The change of international trade goods exchange rate transaction has an impact on economic operations and economic stability. Therefore, an international trade goods exchange rate transaction based on fuzzy granulation and in-depth learning is proposed. Based on fuzzy information granulation and BP neural network, this paper analyzes the interest rate evaluation theory. For the future expectation of currency exchange rate, portfolio equilibrium determines the proportional relationship of each component in the portfolio and analyzes the impact of asset price and exchange rate change according to this relationship. Then, it points out the risk evaluation index system, calculates the risk degree of exchange rate transaction of international trade goods, and then evaluates the risk of exchange rate transaction of international trade goods. It completes the research on exchange rate transactions of international trade goods based on fuzzy granulation and in-depth learning. The experimental results show that excessive exchange rate fluctuation will bring the same proportion fluctuation to the asset price in the financial market, and the coordination between exchange rates and the coordination of exchange rate and asset price can promote the steady growth of national economy.

The history of glomerular filtration rate assessment is presented, an important step of which was the glomerular filtration rate evaluation by the endogenous creatinine clearance (known as the RehbergTareev test). The article highlights the diagnostic value of the RehbergTareev test and its place among modern methods for assessing glomerular filtration rate.

This paper presents a method for the probabilistic evaluation of the failure rates of mechanical components in a typical power take-off (PTO) system of a horizontal-axis tidal stream turbine (HATT). The method is based on a modification of the method of the influence factors, when base failure rates, relevant influence factors and, subsequently, resulting failure rates are treated as random variables. The prior (i.e., initial) probabilistic distribution of the failure rates of a HATT component is generated using data for similar components from other industries, while taking into account actual characteristics of the component and site-specific operating and environmental conditions of the HATT. A posterior distribution of the failure rate is estimated numerically based on a Bayesian approach as new information about the component performance in an operating HATT becomes available. The posterior distribution is then employed to obtain the updated mean and lower and upper confidence limits of the failure rate. The proposed method is illustrated by applying it to the evaluation of the failure rates of two key components of the PTO system of a typical HATT—main seal and main bearing. In particular, it is shown that uncertainty associated with the method itself has a major influence on the failure rate evaluation. The proposed method is useful for the reliability assessment of both PTO designs of new HATTs and PTO systems of operating HATTs.

In this paper, the terminal air defense equipment system of systems (TADESoS) is studied as an example. The TADESoS is an important part of the joint air defense equipment system of systems, which mainly carries out the combat task to the low altitude flight target. The contribution rate evaluation of the TADESoS can provide theoretical basis for guiding the tactical plan of the TADESoS. Aiming at the problems existing in the evaluation of contribution rate of TADESoS, such as the difficulty of describing the structure of system of systems, the strong subjectivity of the evaluation method, and the difficulty of application of the evaluation results, this paper proposes a method of evaluating the contribution rate of the TADESoS based on fault tree. The method describes the structure of the TADESoS by multiattribute nodes. The probability of the top event is calculated by using the probability of the bottom event. Finally, based on the importance of the bottom event, the contribution rate evaluation model of the TADESoS is established, which solves the existing problems in the current research. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.

Covid-19 is a new and contagious disease that has spread throughout the world community. This disease has spread to Indonesia since early March 2020. One way to prevent the spread of this virus is by implementing activities from home. Budi Luhur University is one of the educational institutions that has implemented work and learning from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the teaching and learning process, the E-Learning application is the main tool used both from the faculty and student sides. The total and urgent implementation of E-Learning application which began in March 2020 caused several problems that reduced the comfort of students in carrying out learning process. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of student satisfaction and the level of use of the E-Learning application and its features. This study used a survey sampling method by distributing questionnaires and getting results from 115 respondents. The method used in this research is the Nielsen Usability method. Measurements were made using five criteria: Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Errors, and Satisfaction. Result show, although the average of each dimension is in the satisfied interpretation, there are significant differences in the level of satisfaction in each dimension. The dimension with the lowest average rating is the Errors dimension. This shows that respondents still find some errors when using the E-Learning application so that respondents do not show significant satisfaction in terms of the Errors dimension. In other side, result shows that the respondent thinks face-to-face meetings are still needed.
