To achieve electro-hydraulic control requirements of tractor hitch system, TMS320F2812 was chosen as control chip, to collect sensor signals and control the hitch system. Hardware system was designed to finish the signal collections of force sensor, position sensor and PWM signal output. Through the simulation, the reliability of design was verified, meeting the work requirements of electrohydraulic hitch system.

This paper describes the digitization of load energy usage readings, over the internet. The proposed system design eliminates the involvement of human in electricity maintenance. The user can monitor energy consumption in watts from a webpage by providing a channel for the load. The wi-fi unit performs IOT operations by sending energy data of the load to webpage and it can be operated by the relay of our hardware system so that we can monitor and control the load time to time.Here,we also use BLYNK app other than the hardware components through which the IOT module called NODE MCU is linked

Teeth clenching during exercise is important for sports performance and health. Recently, several mouth guard (MG)-type wearable devices for exercise were studied because they do not disrupt the exercise. In this study, we developed a wearable MG device with force sensors on both sides of the maxillary first molars to monitor teeth clenching. The force sensor output increased linearly up to 70 N. In four simple occlusion tests, the trends exhibited by the outputs of the MG sensor were consistent with those of an electromyogram (EMG), and the MG device featured sufficient temporal resolution to measure the timing of teeth clenching. When the jaw moved, the MG sensor outputs depended on the sensor position. The MG sensor output from the teeth-grinding test agreed with the video-motion analysis results. It was comparatively difficult to use the EMG because it contained a significant noise level. Finally, the usefulness of the MG sensor was confirmed through an exercise tolerance test. This study indicated that the developed wearable MG device is useful for monitoring clenching timing and duration, and the degree of clenching during exercise, which can contribute to explaining the relationship between teeth clenching and sports performance.

This paper introduces the hydraulic control system design for the change-wheel garage of Chongqing light rails through analysis of three-stage cylinder synchronization circuit for lifting bodies, and optimizing the design of the slewing mechanism with respect to the hydraulic servo control system of digital cylinder. The results improved the smoothness in the process of changing wheel lifting and the rotary accuracy of the rotary mechanism. Design on the PLC control system of the system is also included as part of this paper.

With the development of new energy industry, the technicians in the area of solar-wind complementary grid-connected power generation are urgently needed. For this reason, the monitoring system of 10kW solar-wind complementary grid-connected power generation was designed. Hardware system includes field device, communication network and monitoring host. Software design includes operation monitoring, application analysis, video surveillance, information issuing. It realizes functions of supervise and control, equipment events and alarm, report forms and print, energy management and forecasting, remote monitoring and so on. This research can be used to demonstrate experimental teaching in high shool and train power enterprise technicians.
