For understanding the dynamic characteristics and improving the stability of the main frame of the horizontal type high-pressure grouting machine, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal analysis of the main frame based on the theory of finite element and vibration mechanics, and the first six natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the main frame are obtained. The influence of each vibration mode to the working condition of the main frame is analyzed, and provides some reference to improve and enhance the design of the main frame of horizontal type high-pressure grouting machine.

The frame of 4MPa vertical type high-pressure grouting machine is used as the research object. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal finite element analysis of the frame. The first five order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained, and then the influence of every mode shape on the performances of the frame was discussed. It provides a reference for the dynamic structural design and optimization of the frame of vertical type high-pressure grouting machine.

The mainframe of high-pressure grouting machine used for daily ceramics is the main load bearing member, and it has high strength and stiffness requirements. The finite element static analysis on mainframe is discussed in this paper for researching its stress and transfiguration. This paper discussed the impact of the quantity and position of constraint on the natural frequency of special high-pressure seamless cylinders. The Finite Element modal of the special high-pressure seamless cylinders was constructed based on ANSYS12.0. The vibration frequencies and modal shapes under different conditions were obtained by the Finite Element analysis. The result will be used for improving the safe capability of the Special High-pressure Seamless Cylinders.

This study is pointed to a computer table with five degree of freedom. The table position could be adjusted freely. The height of the tabletop also could be moved freely. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analysis the strength and rigidity of the computer table. From the analysis results, it can be found that the strength and rigidity were fit in with the specification requirement with a safety factor of 1.20. From the modal analysis results, it also found that the stability of the computer was confirmed to the users.

The vice frame bears and transfers the forces and loads between the bogie and the vehicle body.The strength of the vice frame relates directly to the stability and smoothness of the vehicle. In this study, finite element analysis is utilized first to analyse the structural strength and fatigue life of the vice frame, and the recognize the weak parts of its structure in order to enhance its structural strength in the following design work.The finite element analysis is performed on a simulation software Ansys. Then an experiment is designed to test the fatigue strength of the vice frame. The experimental result indicates that the fatigue strength of the object corresponds to the standards and the finite element analysis has high feasibility in solving this kind of problem.

Because both of the volume and the weight of the photoelectric platform are small, the structure of two frames and two axes is used in the photoelectric platform. As the key component of the photoelectric platform, the main frame should have sufficient strength and rigidity. In order to achieve this object, three-dimensional entity model of the main frame is established using CATIA software. Then the finite-element analysis of the model is finished with ANSYS Workbench. Based on the analysis results, the weak links of the main frame is found. Then these links are improved and the main frame is analyzed again. After improving the structure, the results of the finite-element analysis show that the main frame meets the requirements of design and has perfect overall performance.
