ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENERIMAAN NASABAH TERHADAP LAYANAN INTERNET BANKING DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect customer acceptance of internet banking services with the approach Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample in this study is internet banking users in Padang. The sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The total of questionnaire distributed counted 140 and able to be used  118. The study use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS application version 16.0. The results of this study indicated that: (1) personalization have a  significant effect on perceived usefulness. (2) personalization have a  significant effect on perceived ease of use. (3) computer self efficacy doesn’t significant effect on perceived usefulness. (4) computer self efficacy doesn’t significant effect on perceived ease of use. (5) trust doesn’t significant effect on perceived usefulness. (6) trust doesn’t significant effect on perceived ease of use. (7) perceived ease of use doesn’t significant effect on perceived usefulness.

<p>This study aims to examine the factors influencing the acceptability of SIMDA in the Batu Municipal Government. The research model used the <em>Technology Acceptance Model</em> (TAM), which add external construct from D&amp;M success model of information system and other construct namely the <em>commitment of management</em>, <em>social influence</em> and the Individually influence such as <em>computer self-efficacy</em> and <em>personal innovativenes</em>. This research employed census sampling method. The samples are all official of in financial department who use SIMDA. Results of the research showed that <em>perceived usefulness</em> was affected by <em>management commitment</em>, <em>social influence</em>, <em>information quality, system quality</em>, <em>personal innovativeness</em>, and<em> perceived ease of use</em>. In addition, <em>Computer self-efficacy</em>, and <em>personal innovativeness</em> influenced to <em>perceived ease of use</em>. Furthermore, the <em>acceptance SIMDA</em> was influenced <em>perceived usefulness</em> and <em>perceived ease of use</em>. Abstrak: Aplikasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Pada Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Pada Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan. Sebuah metodologi survey digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data 100 karyawan. Path analysis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Computer self-efficacy berpengaruh pada persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat teknologi, (2) Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan teknologi berpengaruh pada persepsi manfaat dan sikap untuk menggunakan teknologi, (3) Persepsi manfaat teknologi berpengaruh pada sikap dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan (4) Sikap untuk menggunakan teknologi berpengaruh pada niat untuk menggunakan teknologi. Kata kunci: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), computer self-efficacy, persepsi manfaat teknologi, sikap menggunakan teknologi, niat menggunakan teknologi Abstract: Application of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) On Computerized Land Activities. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on computerized land activities. A survey methodology used to collect data of 100 employees. This paper aims to empirically examine the factors that affect the adoption of Internet banking in Tunisia. In order to explain the factors, this paper extends the “Technology Acceptance Model” by adding additional external factors such as security and privacy, self efficacy, social influence, and awareness of services and its benefits. The findings of the study suggests that the security and privacy, self efficacy, social influence, and awareness of services and its benefits have significant effects on the perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU) and attitude toward Internet banking acceptance. Age and education have also significant impact on the attitude towards the likelihood of adopting online banking. These findings may provide for banks useful guidelines for developing Internet banking services and for marketing Internet banking.

Abstract. The long-term objective of this research is to enrich the development of science, especially the development of SMEs related to the adoption of information technology with studies using the Technology Acceptance Model. The specific aim of the research is to examine what factors are inhibiting the adoption of e commerce technology in SMEs in Banyumas Regency, as well as examining whether e-commerce adoption has an impact on increasing the demand for product quantities in SMEs. Collecting data in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through direct interviews with SMEs in Banyumas District who were respondents. The sampling technique in this study using random sampling technique. Whereas for data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. The results of the study show that the Technology Acceptance Model theory is able to explain the institutions of SMEs actors to use e-commerce technology. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkaya perkembangan ilmu, khususnya pengembangan UMKM terkait dengan adopsi teknologi informasi dengan kajian menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model.  Tujuan khusus penelitian adalah untuk menelaah faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat adopsi teknologi e commerce pada UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas, serta menelaah apakah adopsi e- commerce berdampak pada peningkatan permintaaan kuantitas produk pada UKM. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui antar langsung kepada pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi responden.  Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis data mengunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22.0 dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori Technology Acceptance Model  mampu menjelaskan instensi para pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan teknologi e-commerce.  Hasil penelitian juga berhasil menerima 3 (tiga) hipotesis yaitu Perceived usefulnes  berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, use behavior  berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan permintaan kuantitas produk.  Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), Implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan pengoperasian sistem  (perceived ease of use) atau dengan kata lain menolak 2 (dua) hipotesis lainnya.Keywords. Despite the significant increase in telemedicine services technology, its adoption and use have been quite slow in some healthcare settings. It is generally accepted in today’s globalizing world that the success of telemedicine services relies on users’ satisfaction. Satisfying physicians and patients is one of the crucial objectives of telemedicine success. This study seeks to evaluate physicians’ satisfaction with telemedicine services adoption and utilization using the technology acceptance model. A structured questionnaire based on the construct of technology acceptance model was used to solicit for data from participants in four different government health institutions. Purposive and convenience sampling techniques were employed to select healthcare professionals from various medical fields. Structural equation modeling was utilized in the data analysis. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of telemedicine services were found to influence physicians’ behavioral intentions. This resulted in increased efficiency, quality of services, quality patient care delivery, and satisfaction among physicians in using telemedicine services. We noted that the adoption of telemedicine services in clinical settings depends on physicians’ and patients’ satisfaction with the use of the service. The study contributes to empirical knowledge by identifying the vital predictive factors affecting telemedicine services satisfaction among physicians.

