for the same. After collection of primary data, it has been entered in SPSS 18.0 for statistical analyses. The study has used simple percentage and averages for the simple probing into the topic. Factor analysis has been used to determine the 14 variables. Various test like Independent T-test, One-way ANOVA were used to test the job satisfaction of respondents and to meet the objective of the study. The study revealed that there is not much difference among the job satisfaction of employees in Sun Pharma.

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and quality of service to customer satisfaction in Restaurant XYZ Jakarta. The population in this study is the visitors who visited the XYZ Tebet Restaurant period of December 17, 2017. Sampling will stop after the fulfillment of the time range for 5 days and obtained the number of samples of 35 respondents with convenience sampling method. The analysis test used in this research is factor analysis test. The results of this study indicate that the factors that are most able to explain the quality of service is a factor is the ability factor to help visitors. This factor consists of: (1) Physical facilities (3) Responsiveness, (4) Able to help (5) Friendly (6) Polite. The second factor is the waiter has a firm nature consisting of a firm attitude. ABSTRACT Research purposes is to identify factors that forms Telkomsel AS and Indosat IM3 purchase intention. Using survey as a data collection method, a questionnaire was distributed to respondents whose using Telkomsel AS and Indosat IM3 with purposive random sampling method. Data analysis tools are factor analysis. Results show that there four five factors that significantly form Telkomsel AS purchasing decisions, i.e access and servicesfactor, product factor, advertising and perception factor, and promotion and pricing factor. Meanwhile, there are two factors that form IM3 purchase intention, i.e information, promoiton, and product factor, and accessand quality factor. Keywords: marketing mix, factor analysis, purchase intention ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang membentuk minat beli seorang pengguna jasa telekomunikasi Telkomsel AS dan Indosat IM3.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar pada sejumlah responden untuk kedua jenis kartu dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kartu TelkomselAS memiliki empat faktor terbentuk yang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, yaitu faktor pelayanan dan akses, faktor produk, persepsi dan iklan, faktor harga dan promosi, dan faktor keluarga.Sementara itu, pada IndosatIM3 terdapat dua faktor terbentuk, yakni faktor produk, promosi dan informasi, dan faktor kualitas dan akses. Kata kunci: bauran pemasaran, analisis faktor, minat pembelian

This research was conducted to analysis the factors that influence the motivation of tourists, and to find out the dominant factors that influence the motivation of tourists visiting the Liang Ndara Tourism village of Manggarai Barat Regency. Determination of the sample for tourists using the Accidental sampling method, the analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive quantitative analysis technique with validity, reliability and factor analysis supported by SPSS version 21.0.The result examined of factor analysis, there are three factors that influence the motivation of tourists to visit Liang Ndara Tourism Village, (1) Quality of Facilities Factors consisting of six indicators, namely the availability of public facilities such as toilets and parking area, escape from urban routine, hand-woven crafts and traditional woven textiles made by local, the uniqueness of cultural attractions such as the Caci dance or traditional dance by Manggarai Barat people, the security, natural resources such as waterfall and protected forest, (2) The second factor is Rest and Relaxation factor, which consists of six indicators, namely the desire for physical and mental refreshment, the desire to interact socially with the local community, breaking away from routine work, Liang Ndara Tourism Village location easy to access by vehicle, restaurants facility, Availability of Lodging / accommodation. (3) The third factor is Realize Dreams factor, which consists of two indicators, namely fulfillment of travel dreams, and the desire to visit friends or relatives. The dominant factor of the three factors above is Quality of Facilities.

This research aims to find out factors that influence consumers decision on shopping at sharia mart 212 Mart at Wonorejo, Surabaya in the middle of the rapid growth of 212 Mart’s franchise around Indonesia. The method used in this research is explorative factor analysis. The population’s charateristics used in this study are consumers of 212 Mart Surabaya and people that live around Wonorejo that ever trade at 212 Mart. The amount of sample that are used in this study are 30 respondents for the pre-eliminary test and 95 respondents for the main test. This research used convenience sampling to withdraw samples. This research found that there are five factors that influence consumers decision on shopping at sharia mart 212 Mart Surabaya. The factors are consumer compability of halal goods factor, recommendation from friends that has the same vision about 212 movement factor, inventory factor, parking area factor and Islamic atsmosphere factor.Keywords: Consumers Decisions, Sharia Mart, Compability of halal goods, Friend Recommendation, inventory, Parking Area, Islamic Atsmosphere.

The purpose of this research is toexamine the effect of Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude and Financial Satisfaction. The samples of this study is the people of Riau who are already working. The sample was selected by convenience sampling method amounted to 165 respondent with an online questionnaire help by Google form. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling assisted bu the SmartPLS program. The result of this study show that there is an influence of Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, and Financial Capability on Financial Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude terhadap Financial Satisfaction. Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Riau yang sudah bekerja. Sampel dipilih dengan metode convenience sampling berjumlah 165 responden dengan bantuan kuisioner online bantuan Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural equation modelling yang dibantu program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, dan Financial Capability terhadap Financial Satisfaction.
