This study presents primarily factors affecting interactive agencies in Iran. There is a kind of unwillingness among Iranian ad agencies to execute online ad campaign in compare to the global trend and the advantage of use of online ad makes it imperative to find the key factors affecting interactive agencies behavior. Accordingly, the body of literature was analyzed and eight critical factors including “Management participation,” “Organizational culture,” “Size of the organization,” “The level of organization technology,” “Communication infrastructure,” “Financial infrastructure,” “Technology infrastructure” and “Electronic readiness,” were extracted. The expert questionnaire was designed to validate the gathered factors. By analyzing 294 questionnaires, the type of management was found as key factor in adopting online ad campaign execution.

In this study, the two key factors affecting the thermal performance of the insert rubber and stress distribution on the tire sidewall were analyzed extensively through various performance tests and simulations to promote the development of run-flat tires. Four compounds and two structures of insert rubber were designed to investigate the effects of heat accumulation and stress distribution on durability testing at zero pressure. It was concluded that the rigidity and tensile strength of the compound were negatively correlated with temperature. The deformation was a key factor that affects energy loss, which could not be judged solely by the loss factor. The stress distribution, however, should be considered in order to avoid early damage of the tire caused by stress concentration. On the whole, the careful balance of mechanical strength, energy loss, and structural rigidity was the key to the optimal development of run-flat tires. More importantly, the successful implementation of the simulations in the study provided important and useful guidance for run-flat tire development.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting adoption of Internet advertising in advertising agencies. The paper provides preliminary insights into why ad agencies are reluctant to recommend Internet advertising to their clients. A theoretical framework was developed by scrutinizing the body of literature. The gathered date was verified by 294 academic and practical experts in the field of marketing and advertising. In pursuing this goal, a questionnaire was designed to validate factors affecting the adoption of Internet advertising. Results indicate that 18 variables in the form of three key factors, namely “technical knowledge of account manager,” “e-commerce readiness of country” and “agencies' ability of Internet adoption” affect adoption of Internet advertising in ad agencies. It was found that e-commerce readiness of a country is the critical factor in adopting internet advertising in ad agencies. This is the first study which addresses the adoption of Internet advertising in ad agencies. This study reports that while government does not provide infrastructure required for the advancement of e-commerce (readiness), the ad agencies still will recommend previous ad channels to their clients.

<p class="Default">This research examines the mobile-government services adoption, by combining both UTAUT and GAM models with adding new constructs for explaining the key factors that affect on adoption of mobile-government services. As a result, the study identified the critical factors that influence users’ to adopt the system, and developed an integrated model as a powerful tool that assists in the adoption process of mobile-government applications. The novelty of this research will be an added value to the body of knowledge and its implications will be vital for researchers and decision/policy makers who are willing to make a change.</p>

The market behaviors of the supply and demand sides in the power market are the issues that market participants, operators and regulators are most concerned about. This article starts from the two dimensions of power generation market behavior and demand market behaviour, analyzes the impact of power transaction behavior on supply and demand trend changes, and then studies the function of big data technology in correlation analysis. The qualitative data is converted into quantitative data, and then gray rule analysis and correlation coefficient analysis are used to mine association rules. The results show that demand response is the key factor that affects the change of load trend.

Although the implementation of e-auction events is not all that new, a current interest in understanding main issues involved in its implementation exists, especially in a business to business (B2B) environment. A clear will to classify and systematize the numerous variables directly or indirectly affecting e-auction suitability and final performance determination is evident also from previous conceptual literature contributions. Nevertheless a lack of empirical work in this field is evident. This work provides a contribution to the body of knowledge on critical factors impacting on e-Reverse Auctions (e-RA) performance in a B2B context. Based on an explorative factor analysis addressed to a panel of academic experts and practitioners, it aims at identifying the main factors affecting price and process performance in B2B e-RA.

Adequate understanding of radiopharmaceutical distribution in the body of the patient has both spatial and temporal characteristics and they are the key factor to consider when planning successful radio pharmaceutical therapy, because they are an integral part of the radiation dosimetry calculations of any proposed personalized treatment. In this chapter we will focus on radioiodine therapy for thyroid cancer patients since it is a widely known practice in clinical oncology. Factors affecting the radioiodine organs’ distribution will be examined in sufficient details using the available published research in the scientific literature. The literature will be reviewed extensively and summarized in this chapter. Another aim is to provide the medical practitioners with a quick reference guide to this clinically important area of expertise; often mastered by medical physicists with background in radiation physics, mathematics and medical imaging analysis. This chapter will cover recent advances in the area of radioiodine biodistribution modeling with applications in preclinical and clinical studies.

