Sistem pelaporan pengaduan yang saat ini masih secara konvensional seringkali mengalami permasalahan seperti kehilangan berkas aduan dan pelapor yang tidak mengetahui mengenai laporan yang telah diadukan. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan sistem yang belum real time. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan pemanfaatan sistem dalam mekanisme pengelolaan laporan pengaduan dan meminimalkan resiko masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan laporan pengaduan berbasis web mobile di pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem untuk mengelola laporan pengaduan yang memberikan hak akses bagi admin, pelapor, pengelola, dan pimpinan. Sistem ini juga dapat mempermudah pembuatan laporan pengaduan sehingga dapat di akses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu, pelapor dapat dengan mudah mengajukan pengaduan, pengelola dapat dengan mudah mencari data mengenai laporan pengaduan dan pimpinan dapat dengan mudah memonitor laporan pengaduan yang masuk. The conventional complaint reporting system often experiences problems; one of them is losing the complaint file. It is worsened by the condition in which informants might not know about the report that has been filed. This condition happens due to the non-real-time system. Based on this problem, it is necessary to use the system in the complaint report management mechanism and minimize the risk of the occurred problems. This study aimed to develop a mobile web-based complaint report management system for the government of Gorontalo Province. This research uses the Prototype method. This research designed a system for managing complaint reports that provide access rights for admins, informants, managers, and leaders. Further, this system provided easier access to make complaint reports to be accessed anywhere and anytime. Moreover, it would be easier for informants to file complaints, managers to find the data regarding complaints reports, and leaders to monitor the incoming complaints reports.

The presence of large peatland in Riau, Indonesia, could cause air pollution due to peatland fires which causes the presence of thick smoke every year in Riau,  dis-rupting human activities. In order to monitor the air quality, in this paper,  the main advantage of the  Internet of Things (IoT) is the ability to transfer data over the network without requiring human-to-human or human interaction to the com-puter   used. In this paper, we propose an air quality monitor that can display web-based information to show the temperature and air humidity, and detects CO, CO2 gases, and alcohol in real time with the help of DHT11 and MQ135 sensors, Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pie. The results show our proposed system can successfully show each parameter of the air quality on the website and make suggestions about the overall air quality level. With our proposed system, we hope the government can respond faster to mitigate the bad air quality level and give information to public about the air quality level in a faster and more accurate way.

INTISARISistem informasi perpustakaan  berbasis web yang digunakan sekarang, hanya bisa melihat daftar koleksi dan stock koleksi yang ada diperpustakaan, belum bisa melihat data peminjaman yang dilakukan mahasiswa maupun dosen dan jumlah denda jika mahasiswa terlambat mengembalikan buku maupun cd toturial, sehingga mahasiswa dan dosen yang lupa judul buku apa aja yang telah dipinjam diperpustakaan harus datang langsung keperpustakaan untuk melihat daftar buku atau cd yang dipinjam. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang menerapkan web service dengan tujuan dapat menampilkan data sirkulasi bagian data peminjama  yang ada diaplikasi smart library, sehingga data yang tampil real time, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC dan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML yaitu usecase, activity dan class diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan bagian data peminjaman koleksi baik buku maupun cd toturial yang berbasis website yang dimana mahasiswa dan dosen dapat melihat daftar buku yang telah dipinjam, dan total denda peminjaman jika mahasiswa terlambat mengembalikan buku, dan juga dengan menerapkan webservice dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan.Kata Kunci — Data Peminjaman, Perpustakaan,Webservice, UML ABSTRACTThe information system web-based library in use now, only to see the list of collections and stock collections that exist in the library, can not see the data of borrowing done by the students and faculty and the amount of the fine if students are late returning the book and cd toturial, so that students and faculty who forget any kind of titles that have been borrowed in the library must come directly library to see a list of books or cd borrowed. This the necessary development of library information systems that implement web service with the aim to show the data circulation data portion of borrowing that is applied smart library, so the data that appear in real time, System development method used is SDLC and system design using UML usecase, activity and class diagrams. The real-time system is now used on many fields, such as telecommunication, military, information system, evenmedical to get information quickly, on time and accurate. Needless to say, a real-time system will always considerthe performance time. In our application, we define the time target/deadline, so that the system should execute thewhole tasks under predefined deadline. However, if the system failed to finish the tasks, it will lead to fatal failure.In other words, if the system cannot be executed on time, it will affect the subsequent tasks. In this paper, wepropose a real-time system for sending data to find effectiveness and efficiency. Sending data process will beconstructed in MATLAB and sending data process has a time target as when data will send.
