According to the different environment characteristics of China, the environments are divided into five types. Concrete durability evaluation index system is established in connection with different influence degree of durability factors in different environment. Combining with the properties of entropy, the weight of each influence factor index in a specific environment is determined by using Extension AHP, in order to avoid the disunity and incomplete of traditional AHP and eliminate the subjectivity to a certain extent in the process of index weight calculation. On this basis, the application software of the concrete durability evaluation and the life prediction for existing structure is programmed, which is applied in the living example. The analysis result shows that the application software has some important application value and practical significance, which can evaluate the durability of concrete structure effectively.

The evaluation of airport logistics competitiveness can identify the airports’ advantages and disadvantages, and take certain measures to solve problems. In this paper, the airport logistics competitiveness evaluation index system has been built. The application of AHP method evaluates the logistics competitiveness of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HIA) and the other four airport of Asia Pacific in comprehensive. The advantages and disadvantages of HIA in logistics have been obtained, which provide a scientific basis to improve its logistics competitiveness. The conclusion of the study is of some practical significance.

In order to accurately and efficiently evaluate the effect of special physical training for football players, modeling and analysis of evaluation indexes of special physical training for football players were mainly carried out. This paper analyzes the construction principle of the evaluation index system of football players’ special physical training, determines the evaluation primary index system, and constructs the evaluation index system of football players’ special physical training through comparison and screening. On this basis, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index, according to the weight calculation results of the evaluation index modeling using multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation so as to get the evaluation results of the special physical training of football players. The experimental results show that the evaluation results of football players’ special physical training are consistent with the expert evaluation results, and the evaluation time is short, which can realize the accurate and efficient evaluation of football players’ special physical training effect.

Transformer life cycle cost risk was analyzed systematically and scientifically. Risk evaluation index system of the transformer life cycle cost was established based on AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) . The 1-9 scale of the risk indicators was used to determine the weight of the evaluation index system, thus the combination of expert experience with quantitative and qualitative evaluation results are realized. Application results show that the method have practicality and effectiveness and has theoretical and practical significance for proposed effective cost risk optimization and control strategies for cost risk factors to minimize the risk of transformer life cycle cost.

Electrical energy substitution is used as a national strategy to promote the energy consumption revolution, increase the proportion of electric energy in terminal energy consumption, increase the proportion of coal used for power generation in total coal consumption, increase the share of renewable energy in electricity consumption, and reduce air pollutant emissions; its importance in the national energy strategy is beyond doubt. Evaluating the potential of electrical energy substitution in various regions of China is an indispensable step in effectively carrying out electrical energy substitution. Only by clearly identifying the potential and characteristics of electrical energy substitution in each region can an effective electrical energy substitution strategy be formulated. This paper constructs a regional electrical energy substitution potential evaluation index system, based on comprehensive consideration of the influencing factors and regional differences in the potential of electrical energy substitution. The weight of each indicator is determined by a combination of cloud model and entropy method. The improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) evaluation model by connection degree is used to evaluate the potential of electrical energy substitution in each region. Finally, this index system and evaluation method are used to evaluate the potential of electrical energy substitution in twenty-five regions in the State Grid jurisdiction, and the evaluation results are analyzed; the effectiveness of evaluation index system and evaluation method are verified. The practical significance of this paper lies in providing important theoretical support for State Grid to implement electrical energy substitution according to local conditions.

According to the principles for index design, based on the existing index systems of other related industries, this paper proposed the conceptual model of internal potential influence factors for integration of freshwater fishery industry chain. On such basis, this paper screened out the observed variables that explain each influence factor, i.e. bottom indexes, established the comprehensive evaluation index system for integration of freshwater fishery industry chain, and then constructed the structural equation model for integration of freshwater fishery industry chain, and fitted and optimized the model by confirmatory factor analysis. Principal component analysis was applied to comprehensively evaluate the integration performance of freshwater fishery industry chain.

Effectiveness evaluations are one of the important ways to guide grid investment and to improve investment efficiency. Improving the effectiveness of grid investment evaluations is studied based on the optimization of the investment evaluation index system and the utility evaluation model. The index system is optimized by establishing an evaluation index system of grid investment effectiveness, considering the redundancy between the indices, and constructing an ISM-DEA model. The utility function model was introduced to fully consider the different risk appetites of decision-makers, and a utility evaluation model that takes risk appetite into account was established. An improved weight integration model based on multiobjective optimization was established by considering the minimum deviation and the trend-optimal objective function when setting the index weights. The calculation results show that the feasibility of the index system optimization model and utility evaluation model constructed in this study is verified under the premise of satisfying the assumptions. By adjusting the risk preference coefficient of decision-makers, the dynamic optimization of the grid investment utility evaluation results can be realized.
