The requirements of modern industrial mechanical equipment not only stay in the realization of its basic functions, but pay more attention to issues of the humanized design involved in product design. During the design process of mechanical equipment, the pursuit of rational functions, the full consideration to human needs, the formation of efficient human-machine communication, and the improving of the product quality are the significances of the humanized design. Therefore, the studying of the humanized design of mechanical equipment not only has its theoretical significance, but also has very important practical significance. The application of humanized design concept in mechanical product design is analyzed and researched in this paper. It is necessarily demonstrated humanization design concept applied to mechanical equipment product design from mechanical equipment safety, easy operation, form, color, mechanical equipment operator mental model five aspects.

Composite product design is becoming a consumption ideology. It is formed with the changes of the modernity of the consumers, is developed according to the modern values and is the inevitable consequence of social development. The article clarifies the design concept of Composite Running Washing Machine from three aspects. First of all, we decide the product orientation and appearance shape design according to consumers, consumer demand and mechanical combination principle. Secondly, we grasp the influence of material quality on the whole visual effect according to what mental feelings on us of the character of the material and visual effects. Eventually, we explains the design concept of humanism from the perfect combination of functions and details. Thus the design shows great respect and care for human beings.

We developed a microfluidic chip for automation of cloning process based on a new protocol. The protocol is based on removal of the zona pellucida outside the chip which contributes to simplify on-chip automation of cloning. Then, the oocytes are put into the chip. The design concept of the chip is summarized as follows. (1) The oocyte is cut into two parts. (2) The divided half oocyte is sorted with and without nucleus. (3) The half oocyte without nucleus is coupled with a donor cell, and (4) they are fused by an electrical field. For the current study, the all-in-one unified microfluidic chip was designed to execute (1) cutting, (2) sorting, and (3) coupling parts continuously for this process. Basic functions of these parts as well as fusion part are verified independently. Then, all-in-one unified microfluidic chip was successfully designed and fabricated.
