Took a type of ceramics for daily use vertical type high pressure grouting machine as the object of study, study the stress and strain of its upper and lower mould plates. Established their 3D model by CAD software Pro-E, and then import them into finite element analysis software to analysis the value and distribution of the stress and strain. The analysis results can provide some reference for design, and have some engineering and practical value.

In order to study the stress and strain of front and back mould plates of high pressure grouting machine, this paper took a type of ceramics for daily use horizontal type high pressure grouting machine as the object of study. Established its CAD model and analysed it with finite element analysis software. The analysis results can provide a reference for design, and have some engineering and practical value.

The stresses and strains on the protected FBG and protected layer under varied temperature were analyzed in theory. In order to verify the theoretical analysis of stress and strain,a finite element analysis software(ANSYS) was used to simulate the stresses and strains on the protected FBG and protected layer. Both simulation and theoretical analysis are show that the strain and stress on protected layer in r direction decreases with the increasing of radius(r), while the strain and stress in direction increases with the increasing of radius(r) . The results of theoretical analysis matches the ones form simulations well.

The mainframe of high-pressure grouting machine used for daily ceramics is the main load bearing member, and it has high strength and stiffness requirements. The finite element static analysis on mainframe is discussed in this paper for researching its stress and transfiguration. The result can provide reference for design, and the discussion has some generality and practical value engineering.

Y-Type rolling mill with three roller is a new kind of wire mill.The three-dimensional models of rolling are established by Pro/E. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the rolling process of wire by Y-type rollers is simulated. The rolling piece movement is analysed. Stress and strain of Y-type roller are also analysed.

This article presents the optimization and static modeling of the design an integral microelectromechanical switch of capacitive type based on a parametric 3D model using finite element analysis software complex ANSYS. The values of the pull-down voltage and switching time are determined. The obtained results give a good theoretical help in the development of various high-performance electrostatic microelectromechanical switches.

The frame of 4MPa vertical type high-pressure grouting machine is used as the research object. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal finite element analysis of the frame. The first five order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained, and then the influence of every mode shape on the performances of the frame was discussed. It provides a reference for the dynamic structural design and optimization of the frame of vertical type high-pressure grouting machine.

A complicated 3D model was established to solve the problem of the lifetime of an engine support. With the finite element analysis software ANSYS, we analyzed the fatigue problem for an engine support and derived the numerical values of the lifetime of a typical engine support.
