The fair, objective, scientific, and comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality helps college teachers improve the quality of teaching, and enables colleges to realize their goals of talent training. Therefore, it is important to find a way to comprehensively evaluate the teaching quality of college teachers. Drawing on the theories of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper sets up an evaluation index system (EIS) for teaching quality of college teachers, and determines the weight of each index. Taking the teachers of a college for example, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) was carried out to quantify the teaching quality of these teachers. The results show that AHP and FCE can quantify and qualify the teaching quality at the same time. The combined use of the two techniques is applicable to comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality, and the assessment of a single factor, offering a complete understanding of the teaching quality of college teachers. The research provides a scientific way to evaluate the teaching quality of college teachers, and a realistic tool to enhance the teaching quality in colleges.

There are many difficulties in the evaluation of the teaching quality of phys-ical education (PE) in colleges: the evaluation factors are complicated, the evaluation systems are incomplete, and the evaluation methods are not com-prehensive enough. To overcome these difficulties, this paper introduces an-alytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the evaluation of PE teaching quality in colleges. Firstly, the authors identified the influencing factors of PE teaching in colleges today. Next, an index system was established for the evaluation, and an evaluation model was set up based on the AHP and grey system theo-ry (GST). Finally, our method was proved feasible through example analysis. The research results provide new insights on the application of state-of-the-art theories in quality evaluation of higher education.

According to constraint elements more and more appearing in the comprehensive forms, and at present it only considers that single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization has been unable to reflect the actual situation. On the basis of the main characteristics of city underground space development and utilization, this paper aims to analyze various factors which may cause the consequence and the frequency of appearance, and to construct evaluation index system of city underground space development and utilization which is composed of 5 one-level indexes, 20 two-level indexes of evaluation index system of multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and to use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influence on city underground space development and utilization. Analysis of the example application shows that, it only considers single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization is not comprehensive, and not science, and it needs to consider the correlation between various constraint elements.

There is all kinds of risk consisting in every logistic transportation link of construction because of the bigger construction transportation district and the more complex transportation goods, a wide variety, quantity, and so on. Any question in a single of earlier link happened will affect accuracy, security and timeliness of indicator. This paper constructs evaluation index system and evaluation module by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).

A set of multilevel, multiindex and comprehensive analysis index system of teaching quality assessment in college is proposed in the research by combining hierarchy analysis with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The weight of each index is defined by using analytic hierarchy process , this make teaching assessment become more scientific, reasonable and justic. At last, the practicability of the method is verified by a practical example. The teaching quality in college may be assessed objectively and equitably by using the method. It is very necessary for teachers to know their practical level and improve their teaching level.

This paper analyzes the application value of BIM technology in industrial building projects and the improvement of building industrialization level. Firstly, an evaluation index system of building industrialization level based on BIM technology is established, which consists of 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators; then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the corresponding weight value of each index; finally, the BIM platform function is used to collect data, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the evaluation results of the evaluated objects, so as to realize the effective evaluation of the building industrialization level.

For physical education (PE) in colleges, the evaluation of the teaching quality is affected by various fuzzy and uncertain factors. Therefore, this paper probes deep into the fuzzy evaluation of the teaching quality of college PE, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy system theory and grey theory. Firstly, the factors affecting the teaching quality of college PE were analyzed theoretically, and the keys to improving that teaching quality were clarified. On this basis, the authors established an evaluation index system and a fuzzy evaluation model for the teaching quality of college PE. The proposed fuzzy evaluation model serves an innovative tool to evaluate the teaching quality of college PE. Apart from effective measurement of the teaching quality, the proposed model provides an important reference for improving the teaching quality of college PE.

In order to evaluate a RMS roundly and objectively, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical and comprehensive evaluation index system for RMSs is extracted. Then, based on this structure, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is developed, in which AHP is incorporated to determine factor weights.

Based on the characteristics of green appliances, the green degree evaluation index system is established from environment, resources, energy, economic, technology and society six areas. Fuzzy-EAHP applies the extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) to determine index weight of different levels. EAHP, which is more accurate and more objective than the traditional AHP, can quantitatively show the relative important degree between indexes with the extension interval number. Building the Mathematical model of three-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the first process comprehensive evaluation result is as input data of the latter process. At last, Fuzzy-EAHP is used to synthetically evaluate the green degree of four refrigerators. Key words: Extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP); Green degree; Green appliance
