In recent years, China’s economy has developed rapidly and the people’s material living standards have continued to improve, but environmental problems have gradually become apparent, which seriously threatens people’s daily lives and production. Therefore, the state is actively constructing industrial pollution control projects, hoping to improve China’s environmental pollution status and achieve green development. Based on data from 31 provinces in China in 2017, this paper finds that the construction of wastewater treatment projects significantly reduces wastewater discharge and has a significant effect on improving water pollution; while the construction of waste gas treatment projects does not significantly improve the status of air pollution. Further research found that coal Consumption has significantly increased the level of air pollution and weakened the role of waste gas treatment projects. At the same time, investment in technological innovation has significantly improved the state of environmental pollution.

The germanium metal industry of Yunnan ecological damage, environmental pollution problems are more serious, so to research Yunnan's the Ecological Chain of Germanium has important theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, reference to the existing research on the basis of ecological chain, analysis the Ecological Chain of Germanium in internal combustion; then based on the researching data to construct the model of the Ecological Chain of Germanium; the data on the basis of research to construct ecological chain model of germanium; Then from the low rate mineral recovery, backward of remanufacturing technology, insufficient of sewage and waste gas treatment investment etc to analysis the problems of Yunnan's the Ecological Chain of Germanium; aiming at these problems from the optimization of key enterprise, horizontal and vertical industry chain and compensation chain enterprises etc puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

The accelerated process of urbanization and industrialization leads to the increase of sewage sludge production. The reuse of excess sludge which meets the idea of sustainable development is aimed to develop it into resources. Preparation of sludge-based adsorbents with various functions provides a new way for sludge utilization as a resource in China. The preparation method of sludge-based adsorbents and its application in wastewater and waste gas treatment are introduced. Suggestions about the research direction of sludge-based adsorbents in the future are point out.

China’s industrial sector, which has a significant position in the world, is the main sector of China’s energy consumption and waste gas emission. China’s government has promulgated a Guiding Opinion, setting key regions to establish an emission reduction target of air pollutants during the 12th five year plan (2011–2015). Thus, there is a different regional treatment of industrial waste gas in China. This study considers the waste gas treatment expenditure as a new input and employs the non-radial directional distance function in the framework of the meta-frontier model to investigate the energy and emission reduction performance of China’s industrial sectors. The study is aimed at finding a significant and expanded technical gap between key and non-key regions in the energy and emission reduction efficiencies. The empirical result presents an effective method to improve the performance by increasing the emission treatment expenditure to reduce emissions.
