The waste paper Management in Educational Institute and Improvement in Quality of Hand Made Papers

This manuscript investigates the waste paper management (WPM) of an educational Institute and aware the people about the importance of waste paper management and recycling of waste papers by multidimensional approach. The research assessed two multi long term plans, considering all recycling settings feasible for educational scenario. To complete that purpose, support for the collection of waste papers, final disposal and environmental and financial impact assessment concerning transportation is required. Results suggest that the quality of handmade papers is improved by doping some external materials in cellulose of waste papers. In this manuscript, flour of wheat is mixed in waste paper cellulose. The analysis of handmade paper is done by a photometric test. It is found that at some percentages of doping of flour in waste paper pulp, the reflection properties of the paper is increased and surface of paper become smooth and hard. At some other percentages of doping, the papers are shown absorption properties.

It is found that at some percentages of doping of flour in waste paper pulp, the reflection properties of the paper is increased and surface of paper become smooth and hard. At some other percentages of doping, the papers are shown absorption properties. The traditional papers are manufactured in paper mills and the industries are one of the major source of responsible for air, water and land pollutions. By recycling of waste papers & rags, the handmade papers are produced which may become the alternate of all types of papers. Recycling can help to keep the city clean. Papers are manufactured by wooden pulp and for this; the trees are cut from the forest. Recycling of waste papers is one solution to protect environment, deforestation, soil erosion, which can also lead to disaster like kedarnath disaster in 2013 and major threat to the atmosphere. Recycling of paper can also proved to be a new source of employment and can become a hot area for startups, as we have recently seen many various startups in the field of recycling, such as e-waste recycling, plactic recycling, etc.

Quality of life is becoming an increasingly important outcome measure in both relapse prevention research and rehabilitation counseling research. Recovery capital is a collection of the people and resources believed to contribute to long-term recovery from addiction. Recovery capital indicators were assessed along with quality of life in a national sample of peer support participants in stable recovery ( n = 76) to determine which recovery capital indicators relate to quality of life at this stage. Results reveal that relapse history, refusal self-efficacy, and self-stigma significantly explained about 23% of quality of life in our sample. A discussion of recovery stages and recovery capital is included, as well as implications for rehabilitation counseling practice and research.

Research that helps people change their behavior has the potential to improve the quality of lives, but it is too often approached in a way that divorces behavior from the people who need to enact it. In this paper, we propose a personality-informed approach to classifying behavior-change problems and designing interventions to address them. In particular, we argue that interventions will be most effective when they target the appropriate psychological process given the disposition of the participant and the desired duration of change. Considering these dimensions can help to reveal the differences among common types of behavior-change problems, and it can guide decisions about what kinds of intervention solutions will most effectively solve them. We review key concepts and findings from the personality literature that can help us understand the dynamic nature of dispositions and to identify the psychological processes that best explain both short-term variance in behavior and long-term development of personality. Drawing on this literature, we argue that different types of behavior-change problems require different forms of ‘trait regulation,’ and we offer a series of propositions to be evaluated as potential guides for the design of intervention strategies to address them.

Waste paper recycling is an important way to realize the environmental protection development of the papermaking industry. The quality of the pulp will affect the pulp sales of the secondary fiber paper mills. The waste paper pulp can be adjusted by controlling the pulping process working conditions, but the working conditions of the waste paper pulping process have too many parameters. And the parameters are coupled with each other, it is difficult to control. In order to find the best working conditions and improve the quality of the pulp, this study uses the association rules algorithm to optimize the parameters for the waste paper pulping process. These parameters are power of refiner, waste paper concentration of refiner, the volume of slurry that enters deinked process, deinking agent amount, deinking time, deinking temperature, bleaching agent amount, bleaching time, and bleaching temperature. The test results show that the qualified rate of the pulp produced under the improved working conditions is 92.56%, an increase of 6.93%, and the average electricity consumption per ton of pulp is reduced by 5.76 kWh/t. In addition to potential economic benefits, this method can reduce carbon emissions.

Professor Toshiko Kinosita stated that Indonesia's human resources are still very weak to support industrial and economic development. The reason is because the government has never put education as the most important priority. Education is not placed as the most important priority because the people of Indonesia, ranging from the layman to politicians and government officials, are only pursuing money pursuits to enrich themselves and never think long. The opinion of the Japanese Waseda University Professor is very interesting to study considering that the Indonesian government is now starting to look at education as a long-term investment, after all this time education has been neglected. One indicator is that the MPR has agreed to prioritize the education budget of at least 20% of the APBN or APBD. This step is an initial awareness of the importance of education as a long-term investment. This study measures the extent to which the correlation and impact of the use of Information Technology in the teaching and learning process on student achievement in SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang. This research also modeled a learning media with Multimedia method which we named Delta Multimedia Edutainment (DME) which is a local web-based learning media school. The target to be achieved is an increase in interest and student achievement in SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang. The results of this study are useful for schools in improving school performance and maintaining the quality of graduates.

Noise pollution is recognized as one of the major fear that affects the quality of life in urban areas across the globe. Burdwan, a district headquarter (100 km away from Kolkata) is one such town where noise pollution is very frequent. For assessing the noise pollution trend on long term scale noise data were collected from various places of the town by sound level meter with a duration of 30minutes/location during specified time like 6.00am, 10.00am, 1.00pm, 4.00pm and 6.00pm during 2002, 2008 and 2014. From the tabulated data of successive three years it was found that sound level lies within the range of 64-85dB or above in different time at different places. Statistically noise level in all these zones differ significantly at their peak hours. Results from the respective three years reveal that the regular increment in the sound pressure levels. This study may help to disseminate awareness about noise pollution among the people, by which they will be able to take required precautionary measures to save themselves from the adverse effects of noise pollution and to improve the quality of the environment.

Springs are the major source of water supply for domestic and agricultural uses in the mid-hills of Nepal. Therefore, these resources must be preserved and protected for the benefit of the ecology, environment, economic wellbeing and quality of life. This study aimed to assess the community perception and vulnerability assessment of spring water. Based on the participatory methods, views and experiences of communities were analyzed to understand their perception towards climate change. On the other hand, vulnerability assessment was carried out to analyze the situation of water availability in springs. The study reveals that water consumer communities have experienced changing patterns of local climate which correlates with the long-term rainfall and temperature data. Vulnerability ranged from 0.10 to 0.67. Moreover, meager water resources and low discharge during summer have resulted a lot of hardship to the people. The findings will assist policymakers and development agencies to plan and implement their projects more effectively at the local and national levels.
