Virtual Assistant Serina SMB Telkom's is the latest technology-based customer service launched by Telkom'sSMB National Admission. The Virtual Assistant who is familiarly called the Serina chatbot can serve questionsas well as complaints of students, new students, and parents through the LINE messenger application. Thisresearch was conducted to determine consumer responses and to see the influence between variables regardingcompatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, and actual use of Serina chatbotusing the TAM approach. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types.The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type with a samplesize of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS using the outermodel and inner model. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, overall compatibility is in the goodcategory, perceived usefulness in the good enough category, perceived ease of use in the good category,behavioral intention in the good enough category, and actual use in the good enough category. The t-statisticand P-coefficient results show that: compatibility influences perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, perceived usefulness influencesbehavioral intention and behavioral intention influences actual use.Keywords: Chatbot, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Compatibility, Partial Least Square (PLS)

<p class="Abstrak">Pelayanan kepada pelanggan adalah salah satu tujuan bisnis setiap perusahaan dalam upayanya memberikan kepuasan kepada para pelanggannya. Untuk mengintegrasikan seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dari semua divisi yang terkait baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, Perusahaan X sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang TI telah mengimplementasikan sistem CRM (<em>Customer Relationship Management</em>). Implementasi CRM tersebut bertujuan untuk mensinergikan kegiatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan agar tidak saling tumpang tindih dan dapat terkoordinasi dengan baik. Untuk mendukung kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan penggunaan sistem CRM, penelitian ini mengkaji penerimaan pengguna sistem CRM di antara semua karyawan dalam divisi terkait di dalam perusahaan yang berjumlah 141 orang, menggunakan Model TAM (<em>Technology Acceptance Model</em>) yang dimodifikasi, yaitu tanpa melibatkan variabel eksternal. Penelitian ini mengkaji penerimaan pengguna berdasarkan empat variabel penyusun Model TAM, yaitu <em>Perceived Ease Of Use</em> (PEOU), <em>Perceived Usefulness</em> (PU), <em>Behavioral Intention</em> (BI), dan <em>Actual Use</em> (AU). Studi membuktikan bahwa diperoleh pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel – variabel penyusunnya, yaitu PEOU terhadap PU dan BI, PU terhadap BI, serta BI terhadap AU dengan nilai pengaruh masing – masing adalah 0,43; 0,67; 0,58; dan 0,77. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerimaan pengguna CRM sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor manfaat, kemudahan, serta perilaku karyawan dalam menggunakannya.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan elearning.umn.ac.id pada mahasiswa melalui kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Terdapat lima konstruk asli dari TAM yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain persepsi kegunaan (PU), persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU), sikap terhadap penggunaan (ATU), minat perilaku (BI), dan penggunaan senyatanya (AU). Terdapat pula tiga konstruk eksternal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain keyakinan individu (SE), aksesibilitas sistem (SA), dan kualitas sistem (SQ). Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini menemukan tingkat penerimaan dan penggunaan e-learning UMN pada mahasiswa dengan menggunakan faktor internal (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, actual use) dan faktor eksternal (self-efficacy, system accessibility, system quality) TAM sudah tinggi. Perceived ease of use tidak memiliki hubungan apapun terhadap faktor-faktor yang lain, sehingga apabila faktor perceived ease of use ditingkatkan maka tidak akan terjadi pengaruh apapun terhadap actual use, meskipun didukung dengan faktor system accessibility. Adapun pengaruh positif signifikan yang dimiliki semua pasangan variabel memiliki sifat pengurangan nilai, sehingga jika sebuah faktor independen memiliki peningkatan skor sebanyak n, maka faktor dependen yang memiliki hubungan terhadap variabel independen tersebut ikut mengalami peningkatan skor namun mengalami penurunan nilai dengan besar n sejumlah dengan nilai koefisien total pengaruh yang dimilikinya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem Computer Based Test (CBT) dengan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) berdasarkan lima konstruk. Kelima konstruk tersebut adalah Kemudahan Pengguna Persepsian (Perceived Ease Of Use/PEOU), Kegunaan Persepsian (Perceived Usefulness/PU), Sikap terhadap Perilaku (Attitude Towards Behavior/ATB), Minat Perilaku (Behavioral Intention/BI) dan Penggunaan Sesungguhnya (Actual Use/AU). Tingkat signifikan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5% dengan nilai ttabel 1,96 yang didapatkan dari proses bootstrapping yang berasumsi memiliki Derajat Kebebasan (DK) sebesar 500. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Konstruk kemudahan penggunaan persepsian berpengaruh terhadap konstruk kegunaan persepsian sebesar 69%; (2) Konstruk kemudahan penggunaan persepsian berpengaruh terhadap konstruk sikap terhadap perilaku sebesar 38%; (3) Konstruk kegunaan persepsian berpengaruh terhadap konstruk sikap terhadap perilaku sebesar 47%; (4) Konstruk kegunaan persepsian berpengaruh terhadap konstruk minat perilaku sebesar 29%; (5) Konstruk kegunaan persepsian berpengaruh terhadap konstruk penggunaan sesungguhnnya sebesar 19%; (6) Konstruk sikap terhadap perilaku berpengaruh terhadap konstruk minat perilaku sebesar 46%; dan (7) Konstruk minat perilaku berpengaruh terhadap konstruk penggunaan sesungguhnya sebesar 59%.

