For the subjectivity of attribute value in the fuzzy attribute information system, this paper proposes a construction method of fuzzy attribute information system based on DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Then an attribute reduction method based on the dependability degree of attribute is given. At last, the proposed method is implemented successfully in the optimization of evaluation index system.

This paper has set an evaluation index system for "two-oriented society", which was divided into four levels. The factor analysis was adopted to find out the public factors of input indexes and output indexes about conserving resources and environment, then the scores of all public factors were calculated, and the construction conditions of our nearly 10 years "two-oriented society" were evaluated by using the data envelopment analysis. The conclusion was that the construction conditions of Chinas "two-oriented society" showed a rising trend which was at the expense of the coordinative development of the subsystems. At last, some suggestions were put forward.

To establish the evaluation index system on relationship between urban mass rail transit and its surrounding land use based on transit oriented development (TOD) mode, the suitable methods and principles of evaluation index system were analyzed. An evaluation procedure frame was proposed based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) model. Then the evaluation indexes from urban mass rail transit system and land use system selected based on interactive relations between urban mass rail transit and land use under TOD mode.

The construction of index system is the basis of equipment system contribution rate evaluation, and is also one of the main contents of equipment test and appraisal. This paper discusses the concept of systems contribution rate, introduces the evaluation process of system contribution rate of information system equipment, and gives the construction principles and ideas of information system equipment system contribution rate evaluation index system. Then, referring to the theory of operational loop, the evaluation index system of system contribution rate is given from the perspectives of system capability and system effectiveness. The evaluation index of this paper can provide decision support for the development of equipment planning system.