<p>Potensi penggunaan e-money sangat besar dan menarik perhatian sebagai cara pembayaran alternatif di seluruh dunia. Pemerintah melalui Bank Indonesia menggerakkan masyarakat untuk melakukan Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNNT). Namun, hanya lapisan masyarakat tertentu yang sudah terbiasa menggunakan transaksi dengan <em>e-money</em>. Sebagian masyarakat beranggapan bahwa transaksi pembayaran menggunakan <em>e-money</em> masih terdapat banyak kekurangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji <em>Technology Acceptance Model</em> (TAM) yaitu <em>perceived ease of use</em> dan <em>perceived usefulness</em>, selain itu juga menambahkan <em>perceived risk</em> untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap <em>attitude toward using</em> dan <em>actual use</em> terhadap penggunaan aplikasi LinkAja. Metode analisis menggunakan <em>Structural Equation Modeling</em> (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> terhadap responden yang menggunakan aplikasi LinkAja di seluruh Indonesia. Responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa <em>perceived ease of use</em> dan <em>perceived usefulness</em> berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap <em>attitude toward using</em> dan <em>actual use</em>. <em>Perceived risk</em> tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap <em>actual use</em> aplikasi LinkAja.</p>

Using the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study aimed to investigate the acceptability of video game technologies (serious games) for medical emergency procedure and decision making training. Using the Triage Trainer, a prototype serious game for the triage sieve process, differences between gamers and non-gamers, males and females, and the effects of ratings of computer self efficacy (i.e. computer skill and gaming skill) and attitudes towards computers (i.e. enthusiasm and anxiety) on the acceptance model were also investigated. The results show significant correlations for computer self-efficacy and attitude variables with the perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU) and attitudes towards use (ATU) of the game. Multiple regression showed that 52% of the variance in ATU was explained by the PU and PEOU. However, none of the secondary variables (self efficacy or emotions) had a significant effect on the ATU, PU and PEOU over and above each other.

The U.S. Navy continues to be a major developer and procurer of information systems (ISs), yet very limited research has been done to determine the factors that influence technology acceptance by naval personnel. Literature suggests that efforts to embrace information technology in improving decision making and reducing workload depend heavily on the use of such systems. Moreover, previous research has shown the validity of the technology acceptance model (TAM) and computer self-efficacy (CSE) to model technology acceptance in numerous environments. However, very little research was done specifically addressing such technology acceptance with military combat ISs. Thus, this study examines the applicability of the extended TAM with a CSE construct model to the U.S. Navy’s combat ISs. A survey sample of 237 sailors from five different U.S. Navy aircraft carriers was used to assess such an extended model on a U.S. Navy’s combat IS. Results indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and CSE were valid antecedents of technology acceptance (as indicated by intention to use). Moreover, high Cronbach’s alpha was observed on all measures, indicating reliability of the measures in the context of military organizations.

Five factors affecting student use of an eLearning management system in two Web-enhanced hybrid undergraduate courses are investigated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research represents a causal relationship existing between students' attitude toward WebCT and their actual use of the system. Students' perception of the WebCT use, Computer Self-Efficacy, and Subjective Norms are also taken into account. Multigroup structural modeling procedure, specifically PROC CALIS, is used to extract those factors from student use of WebCT and to determine their interrelatedness among one another. Results show that extended adaptations of the Technology Acceptance Model are not as suitable for Engineering students as they are for Psychology students. Of the two competing models in the psychology class, Perceived Ease of Use is deemed an exogenous variable. A multi-sample analysis suggests that covariance structure differences between psychology and engineering students were found obvious over Computer Self-Efficacy and Subjective Norms variables. Lessons and experience from a southeastern metropolitan university in the United States are addressed.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh sistem pembelajaran berbasis  edmodo terhadap motivasi dan  hasil belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung dengan menggunakan TAM (Technologi Acceptance Model).  Penggunaan model TAM didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa sejauh ini TAM merupakan sebuah konsep yang dianggap paling baik dalam menjelaskan perilaku pengguna terhadap sistem teknologi informasi baru. Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Penerimaan Sistem Pembelajaran Berbasis Edmodo Bagi Peserta Didik Dengan Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model  (Study Kasus  Pada SMKN  4 Bandung)”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 4 Bandung kelas XI dan XII rumpun Teknik Informatika. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yang mengambil metode pengambilan sampel dengan didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Kriteria sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa yang aktif pada semester ganjil tahun pembelajaran 2015/2016. Analisis multivariat yang dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS (Analysis Of Moment Structure), Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan hanya 5 hipotesis diterima dari total 9 hipotesis yang diajukan. Hanya pada hubungan berikut yang terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif : a)  Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) terhadap  Perceived Usefulness (PU),  b) Attitude Toward Using ( ATU) terhadap  Perceived Enjoyment (PE),c) Attitude Toward Using (ATU) terhadap Perceived Usefulness (PU),d) Attitude Toward Using (ATU) terhadap  Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) e) Attitude Toward Using ( ATU) terhadap   Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), f) Actual Usage (AU)  terhadap  Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan sistem pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi edmodo tidak sepenuhnya dapat dijelaskan oleh Technologi Acceptance Model.