ABSTRACT Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is a direct cash assistance provided to underprivileged students with Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) as a marker / identity to ensure and ensure that children get the assistance of the Smart Indonesia Program. In order to monitor the distribution of KIP and to ensure that KIP has been accepted and can be utilized by the students, the Ministry of Education and Culture shall validate and update KIP recipient data through the Dapodik Application. Dapodik is an online and real time, based application that can be accessed and operated directly by all school operators in data entry, data processing, updating of PIP data, education personnel, students, periodic, sanitation, study groups and data of infrastructure school. This study aimed to evaluate the level of acceptance of basic education data applications (dapodik) using the method of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study used 3 modified variables are Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) as independent variable while Acceptance of IT as dependent variable. This study used simple random sampling as a sampling technique, with the number of respondents as many as 66 people operators. For data analysis techniques, this study used multiple regression techniques with descriptive quantitative research types, as well as data processing tools using SPSS 16.00 for windows software. The results showed that the benefit factor (Perceived Ease of Use) of 43.5%, factor amenity (Perceived Usefulness) of 36.8%. Abstract. The long-term objective of this research is to enrich the development of science, especially the development of SMEs related to the adoption of information technology with studies using the Technology Acceptance Model. The specific aim of the research is to examine what factors are inhibiting the adoption of e commerce technology in SMEs in Banyumas Regency, as well as examining whether e-commerce adoption has an impact on increasing the demand for product quantities in SMEs. Collecting data in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through direct interviews with SMEs in Banyumas District who were respondents. The sampling technique in this study using random sampling technique. Whereas for data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. The results of the study show that the Technology Acceptance Model theory is able to explain the institutions of SMEs actors to use e-commerce technology. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkaya perkembangan ilmu, khususnya pengembangan UMKM terkait dengan adopsi teknologi informasi dengan kajian menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model.  Tujuan khusus penelitian adalah untuk menelaah faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat adopsi teknologi e commerce pada UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas, serta menelaah apakah adopsi e- commerce berdampak pada peningkatan permintaaan kuantitas produk pada UKM. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui antar langsung kepada pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi responden.  Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis data mengunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22.0 dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori Technology Acceptance Model  mampu menjelaskan instensi para pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan teknologi e-commerce.  Hasil penelitian juga berhasil menerima 3 (tiga) hipotesis yaitu Perceived usefulnes  berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, use behavior  berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan permintaan kuantitas produk.  Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), Implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan pengoperasian sistem  (perceived ease of use) atau dengan kata lain menolak 2 (dua) hipotesis lainnya.Keywords. Metode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) merupakan salah satu metode yang tepat dalam merancang dan membangun sistem yang user friendly dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna pada user experience. Dengan mengimplementasikan konstruk-konstruk TAM yang meliputi PU (Perceived Usefulness), PEOU (Perceived Ease of Use), ATU (Attitude Toward Using), BITU (Behavioral Intention to Use) dan AU (Actual Use) maka dapat dipastikan akan meningkatkan tingkat kenyamanan user experience melalui interface yang baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna informasi.

