Рассматривается сравнение эффективности поиска решения по тексту на основе стандартных средств ИТ-технологий и при помощи нового варианта интеллектуальной электронной книги - элинга. Применяется база знаний на основе молинг для текста, используемого в эксперименте. The article deals with the comparison of the effectiveness of searching for a solution in the text using the standard means of IT technologies and with the help of a new version of an intelligent electronic book - elinga. A knowledge base of molingas is applied to model the text used in the experiment. Higher quality of solutions found and potentially higher speed of search are demonstrated.

Despite the fact that Wikipedia is often criticized for its poor quality, it continues to be one of the most popular knowledge base in the world. Articles in this free encyclopedia on various topics can be created and edited in about 300 different language versions independently. Our research showed that in language sensitive topics quality of information can be relatively better in the relevant language versions. However, in most cases it is difficult for the Wikipedia readers to determine the language affiliation of the described subject. Additionally, each language edition of Wikipedia can have own rules in manual assessing of the content quality. This makes automatic quality comparison of articles between various languages a challenging task. The paper presents results of relative quality and popularity assessment of over 28 million articles in 44 selected language versions. In addition, a comparative analysis of the quality and popularity of articles in some topics was conducted. The proposed method allows to find articles with information of better quality that can be used to automatically enrich other language editions of Wikipedia.

An increase in the degree of intellectualization of tasks requires the creation of methodology for improving the quality of intelligent decision-making systems. The possibility of automating decision-making in poorly formalized areas through the using of the expert knowledge leads to increasing of the number of errors in the software, and as a consequence to increasing of the number of various sources of failures. The article provides a detailed overview of existing methods and technologies for quality assurance of intelligent decision systems. The first part of the article describes the methodology for ensuring the quality of the intelligent systems (IS), based on the GOST/ ISO standards, where it is proposed to use a multilevel model to describe the quality of the IS software. It is shown that to ensure the required level of quality, an action plan can be formed and the use of a system dynamics model for the implementation of an action plan for ensuring the quality of IS is described. A comparative analysis of the complex criteria of quality and reliability is given. In the second part, the quality of knowledge base (KB) as a special element of the IS software is described, a comparative analysis of methods for static and dynamic analysis of knowledge bases is considered. An overview of research results in the classification of errors in the knowledge bases and their debugging is given. Special attention is given to the "forgetting about exception" type of errors. The concept of a statically correct knowledge base at the level of the knowledge structure is described and it is shown that statically correct knowledge bases can nevertheless give errors due to errors in the rules themselves because of the inconsistency of the field of studies. Neural network knowledge bases are allocated in a separate class, for neural networks methods of debugging are described.

The article presents the results of testing the complex methodology of assessment of quality of electronic books exhibitions (EBE). The author describes the project of the expert system, allowing to implement the EBE assessment without the experts’ participation. There is given the comparison of the results of assessments, carried out by experts and by the expert system.

The main stages of solving the problem of planning movements by mobile robots in a non-stationary working environment based on neural networks, genetic algorithms and fuzzy logic are considered. The features common to the considered intellectual algorithms are singled out and their comparative analysis is carried out. Recommendations are given on the use of this or that method depending on the type of problem being solved and the requirements for the speed of the algorithm, the quality of the trajectory, the availability (volume) of sensory information, etc.
