In order to facilitate research on the performance of Networked Control System, overcome the defects of unable to reflect the system performance, based on the CAN bus a kind of NCS experimental platform is designed. The system is composed of a main node and several slave nodes and Dc motor as the actuator. The master node is designed with ARM + U-boot + Linux structure, connecting with PC via Ethernet. For this experiment platform, using c + + Builder a scheduling algorithm performance testing software is developed, to further research on the effects of different scheduling algorithm on the NCS performance.

CAN-based message scheduling problem is illustrated in detail in the thesis, the merit and demerit of the typical dynamic (EDF) and static RM) scheduling algorithm and the influence on NCS performance are analyzed. A kind of MTS is put forward, through setting up a NCS3 (containing 3 control loops). With the TrueTime toolbox simulation, the improvement on NCS performance is confirmed, and the Network utilization is improved.

Along with the body control system is becoming more intelligent, making the body network scale and the communication load increase dramatically, transmission delay of information in the body network is increasing obvious, greatly reduces the system's real-time performance and reliability. Based on the analysis of body network communication needs, we design the reasonable body CAN network topology structure. According to the characteristics of information transmission of the body network control system, designed a hybrid scheduling algorithm is applied to the body network control system, and is verified by experiments on the performance. Experimental results show that the design method of body network system can effectively guarantee the real-time and feasibility of information transmission, and optimized the body network control system as a whole.

CAN bus was used as the data transferring channels in the two–level controllers, and the real-time,dexterity,expansibility and security for the Gluing control system based on CAN bus can be improved obviously.The system structure, principle and software design were introduced.The experiment shows that it is a reliable control system and it can meet the requirements of automatic gluing tasks.

The system with RENESAS SH7047 chips as the controller chip, Realize the all of the interrupt signal, sensor signal detection, fuzzy PID algorithm and main shaft encoder location, Through the CAN bus transmission way to complete accuracy control ac servo system. The actual operation commissioning proves the electronic control system has the fast response, and robust, more kinds of textile and so on.
