This paper developed a distributional PACS system conform to the J2EE specification, implemented the DICOM images receiving, storage and archiving on the basis of the DICOM standard. Extract meta information and stored in the database. Visit from different clients of different platforms to look up patient and some management. Web Service provides services functions. The System is a true cross-platform, provides a good background support for remote diagnosis system and the borderless PACS system. Compared to the traditional PACS, the PACS based on J2EE specification is easier to install and manage and more security and flexible, overcome the traditional faults of pure Client/Server model or Browser/Server architecture. Simplifies enterprise application development, management and deploy as a distributional and portable PACS.

Most of the currently developed systems are based on the client-server architecture. This architecture is usedeverywhere, from mobile-native development to Web applications. However implementing an application based on this architectural solution requires quite a lot of effort from the softwaredeveloper, and therefore, in order to simplify and speed up the development, certain standard solutions and approachesappeared. This article will discuss the most popular technologies used in the development of Web applications in the context ofenterprise development. Also in this article will be mentioned the project, built on the architecture of "client-server" - ScienceToMetrics. The main theme of this project is the study of science-metric indicators for the structural divisions of the faculty of theOdessa National Academy of Food Technologies. In fact, it is a portal for viewing and editing information on employees, inthe future this portal may be extended to subprojects. In this project, the main idea of this architecture was embodied: decomposition of the application into atomic parts inorder to distribute it to several hardware units of capacity to improve performance. The client is an independent application, which at the same time receives information from an external API-interface through REST-requests. In turn, the backendprovides this API with certain security restrictions on the content provided. The backend for this architecture provides a layerfor the content of the data users, whether it's a database (NoSQL, SQL) or an integration API with external aggregationsystems. To ensure the necessary level of security, JWT (Javascript Web Token) authorization is used, which allows you not tocreate an explicit session between the client and the backend, but allows you to communicate through a token that stores allthe necessary meta-information for this user.

The article highlights 5 axes of client-server applications that are relevant for the implementation of CRDT. On the selected axes, 6 main application architectures are selected. For each dedicated architecture, the optimal logical location of the CRDT in the application is analyzed and a graphical diagram of the CRDT deployment is constructed. To increase the practical applicability of the study, the latest technologies and trends in the deployment of client-server applications were taken into account, and recommendations were developed for the use of CRDT in different application architectures and for popular Enterprise application development platforms. In addition, the most suitable CRDT implementations for 5 broad classes of applications are identified.

PACS is an important link in the rapid development of information technology in contemporary hospitals. DICOM is the standard of PACS TCM medical image format and transmission medical image protocol. This paper describes the status of PACS system based on DICOM standard. In addition, the PACS system is described in detail according to its application classification and the characteristics and significance of DICOM standard are expounded. At the same time, it discusses the long-term prospect of DICOM in PACS.

AbstractWe developed a DICOM dataset that can be used to evaluate the performance of de-identification algorithms. DICOM objects (a total of 1,693 CT, MRI, PET, and digital X-ray images) were selected from datasets published in the Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). Synthetic Protected Health Information (PHI) was generated and inserted into selected DICOM Attributes to mimic typical clinical imaging exams. The DICOM Standard and TCIA curation audit logs guided the insertion of synthetic PHI into standard and non-standard DICOM data elements. A TCIA curation team tested the utility of the evaluation dataset. With this publication, the evaluation dataset (containing synthetic PHI) and de-identified evaluation dataset (the result of TCIA curation) are released on TCIA in advance of a competition, sponsored by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), for algorithmic de-identification of medical image datasets. The competition will use a much larger evaluation dataset constructed in the same manner. This paper describes the creation of the evaluation datasets and guidelines for their use.

Broadband trunking communication system has been widely used with a variety of industries, such as public transportation security and navigation, etc. Trunking communication is a branch of mobile communication. Because the client of traditional dispatch services based on C/S (client/server) architecture need to install the client software, this paper studies and designs one dispatch client, which is based on B/S (browser/server) architecture.