The e-commerce industry has the potential to be one of the drivers of the domestic economy. One of the impacts of the advancement of e-commerce is the emergence of many online-based marketplaces or so-called e-marketplaces. However, a lot of these online marketplaces sell 90% imported products. In addition, the outbreak of Covid-19 in Indonesia has prompted the government to establish several policies that have significantly reduced MSME performance by up to 70-100%. This study aimed to provide an empirical analysis of the influence of factors based on the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, namely e-marketplace self-efficacy, complexity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual technology use in e-marketplaces. The sample consisted of MSMEs in East Java, especially those engaged in the food and beverage industry sector with ready-to-eat processed food products whose business activities use the Shopee e-marketplace application platform. This is an online shopping marketplace focused on mobile platforms. There were 150 respondents. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used. E-marketplace self-efficacy, complexity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual technology use in e-marketplaces all had positive effects on each other. This showed that a system that offers convenience will improve behavior, habits, and performance for MSMEs in using e-marketplace activities. The release of tax e-billing version 2 by the Directorate General of Taxes certainly got the pros and cons of the users. Any change of a certain system is not necessarily accepted by its users. In this case the conventional tax payment system is a paper-based Tax Payment Slip into a more modern Electronic Tax Payment Slip. Various factors can affect a person in the use of a technology, therefore this research would like to examine the factors that might affect the desire of individual taxpayers in the Cirebon City to use the tax e-billing version 2. This study uses the theory of Davis F.D is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) this theory is very popular in research about the user perception of technology acceptance. In this study used two independent variables, first is perceived usefulness and the second is perceived ease of use and the dependent variable is behavioral intention to use.The study was conducted by spreading 500 questionnaires to Taxpayer in Cirebon City, and obtained valid questionnaires as many as 435 pieces. The questionnaire obtained will then be tested by means of regression test. In this study perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use significantly affect the desire of individual taxpayers to use the tax e-billing version 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Davis F.D yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang sangat populer dalam penelitian tentang persepsi pengguna terhadap penerimaan teknologi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 2 variabel independen, yaitu perceived usefulness (persepsi kebermanfaatan) dan perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan dalam penggunaan) serta variabel dependennya behavioral intention to use (keinginan untuk menggunakan).Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebar 500 buah kuesioner kepada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar di Kota Cirebon, dan didapatkan kuesioner yang sah sebanyak 435 buah. Kuesioner yang diperoleh selanjutnya akan diuji dengan alat uji regresi. Dalam penelitian ini perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use secara signifikan mempengaruhi keinginan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi untuk menggunakan e-billing pajak versi 2.

This article investigates the technology acceptance factors in the context of information communication technology enabled agricultural extension services. Behavioral intention has always been a consequence of the technology acceptance model. The purpose of this study was to examine if the consequence of adoption be an economic benefit to the customer. It examines how these factors influence perceived economic well-being of such users. A stratified sampling procedure was adopted to obtain data from 325 valid responses from rural Indians using a structured survey instrument. A two step method was applied to analyse the data. First, the measurement model was calibrated for the reliability and validity of constructs. Then, the strength and direction of the hypothesized relationships were investigated by the structural model using structural equation modeling. Users of mobile application were checked for their perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm and attitude for their perceived economic well-being. These four factors, when regressed upon the perceived economic well-being using structural equation modeling predict that all but attitude is significant. This article improvises the extant technology acceptance model by replacing behavioral intention with a perceived economic well-being as a consequence. A consumer who perceives economic benefits is more likely to adopt an innovative product. Marketers can advertise the economic benefits so that the target customers adopt such technologies. By this research, the authors have identified a different outcome for perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and subjective norm. A new relationship between the exogenous variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm and attitude and the endogenous variable perceived economic well-being is established by this study. Behavioral intention can be replaced by perceived economic well-being as the outcome in the technology acceptance model.
