Breast cancer is a health problem since so many years ago especially to women. In 2013, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) showed that the number of national breast cancer prevalence was the second most numerous patients in the world especially attacked women in Indonesia. The common problems experienced by breast cancers patients is the decrease of life quality of the patients. The purpose of this research was to identify factors related to the life quality of the breast cancers patients in Bandung city. This research used cross sectional method. The determination of life quality based on Quality of Life Cancer Survivor Version (QOL-CSV). Accidental sampling was used to choose samples. This research was taken place in four rumah singgah (shelters) of breast cancer located in Bandung city. There were 30 women involved in this study. Inclusive criterion in this research was the patients of breast cancers who are undergoing medications such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy, who are willing to be the respondents voluntary. Result of normality test included age factor, marital age and firts time pregnance. Multivariate test used in this research was the linear regression analysis. Based on the result of bivariate analysis, age factor and frequency of pregnancy had positive correlated (p<0.05) to the life quality of breast cancer patients, while menarche had a negative correlated. Regression linear result was determined to life quality factor (p<0,05) including age factor, marital age and  pathology anatomy result. Half of the result of coefficient correlation showed a strong relationship in the quality of life of breast cancer patients. This Research showed that some of the reproduction factors related to the quality of life. Some factors are contributed to the quality of life of breast cancer patients such as age of the patient, marital age and result of pathology anatomy (cancer stage). This research needs more in-depths studies toward the quality of life of breast cancers patients as well as efforts of intervention to increase the quality of life of breast cancers patients. Keywords: breast cancer, quality of life, reproductive factors

The data were gathered by questionnaire then processed by SPSS and analyzed by statistical test of Chi-square with the significance degree of 95% (α=0,05). Result: The result showed that there was significant correlation between the need of supportive care (p<0,000) and the life quality of the breast cancer patients. Conclusion: There was association of the supportive careandthelifequalityofthebreastcancerpatientswiththevalueofp=0,000<α0.05.

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in the world and is one of the biggest causes of cancer deaths every year. Measurement of the quality of life in breast cancer patients could improve treatment and become a prognosic factor along with medical parameters for the patients. This study aims to measure the life quality of breast cancer patients and observe how it affects the life quality based on patient characteristics. The study was conducted on 93 breast cancer patients. Data were collected form patients in several breast cancer comunities in Denpasar which were carried outh within 3 months (January – March 2019). This study used a cross sectional design using a snowball sampling technique involving breast cancer patients in several cancer communities in Denpasar. The patient's life quality data was obtained using the EuroQol-5 Dimension-5 Level (EQ-5D-5L) generic instrument and conversion to health utility (utility) used the Indonesian value set. The entire data was analyzed using the independent t-test and multivariate regression. The results showed that pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression were the most dominant problem in breast cancer patients (82,7%). The utility value of breast cancer patients was 0.821±0.123 and the VAS value was 74.41±11.67. There was a significant difference in utility value based on patient characteristics of occupation (p=0.035), symptoms (p=0,003), and cancer stadium (p=0.015). Affected 20.5% of the quality of life of breast cancer patients in Denpasar city.

Over 3.1 million women living in the U.S. have been diagnosed with breast cancer. The purpose of the present study was to determine whether stage of cancer, psychological distress, cognitive fusion (fusion of one’s thoughts and emotions), mindfulness, and resilience were related to quality of life among breast cancer patients. Participants were 24 women, aged 41-71, diagnosed with stage 0-3 breast cancer, recruited to participate in a pilot intervention study. All data for this study were collected at the baseline assessment. A multiple linear regression analysis explained 79.1% of the total variance in quality of life, F(5, 14) = 15.400, p < .001, Adjusted R2 = .791. Higher resilience significantly predicted higher quality of life (b = 2.392, p = .002), whereas higher stage of cancer (b = -8.068, p = .030) and higher levels of psychological distress (b = -1.737, p < .001) significantly predicted lower quality of life. Contrary to the hypotheses, higher levels of mindfulness significantly predicted lower quality of life (b = -0.612, p = .022). Cognitive fusion did not significantly predict quality of life (p > .05). More research is needed to determine how various factors predict quality of life among breast cancer patients.
