Accurate assessment for the operational status of the transformer bushing is not only a prerequisite for the implementation of condition-based maintenance, but also to ensure the normal operation of the transformer and the whole power equipment conditions. In the paper, a model of weight absolute grey correlation degree was used to assess the transformer bushing state. Firstly, determined the assessment indicators and handled them. Secondly, the weights, correlation coefficients and each association were calculated. Thirdly, to compare the largest association of assessment indicators in grades as the transformer bushing final run state. Finally, give the state assessment results, according to the remark set. The result shows the model works well.

Abstract With the rapid development of power grid construction, appropriate maintenance can bring great benefits to the electricity company. On the contrary, it will cause sacrifices, even effect the development of economy. Thus, electrical equipment condition-based maintenance plays a key role to assure healthy operation of electrical equipment and improve power supply reliability. Under the background, in this paper, we combine the Cloud Model with TOPSIS which is improved by Grey Correlation Theory and propose a new decision-making method for electrical equipment condition-based maintenance. In this method, Cloud Model is used to solve the fuzziness and randomness of uncertain linguistic sets in the progress of decision-making. At the same time, we integrate the grey correlation degree into TOPSIS, and calculate the comprehensive relative closeness. Through the numerical example and comparing the sensitivity of some related methods about decision-making, the method in this is proved to be credibility. The basis of electrical equipment condition-based maintenance decision-making can be provided and supply dispatcher decision-making reference when arrange the CBM plan.

With the development of new energy and flexible load, there are many kinds of power and load characters in the power grid. It’s necessary to considerate the similarity between generation output and load when it’s market clearing. First, similarity analysis of generation-load curve based on the grey correlation degree is introduced, correlation between power generation enterprises and power users can be calculated. Then, market clearing model is built. market clearing mechanism is set which considering the matching degree between generation and load. The technological process of market clearing is given. Last, the effectiveness of the proposed clearing model is verified by an example.

Considering some grain yield conditions of China, we considered that grain yield security in particular regard the sustainable development strategy is a pivotal position. Based on the statistical data from 1991 to 2010, grain problem in Northern Anhui Province is discussed in three aspects. With the help of the theory and method of grey system we found: The grain per unit area yield was primary element of grain yield, whose grey correlation degree was sort in the first; The grain-sown area and water conservancy facilities were main factors of which grey correlation degrees were respective sort in the second and third; However, the influence of natural disaster and net income of farmer per capita should not be ignored.
