In PT. Hanken Indonesia determination of the criteria the authors observed no sub contractor standars of raw, so it is not uncommon problems in the future when the ordered material or part that worked out. Amoung those problems for example; the quality, accuracy and delivery rates less competitive. So that ultimately the goods delivered to the PT. Hanken Indonesia does not meet the standars of efficiency (QCD). In writing this thesis implementation, which are at issue is; how to optimize the ordering of goods from supplier to supplier performasi attention so as to meet the standars of efficiency (QCD). One of the ways to optimize the system supply chain, we selected the subcontractor selection techniques using an approach Hierarchy Analythical Process (AHP). It is a choice of study. Because the determination of the subcontractor holds a very important role, which will greatly affect the continuity of the smooth production process in a company. To implement supply chain management (SCM) in accordance with business strategy, first perfomed the preparation of criteria derived from the supply companies with the result brainstoreming purchasing at PT. Hanken Indonesia. The criteria that the police is quality, cost, delivery. Hirarki made based on the selection of suppliers RAW matrial ( Roll matrial ). Of the five criteria to supplier, have the heighest priority on the PT. POSMI to other criteria as the company’s overall best supplier in accordance with calculations a priority value of this means that PT. POSMI 85% Quality, 81% Delivery, 40% Cost, dan 75% Improvement, overall to dominate and become the supplier of the company was selected as compared with other suppliers.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) has proven to be an effective tool that aids companies in the development of competitive advantages. SCM Systems are relied on to manage warehouses, transportation, trade logistics and various other issues concerning the coordinated movement of products and services from suppliers to customers. Although in today’s fast paced business environment, numerous supply chain solution tools are readily available to companies, choosing the right SCM software is not an easy task. The complexity of SCM systems creates a multifaceted issue when selecting the right software, particularly in light of the speed at which technology evolves. In this chapter, we use the approach of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine which SCM software best meets the needs of a company. The AHP approach outlined in this paper can be easily transferred to the comparison of other SCM software packages.

Competition in the education industry is becoming a major challenge for the University in carrying out activities of educational services. The University sued for creative thinking in implementing the strategy of competing to produce a higher quality education services, starting with the screening of students up to the graduates received industrial market. Universities need to do engineering management by applying the concept of supply chain management or supply chain management (SCM).  The purpose of this research is to analyze the proposed framework performance SCM Bina Darma University by using the method of AHP-SCOR.  Determination of the proposed Key Performance Indicator (KPI)), which became a benchmark in performance measurement involves three stakeholders universities namely the University organization, supplier, and customer interests on the flow of the SCM.  The method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SCOR is used to assist in determining priority criteria SCM University.  The results of the identification and measurement of the values obtained with the model of SCOR for each process performance as follows: plan valued at 2.64, source of value worth 4.69 4.04, make, and deliver valued at 11.82. The total value of SCOR for universities was 23.19, prioritized improvement on performance with the smallest value i.e. the process Plan with a value of 2.64.

This study focuses on researching the implementation of supply chain management in supplier performance measurement using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System. The method used consisted of several stages: Identification stage of criteria variable and subcriteria variable, designing hierarchy AHP structure, calculating the weight of each criterion and subcriteria, supplier performance appraisal using OMAX method, calculating the total value of each supplier perfomance and identifying the performance of each supplier Using color indicator from Traffic Light System. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that 9 out of 10 suppliers that are considered have a good performance while 1 supplier has a performance under the target.

Meat chicken producers in Pasuruan district, Indonesia are constantly unable to meet the high demands of consumers. This study was aimed to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the supply chain management activities of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) meat chicken producers in Pasuruan district and identify the dominant factors. Data from fifty respondents were analyzed with the SWOT analysis and the analytical hierarchy process to determine the dominant factors of the supply chain management activities. The outcome of the study showed that by increasing the number of transportation and machine usage can be the strengthening strategy for continuous system improvement of SME meat chicken producers.

PT. X (Persero) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa logistik dalam sektor energi. Salah satu pelayanan jasa logistik PT.
