In order to detect the SIP flooding attacks in IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) network, the paper proposes a flooding attack detection method based on BP neural network, and analyses causes of SIP flooding attack, and thus determine the BP the input of the neural network characteristics. The simulation results show that this method has better detection performance.

The V-shaped electro-thermal MEMS actuator model, with the human error factor taken into account, is presented in this paper through the cascading ANSYS simulation model and the Fuzzy mathematics calculation model. The Fuzzy mathematics calculation model introduces the human error factor into the MEMS actuator model by using the BP neural network, which effectively reduces the error between ANSYS simulation results and experimental results to less than 1%. Meanwhile, the V-shaped electro-thermal MEMS actuator model, with the human error factor included, will become more accurate as the database of the V-shaped electro-thermal actuator model grows.

Electronic commerce recommendation system can effectively retain user, prevent users from erosion, and improve e-commerce system sales. BP neural network using iterative operation, solving the weights of the neural network and close values to corresponding network process of learning and memory, to join the hidden layer nodes of the optimization problem of adjustable parameters increase. Ontology learning is the use of machine learning and statistical techniques, with automatic or semi-automatic way, from the existing data resources and obtaining desired body. The paper presents building electronic commerce recommendation system based on ontology learning and BP neural network. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high efficiency.

Several recent studies have shown that artificial intelligence (AI) systems can malfunction due to intentionally manipulated data coming through normal channels. Such kinds of manipulated data are called adversarial examples. Adversarial examples can pose a major threat to an AI-led society when an attacker uses them as means to attack an AI system, which is called an adversarial attack. Therefore, major IT companies such as Google are now studying ways to build AI systems which are robust against adversarial attacks by developing effective defense methods. However, one of the reasons why it is difficult to establish an effective defense system is due to the fact that it is difficult to know in advance what kind of adversarial attack method the opponent is using. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to detect the adversarial noise without knowledge of the kind of adversarial noise used by the attacker. For this end, we propose a blurring network that is trained only with normal images and also use it as an initial condition of the Deep Image Prior (DIP) network. This is in contrast to other neural network based detection methods, which require the use of many adversarial noisy images for the training of the neural network. Experimental results indicate the validity of the proposed method.

It usually need different ways to process different objects in the manufacturing, Therefore, firstly we need to distinguish the categories of objects to be processed, then the machine will know how to deal with the objects. In order to automatically recognize the category of the irregular object, this paper extracted the improved Hu's moments of each object as the feature by the way of processing images of the working platform that the irregular objects are putting on. This paper adopts the variable step BP neural network with adaptive momentum factor as the classifier. The experiment shows that this method can effectively distinguish different irregular objects, and during the training of the neural network, it has faster convergence speed and better approximation compared with the traditional BP neural network

AbstractIn the new era, the key measure to accelerate the construction of smart city, so as to promote the modernization of urban governance system and governance capacity, is to establish a good urban innovation ecosystem, and guide its continuous evolution to the direction of the highest efficiency and the best performance. Focusing on solving the practical problem of “how the urban innovation ecosystem evolves”, this paper develops a NK algorithm using BP neural network and DEMATEL method. First, through literature research, constructing the urban innovation ecosystem including five subsystems of innovation talents, innovation subjects, innovation resources, innovation environment and innovation network. Then, taking Beijing as an example, the weights and the number of epistatic relationships of each subsystem in its innovation ecosystem are calculated by BP neural network and DEMATEL method, and the NK model is modified; on this basis, the fitness values corresponding to different states of the system are calculated using MATLAB software, and the optimal evolution path of Beijing innovation ecosystem is determined through the comparison of 100,000 simulation results. The results show that the optimal evolution path of Beijing's innovation ecosystem is to create a favorable environment and culture for innovation first; then increase the input of innovation resources; and then promote the development of innovation network assets; on this basis, cultivate, attract and retain innovative talents; and finally strengthen the construction of innovation subjects.

Aiming at the large calculation workload of adaptive algorithm in adaptive filter based on wavelet transform, affecting the filtering speed, a wavelet-based neural network adaptive filter is constructed in this paper. Since the neural network has the ability of distributed storage and fast self-evolution, use Hopfield neural network to implement adaptive filter LMS algorithm in this filter so as to improve the speed of operation. The simulation results prove that, the new filter can achieve rapid real-time denoising.

Based on the BP neural network and the ARIMA model, this paper predicts the nonlinear residual of GDP and adds the predicted values of the two models to obtain the final predicted value of the model. First, the focus is on the ARMA model in the univariate time series. However, in real life, forecasts are often affected by many factors, so the following introduces the ARIMAX model in the multivariate time series. In the prediction process, the network structure and various parameters of the neural network are not given in a systematic way, so the operation of the neural network is affected by many factors. Each forecasting method has its scope of application and also has its own weaknesses caused by the characteristics of its own model. Secondly, this paper proposes an effective combination method according to the GDP characteristics and builds an improved algorithm BP neural network price prediction model, the research on the combination of GDP prediction model is currently mostly focused on the weighted form, and this article proposes another combination, namely, error correction. According to the price characteristics, we determine the appropriate number of hidden layer nodes and build a BP neural network price prediction model based on the improved algorithm. Validation of examples shows that the error-corrected GDP forecast model is also better than the weighted GDP forecast model, which shows that error correction is also a better combination of forecasting methods. The forecast results of BP neural network have lower errors and monthly prices. The relative error of prediction is about 2.5%. Through comparison with the prediction results of the ARIMA model, in the daily price prediction, the relative error of the BP neural network prediction is 1.5%, which is lower than the relative error of the ARIMA model of 2%.

In order to improve the fault diagnosis effectiveness of hydraulic system in erecting devices, the fuzzy neural neural network is applied to carry out fault diagnosis of hydraulic system. Firstly, the main faults of hydraulic system of erecting mechanism are summarized. The main faults of hydraulic system of erecting devices concludes abnormal noise, high temperature of hydraulic oil of hydraulic system, leakage of hydraulic system, low operating speed of hydraulic system, and the characteristics of different faults are analyzed. Secondly, basic theory of fuzzy neural network is studied, and the framework of fuzzy neural network is designed. The inputting layer, fuzzy layer, fuzzy relation layer, relationship layer after fuzzy operation and outputting layer of fuzzy neural network are designed, and the corresponding mathematical models are confirmed. The analysis procedure of fuzzy neural network is established. Thirdly, simulation analysis is carried out for a hydraulic system in erecting device, the BP neural network reaches convergence after 600 times iterations, and the fuzzy neural network reaches convergence after 400 times iterations, fuzzy neural network can obtain higher accuracy than BP neural network, and running time of fuzzy neural network is less than that of BP neural network, therefore, simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network can effectively improve the fault diagnosis efficiency and precision. Therefore, the fuzzy neural network is reliable for fault diagnosis of hydraulic system in erecting devices, which has higher fault diagnosis effect, which can provide the theory basis for healthy detection of hydraulic system in erecting devices.
