The design of automatic control system mounted on the suspended access platform is put forward. With advantages of the microcontroller in real time data acquisition and data processing, PIC16F877A is applied as controller of the system. Angle sensor and pull sensor are applied as measuring elements of the system. The control system can implement functions of automatic leveling and overload protection. The new automatic control device is tested to be easy to operate and high reliability. It completely meets requirements and suits for multi-series specifications suspended access platforms, worth to be widely extended in applications.

This paper takes the automatic control system of controllable pitch propeller in a multipurpose ocean tug as an example to describe the application of the S7-200 series PLC in the control system of 4500 horse power controllable pitch propeller in detail. The principle of control system is addressed, as well as the hardware configuration, the design idea of the main software and control process. The system shows high reliability, accuracy and good control performance in practical in practical running.

The automatic control system is one of the most important parts of improve cold rolling strip precision and increase the automate level. The improved cold strip mill process control system has been developed and successfully applied to several new cold strip production lines. This paper introduces the Key Technical Features and New Technology of the system include the system architecture, hardware configuration and new control algorithms, etc. System operation and actual production proves that the system has the features of shorter commissioning time, convenient maintenance, high reliability, high automatic level and control precision.

Commercial means of automatic control system of electricity metering, as is known, are installed on the input switchgear and measure the power consumption of all electrical consumers of this metering facility. Such data do not give a complete picture of electricity consumption on each floor of the metering facility, which in turn does not allow the implementation of energy saving measures. Also, these metering systems for electricity metering have a high cost. The article proposes a method of data processing and transmission to the server with their subsequent analysis of power consumption on each floor of the object under study using the ARDUINO microcontroller. Such an accounting system has a lower cost than an automatic control system of electricity metering industrial production. The article presents the scheme of implementation and types of current and voltage sensors. The topology of the measuring complex is also considered in the article. Such a topology can expand and keep not only the general account of a concrete floor, but also in the generality of each educational audience separately. Collecting such data on electricity consumption, it is possible to conduct a qualitative analysis of rational electricity consumption in the educational process, it means that for example in sufficient natural light artificial lighting in the classroom does not need to be used, or after laboratory tasks in a computer class, computers there is still some time. The introduction of energy-saving housing is performed due to the comparative characteristics of the power of gadgets, laboratory stands, etc. with the number of students in the group in accordance with the approved educational process. The algorithm of data processing, analysis of rational use of electric energy and comparative characteristics are implemented on the university server.

According to the control requirements of campus ringers, a PLC-based automatic control system is realized by using the real time clock function provided by S7-200 CPU224 PLC and the friendly human-computer interaction function provided by TD400 text display. The control system can automatically judge the ringing work mode by the current system time of PLC, that is the summer time ringing mode and the winter time ringing mode. The user can also choose other work modes, such as the college English test mode and the computer grade test mode by pushing the button of the text display. In this paper the composition of the control system, the working principle and the designs of hardware and software are introduced. The system has advantages of friendly interface, simple operation, convenient maintenance, high reliability, strong anti interference ability, which makes it popularize.
