According to the UNWTO, within 4 to 5 years, the proportion of tourism e-commerce in e-commerce will reach 20%-25%. The purpose of this paper is to improve the inadequacy of tourism e-commerce in customer experience, to conduct customer e-commerce satisfaction surveys, and to draw customers' dissatisfaction with tourism e-commerce. The experimental results show that the overall customer satisfaction is 2.6128. According to the division of the scale vector, the overall satisfaction of the travel e-commerce customers is generally level. The first-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is 0.0967, 0.1696, 0.3366, 0.2469, 0.502. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the evaluation grades of R3 and R5 in the first-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are “unsatisfactory,” that is, the tourism-supporting services and contract-performance services become the main factors affecting customer satisfaction. In order to improve customer satisfaction, the tourism e-commerce platform should strengthen the management of tourism-supporting services and contract-fulfillment services.

The evaluation of technological process in CAPP based on fuzzy mathematics was explored and researched. Aiming at fuzzy auto-evaluation,factors set, weight set and assessment set were built with the applying membership function and weight of fuzzy mathematics .Then the evaluation matrix of technological process was received through fuzzy matrix calculation. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the grade of technological process was determined. The optimum technological process was obtained on the comparison among the grades of processes, giving an example of the automatic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the disc-like component.

In order to evaluate rational buoys layout of the route quantitatively, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to establish a rational buoys layout evaluation model. According to the 9 main factors that affect rational buoys layout, a quantitative assessment model is established. The AHP is used to determine weighted coefficients of assessment index. In the paper, the assessment for the buoys layout of three routes is carried out.

Evaluation system of grindability was proposed for advanced ceramics. Grinding forces and material removals of SiC, Al2O3, Si3N4 and ZrO2 were measured. Grindabilities of ceramics were evaluated with property parameters based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. The experimental results suggest that grindabilities of SiC and Al2O3 are better than those of Si3N4 and ZrO2. The fuzzy evaluation results show grindabilities of SiC and Al2O3 ceramics are classified as grade of very easy to grind, and Si3N4 and ZrO2 are classified as grade of difficult to grind. The ranking of maximum grinding principal stresses of ceramics considering Poisson’s ratio is SiC, Al2O3, ZrO2 and Si3N4. Theoretical analysis calculated with property parameters is consistent with experimental results in comparison of grinding output parameters. The proposed evaluation system for ceramic grindability is feasible, and the evaluated results are comprehensive and reasonable.

To solve acquired the membership degree in fuzzy evaluation. we use correlation function in extension theory to calculate the degree of association between evaluation indicators and fuzzy scales, and then the degree of association is done standers conversion and normalized processing,, getting the membership value of evaluation matrix in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Comprising traditional statistical methods and expert evaluation method, the membership value of evaluation matrix which is gat through correlation function method of extension theory is more simple and reasonable. Comprehensive evaluation value is got from Calculating linear weighted between evaluation matrix and the index weight coming from analytic hierarchy process. Finally, using two type of home made NC machine tools as example to do the practical application study of the proposed method, the results show that this method can give the reasonable evaluation.

In order to improve the measuring accuracy and efficiency of projectiles’ centroidal deviation, the working principle and the relevant calculation formulae based on three points method are described in detail, the main factors affecting precision are discussed and quantitative analysis on precision of the equipment is made. The measuring platform with automatic leveling and locating based on the arc locating and so on are put forward to reduce error. The experimental results show that the system can satisfy the requirement for measuring with high accuracy. The equipment plays a very important role in testing ordnance, especially for measuring regular projectiles.

Reverse e-logistics has proven to have high significance in terms of profits, customer satisfaction, competition, and performance’s efficiency. However, several firms in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce field, especially in developing countries such as those in the Middle East, still neglect its importance for the survival of the firm because they don’t know how to improve reverse e-logistics (REL) performance. Therefore, the objective of this article is to identify the main factors that impact reverse e-logistics’ performance and to analyze their effect. The methods used in this article are: scientific literature review, synthesis, questionnaires, and structural equation modelling. The study is done in Lebanon and Syria with a sample of 459 companies in the electronic industry who are engaged in B2C e-commerce and is faced with reverse e-logistics’ challenges. The estimated results prove the significant impact of the identified factors: customer satisfaction, guarantee, and organization structure on reverse e-logistics’ performance, which in turn has a significant impact on the efficiency of the performance of B2C companies engaged in reverse e-logistics activities as well.