Dairy cattle with a population of 11,060, which is cultivated by 2,181 farmers constitute the largest population of ruminant livestock and as featured in Batu which is one of the drivers of the economy is important for some people in Kota Batu. The main objective of thisstudy was Determining the Key Factors of Dairy Cattle Business Sustainability in Batu City using Participatory Prospective Analysis with Participatory Prospective Analysis. This research was conducted in four villages in the area of dairy cattle business development, namely: Tlekung village, the village of Oro-oro Ombo, Pesanggrahan Village and Village Gunungsari which conducted from September 2014 until May 2015. The data was analysis research MICMAC prospectiveanalysis method (matrice d'Impacts Croisés-multipication Applique and Classment) called Participatory Prospective Analysis (PPA) to analysis and determine the key factor effected on dairy cattle business. Based on the prospective analysis found six critical factors that influence in dairy cattle business, namely: (1) three important factors had much effect on the performance of the system with a low level of dependence between factor (the price of milk, IPS, Labour); and, (2) three important factors had much effect on system performance with a high level of dependency between factor (Feed technology, Forage, Profit)

During Zijinshan copper heap bioleaching, pyrite was leached in plenty resulting in high ferric concentration in solution. This affected bioleaching and extraction processing greatly. The paper studied the factors influencing in the course of leaching of pyrite and a mixture of chalcocite and pyrite respectively. It focuses on the effect of the redox potential for copper bioleaching so as to find key factors affecting the dissolution difference between chalcocite and pyrite. The experiment results showed that redox potential is an important influencing factor in bioleaching. Copper and pyrite extents of the leaching process were 95% and 11% respectively and there is great dissolution difference between them at redox potential 700 mV (SHE). It is indicated that copper can be selectively bioleached by controlling redox potential of bioleaching. The conclusion will provide theoretic foundation on balance of acid and iron during bioleaching for copper of higher S/Cu ratio. A simple sulfide, pyrite and chalcocite, were selected as test minerals. The samples were obtained from rich mineral in Zijin Mine. The concentrated samples were milled to obtain the size fraction of 320 mesh percent of 90. Bacterium culture: 9K culture medium contained the following composition in kg/m3 distilled water: (NH4)2SO4, 3.0; K2HPO4·3H2O, 0.5; KCl, 0.1; MgSO4·7H2O, 0.5; Ca(NO3)2·2H2O, 0.01. The initial ferrous concentration was 9.0g/L, the initial pH was adjusted to 1.6, and the temperature set at 30°C. The rotation speed of shaking bed was 150r/min. A three-day-old inoculum previously grown in medium was used in bioleaching process. A 5% inoculum was added to give an initial bacteria concentration in the medium was (3-6)×107 cells/m3. The experiments investigated factors influencing bioleaching including ferrous concentration and redox potential during bioleaching. The extent Cu leached was over 90%. Cu leached velocity increased as redox potential turned higher. Cu leached velocity rapid increased at redox potential 700mV. During chalcocite and pyrite bioleaching, redox potential is important factor to influence of bioleaching rate and the results showed that pyrite and chalcocite bioleaching rate was correlated with redox potential. It is indicated that copper can be selectively bioleached during copper bioleaching by controlling redox potential of bioleaching. It can be concluded that: (1) Pyrite and chalcocite bioleaching rate was correlated with redox potential. Redox potential was shown to be the key factor affecting the dissolution difference between chalcocite and pyrite. (2) Chalcocite and pyrite leaching efficiency were 95% and 11% respectively and there is great dissolution difference between them at redox potential 700 mV (SHE). (3) It is indicated that copper can be selectively bioleached during copper bioleaching by controlling redox potential of bioleaching.

Abstract Defining and measuring organizational culture (OC) is of paramount importance to organizations because a strong culture could potentially increase service quality and yield sustainable competitive advantages. However, such process could be challenging to managers because the scope of OC has been defined differently across disciplines and industries, which has led to the development of various scales for measuring OC. In addition, previously developed OC scales may also not be fully applicable in the hospitality and tourism context. Therefore, by highlighting the key factors affecting the business environment and the unique characteristics of hospitality industry, this paper aims to align the scope of OC closely with the industry and to put forth the need for a new OC scale that accurately responds to the context of the hospitality industry.
