The automation control system to plate production line is developed independently. It has been applied for several plants in China and has a good effect. The whole automaton control system is designed as several levels: basic automation system, process automation system and HMI system. The control functions are realized with these levels. With AGC function in plate mill area basic automation system, the plate thickness accuracy can be guaranteed.

A large cement factory as an example, according to the requirements of process and control parameters of production line of raw mill, this paper researches and designs the automatic control system of cement raw mill production line based on PCS7 and PROFIBUS. The design of the whole system consists of three levels: field layer, control layer and operation layer which are connected by Ethernet and PROFIBUS implementation, and focus on the design of the feed flow includeing feed composition, feed machine speed loop control etc. Through the on-site operation, the system is stable and reliable, and has good application and promotion effect.

A lubricant syringe automation system used in chain drive is designed to promote efficiency and reliability of production line in food industry. The system is controlled by a microchip, STC89C58RD+. States of the production line are collected by infrared sensors and sent to the microchip. According to the states fed back, STC89C58RD+ controls relays to make electromagnetic valve and pump work continuously or interruptedly, and then the lubricant is syringed automatically. The man-machine interface of the system includes a set of independent keyboard and liquid crystal displayer. The action time for control signals of each group can be input from the keyboard, to make different production lines working individually without interfering each other. Finally, all control signals and its states are monitored from the displayer, which ensures whole system working regularly.

In this paper, Aim at the lower degree of automation in forced fitting procedure between spindle blade and whorl in spinning machine, an automatic forced fitting production line is successfully designed. Based on PLC, the fully-automation control system to the production line is developed through analyzing the overall design scheme of the production line and the rapport between each workstation. Moreover, the remote monitoring system of forced-fitting production line has been implemented with the combination of powerful WinCC software with PLC technology.

The building automation system in the intelligent building takes the humanized interface as the emphasis, and takes the combination of mechanical and electrical system, fire control system, access control system and parking management system as the method to create a convenient and comfortable living and working environment for building users. This paper mainly studies the building automation control system of intelligent building, and then describes the content of the building automation control system in intelligent building, and at the same time, carries out in-depth research on related issues, hoping to provide reference for researchers in this field.

Owing to the different consumption habits of people, the market has rapidly changed, and customized demands have increased in recent years. This issue has led to the need for manufacturing industry to improve their production-process automation system control to become faster and more flexible. An intelligent automated production-line control system (IAPLCS) is proposed in this study, in which a graphic control system (GCS) is designed to integrate equipment communications in automated production. This system runs complex packaged programs for function blocks, which enable users to easily build function blocks in GCS. Users can plan the control flow of the system to control the machine operation. Not only is a web interface set in the IAPLCS, which makes it easier for users to operate and monitor, but also Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensors can be added for data collection and analysis based on the characteristics of the production line and equipment. Finally, the proposed control system was implemented in an actual production line to verify its feasibility.
