This academic research aims to determine the approach of the employees in different organizations to the matrix management style. Although the practice of matrix management style is quite difficult and its implementation costs are high, the main reasons of its adoption by the managers are discussed. In this research, the facts of establishing effective and reliable communication with all of the employees in an enterprise, working as efficient teams, the interrelation among the teams, solving problems as a team as well as receiving education for conflict resolution and ensuring cooperation among people while maintaining the values of the enterprises are investigated. In addition, the attitude of the managers in the performance of important tasks towards prioritizing knowledge and competence rather than authority and line relationships, the establishment of an integral and equitable performance evaluation system, the existence of a consistent information flow and a multidimensional accounting are inquired. Besides, by the integration of the conflict management process into the planning process, the use of the appropriate planning software, and clearly defining the tasks with all the details and responsibilities involved, the building-up of needed connections to do the work and at the same time, which add value to the work, are evaluated.

Northwest Missouri State University, a two-time winner of the Missouri Quality Award and two-time finalist for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award, has a long history of quality in higher education.  Dr. Dean Hubbard, university President for the last 20 years, has pioneered the quality movement in higher education.  Northwest’s Seven-Step Planning Process has become a benchmark process that many other institutions have mimicked through the years.  Quality is truly the guiding force for our institution.  Many years ago, President Hubbard and his staff brainstormed the most important indicators of quality at the institutional level.  These indicators are continuously monitored and revised through a data management device that became known as the University’s “Dashboard” system, not dissimilar in concept to the dashboard of indicators one can find in any automobile or aircraft.  We have taken this institutional approach of driving and managing quality, and applied it to individual faculty performance measurement.  We have developed a series of job performance indicators designed to help faculty continuously improve their own performance, and to help administers monitor, track and reward high-achievers, and motivate those in need of assistance.

In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

At present, the relevant test data and training indicators of athletes during rehabilitation training lack screening and analysis, so it is impossible to establish a long-term longitudinal tracking research system and evaluation system. In order to improve the practical effect of sports rehabilitation activities, this paper successively introduces the matrix normal mixed model and the fuzzy clustering algorithm based on the K-L information entropy regularization and the matrix normal mixed model. Moreover, this paper uses the expectation maximization algorithm to estimate the parameters of the model, discusses the framework, key technologies and core services of the development platform, and conducts certain research on the related technologies of the three-tier architecture. At the same time, according to the actual needs of sports rehabilitation training, this paper designs the functions required for exercise detection and prescription formulation. In addition, this paper analyzes and designs the database structure involved in each subsystem. Finally, this paper designs experiments to verify the performance of the model constructed in this paper. The research results show that the performance of the model constructed in this paper meets the expectations of model construction, so it can be applied to practice.

A performance evaluation system of finance transportation projects is mainly researched, in which the sub-module of the highway projects evaluation, waterway projects evaluation, Passenger stations projects evaluation, Energy saving projects evaluation are incorporated. In addition, the expert knowledge are inserted in the system, the multi-layer neural network and fuzzy-set theory are used to implement Performance Evaluation system of Finance invest Transportation Projects, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system are finally verified by practice.
