This paper proposed a CAN-bus and stepper motor based yarn feeding control system for tufting carpet machine. Base on requirement of yarn feeding devise control system architecture. Control system adopts the industrial computer as the master platform and user interface, the lower computer consists of yarn feed step motor controller, speed synchrony controller and yarn guiding controller. Design the communication protocol and the control logic. Through establishing control system prototype system to verify the system function, test results show that the design scheme is feasible

CAN bus was used as the data transferring channels in the two–level controllers, and the real-time,dexterity,expansibility and security for the Gluing control system based on CAN bus can be improved obviously.The system structure, principle and software design were introduced.The experiment shows that it is a reliable control system and it can meet the requirements of automatic gluing tasks.

According to some problems of Low efficiency of the current domestic Textile Machine,Reliability is bad,The operating personnel labor intensity,A single product varieties and so on. Design of electronic control system of high-grade textile machine based on CAN Bus. The system with RENESAS SH7047 chips as the controller chip, Realize the all of the interrupt signal, sensor signal detection, fuzzy PID algorithm and main shaft encoder location, Through the CAN bus transmission way to complete accuracy control ac servo system. The actual operation commissioning proves the electronic control system has the fast response, and robust, more kinds of textile and so on.

Based on Nios II embedded processor control module, a digital control system was designed for wire feeding control of gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW). In the control system FPGA wave module is used to control the movement of the DC servo motor, and the digital control of pulsed wire feeder for GTAW was achieved. One and the same control module with Nios II embedded processor is used to control the wire feeder and the welding power source. Thus, the current parameter of pulsed welding arc can be obtained and used directly for controlling the speed of wire feeding. At last, the experiment results are provided to verify the validity.
