The research aims to identify the role of organizational learning strategies and their reflection in the development of the design of the organization in the presidency of the University of Kirkuk, and to achieve this goal, the researcher through research and related studies to build hypotheses explaining the relationship between the variables studied. The study relied on the study of organizational learning strategies as an independent variable Four important dimensions are (learning strategy to emphasize efficiency, learning strategy to emphasize innovation, learning strategy to emphasize trends, learning strategy to emphasize professionalism), and four dimensions representing the adopted variable The survey sample consisted of (55) director (department, division, unit) and distributed a questionnaire covering (39) paragraphs. In light of this, data were collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical package (SPSS). A number of statistical methods were used, including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Spearman correlation coefficient, simple linear regression coefficient The results of the research sample showed that the university leadership is interested in the study of organizational learning strategies because it leads to improving the design of the organization as a whole through the knowledge, experiences and abilities of the organization. Competitive advantage of the organization In addition, there is a strong correlation between organizational learning and its strategies with the nature of the work of the Presidency of the University as a whole, showing the role played by organizational learning strategies. University University. Keywords: organizational learning strategies, learning strategy, emphasis on efficiency, learning strategy, emphasis on innovation, learning strategy emphasizing trends, learning strategy emphasizing professionalism, organization design, strategy and vision, personnel working systems, organizational structure.

Data center was developed related to data security as one of the assets of the organization in addressing the data management for operational purposes as secondary storage media and data distribution. Safety management is part of the framework of the data center that should be assessed by the manager to determine whether compliance with the standards so as to minimize the likelihood of the risk of adverse effects on the organization. This prompted the University XYZ to evaluate the safety management to determine the extent of the implementation of safety management in the data center in their environtment. In evaluating the safety management of the data center in the University XYZ is using the standard ISO 22301: 2012. ISO 22301 is a standard that specifically to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve a documented management system to protect or reduce the possibility of the risk, be on the alert, handle and recover the time of the incident. The sources of data was obtained from 9 respondents who are heads / staff from each division in the data center University XYZ. The data that have been obtained will be used to measure the maturity level of each clause of the ISO 22301: 2012 and as an evaluation tools. The results obtained in this study indicate that the University XYZ has been implementing safety management in the data center with a value for each clause 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are sequential ie 2:42, 2:41, 1:21, 1.67, and 1.65.

This monograph is a PIARC technical report which will be distributed on the occasion of the XXVI National PIARC Conference to be held in Rome on 27-30 October 2010. The report has been drafted by members of the C1 Technical Committee of the PIARC, comprising academics, road management bodies and road designers, chaired by Prof. Domenichini, a lecturer at the University of Florence. The report is divided into three chapters that address three extremely topical issues in the field of road infrastructure safety: the European Directive 2008/96/EC on road infrastructure safety management; analysis of the human factor in road accidents, and transition areas for the protection of urban sections of extra-urban road systems.

Car monitoring is a used way of saving company funds intended for the operation of the company's vehicle fleet, as it is possible to monitor the speed and driving position of a company car through it. There are several companies on the market providing vehicle monitoring for a flat fee. In this case, the device is still the property of a third party. As part of the scientific research activities of the Department of Safety Management, the Faculty of Safety Engineering and within the grant call of the University of Žilina, we decided to create a proposal for our own monitoring equipment. We used the Arduino platform and its components for the design itself. We implemented the design on a theoretical as well as a practical level. The theoretical level consisted in creating a graphic design of the connection and the practical level was realized by the actual connection of the system.

Fires in buildings have significant impact on communities both socially and economically. In education facilities, fire incidents may instantly wipe out valuable scientific resources that were collected in years. Fire authorities, practitioners and relevant bodies have been addressed this issue by focusing on technical engineering approaches and requirements, more than human behaviour aspect. This study seeks the importance of human behaviour as pre-active and re-active controls for protecting campus building from fires. Number of tall buildings in Brawijaya University have been investigated and a number of occupants have been filled up the online questionnaire during field survey. This study suggested the improvement fire safety awareness of occupants, meanwhile fire safety management should be introduced and implemented consistently across management system in the university.

Professor Huber holds the Charles and Elizabeth Prothro Regents Chair Emeritus in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin. Professor Huber is a founding member of the Organization Design Community. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Management and of the Decision Sciences Institute and is a charter member of the Academy of Management Journals Hall of Fame. He is the recipient of multiple international awards for his research contributions. The interview focuses on Prof. Huber’s research journey. Professor Huber explains how he has managed to stay focused while working in many fields, and how his experience in non-academic environments is reflected in his academic thinking. Professor Huber also explains what moved him to the field of organization design, and what he sees as the major challenges for organization design research in the future.

In Air Traffic Management (ATM), Safety Management Systems (SMS) provide the principal vehicle for implementing safety policies, practices and procedures in accordance with internationally agreed Standards. In a constantly changing operating environment, it is essential to maintain SMS effectiveness to maintain and enhance levels of ATM safety. Research at the University Politehnica of Bucharest (UPB) has analysed the major, fast-rising threats to ATM safety emerging in the field of unmanned aviation. After considering the operating environment in terms of control arrangements and unmanned vehicle types, the relationship between ATM and Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) is examined. It is concluded that the SMS supporting ATM requires enhancement to address the risks arising from the emergence of unmanned aviation and relevant enhancement measures are therefore proposed. Further, research shows that detailed safety management arrangements to support UTM are not yet defined. Indicative SMS requirements for UTM are therefore derived and presented.
