The increase in tax revenue in Indonesia is not accompanied by an increase in tax ratio The low tax ratioindicatestax avoidance practices in Indonesia. Some tax avoidance practices can be conductedthrough transferpricing and thin capitalization.This study is aimed to examine empirically the effect of thin capitalization as well astransfer pricing aggressiveness on tax avoidance practice in Indonesia. This study uses manufacturing companieswhich are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within the period 2013-2015. Using purposive sampling, theselected samples in this study are 90 companies, so the total sample is 270 samples. The hypothesis examinationused in this study is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data.The results of this study suggest that thincapitalization is positively associated with tax avoidance,while transfer pricing aggressivenessis not associated withtax avoidance.

The research aims to examine the effect of transfer pricing, leverage, profitability on tax avoidance. the sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 140 samples of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014- 2019 that met the criteria. The result of hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application show that transfer pricing has not effect on tax avoidance. leverage and profitability has a significant effext with a negative coefficient on tax avoidance.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with a population of 150 companies. Determination of the sample in this research is by non probabilaty sampling method and by purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample is 63 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that all independent variables in this study, namely profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance.  This study aims to examine (1) Institutional ownership Against Tax Avoidance and (2) Independent Board of Commissioners Against Tax Avoidance in LQ-45 companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all LQ-45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. While the sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 29 sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and sample company websites. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results of the study concluded: institutional ownership and independent board of commissioners proved to have a significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of this study, it is suggested to add other variables that are thought to influence tax avoidance such as: audit quality, audit committee, management compensation, and managerial ownership.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of management compensation, inventory intensity ratio, and profitability on tax avoidance. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. The number of observations obtained was 205 observations using the nonprobability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that management compensation has a negative effect on tax avoidance, profitability has a positive effect on tax avoidance, while the inventory intensity ratio does not affect tax avoidance. AbstractTax avoidance is one of the taxpayers’ efforts to reduce the amount of tax payable legally by using loopholes contained in tax regulations. This study aims to examine the effect of transfer pricing and profitability (ROA) on tax avoidance. This study is tested on seven companies from nineteen plantation companies listed on IDX in 2013-2019 which are selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that transfer pricing and profitability have no effect on tax avoidance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transfer pricing dan profitabilitas (ROA) terhadap tax avoidance. Penelitian ini diujikan pada tujuh perusahaan dari sembilan belas perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2019 yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transfer pricing dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh pada tax avoidance.Kata Kunci: Tax Avoidance,Transfer Pricing, Profitabilitas.

This study aims to analyze the effect of executive characteristics and family ownership as a stimulus factor for tax avoidance and to see the existence of a political relationship as a moderating variable in the effect of executive characteristics and family ownership on tax avoidance. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019. In this study, the sample was determined based on the purposive sampling technique with the criteria that the sample company was manufacture listed on the IDX for three consecutive years from 2017-2019, published an annual report in the 2017-2019 period sequentially, did not experience delisting, was not a company the IPO in 2018-2019, did not experience any losses and did not have an ETR value of more than 1. The research sample was obtained from as many as 138 companies with 3 years of observation. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed (I) executive characteristics had a significant positive effect on tax avoidance (II) family ownership had a significant negative effect on tax avoidance (III) political connections were not able to strengthen the executive's positive influence on tax avoidance (IV) political connections weakened family ownership on tax avoidance. This study can also show that the sample companies tend to comply with tax rules, they avoid sanctions and fines, and consider the risk of loss that must be faced by the company when proven to do tax avoidance.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on the Company's Financial Performance in the Kompas 100 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the analytical technique. The results of hypothesis testing (t-test) prove that Intellectual Capital influences the Company's Financial Performance. This means that the better the Intellectual Capital owned by the compass index company 100, the higher the company's financial performance. Keywords: Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Kompas 100 index yang terdaftar pada on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis yang digunakan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t-test) menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital yang semakin baik yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam index Kompas 100, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

Abstract: This research aims to explanatory and analyze the influence of liquidity, solvability, effectivity and profitability on the dividend policy. Research subject at 12 Consumer Good Industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2018. This research used the purposive sampling method. Data obtained from corporation annual reports which are available on the official site of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used is the multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software IBM SPSS 26. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Liquidity, Solvability, and Effectivity has’t influence on Dividend Policy, while Profitabilty is the only one variable that has positive influence and significant toward Dividend Policy.  Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Effectivity, Profitability, Dividend Policy Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, efektivitas dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Subjek penelitian pada 12 perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang tersedia pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program statistik IBM SPSS 26. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Efektivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Profitabilitas hanya salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata kunci: Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Efektivitas, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen
