In this paper, the authors employ the multi-queue single-server system for information packets to calculate the theoretical value and computer simulation in the Bi-directional cable TV network. 3-queues single server polling system is used for example in the paper. And the simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and computer simulation are consistent.

The transformation of loss rate analysis for the Bi-directional cable TV network is becoming more and more important. In this paper, the authors employ the double queue single server system to the information of Bi-directional cable TV network in the analysis of information packet. The information of Bi-directional cable network packets are calculated and analyzed theoretically and the loss rate of the information packet is also simulated by computer in this paper. Simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and simulation are consistent. And the network of Bi-directional information packet using double queue single server modeling of cable television in the transformation of loss rate analysis provides reference to the theoretical analysis and computer simulation.

In this paper, the authors employ the M/M/1 system and single-queue and single-server system of gated service, the information packets of Bi-directional cable network are calculated and analyzed theoretically, and the loss rate of information packet is also simulated by computer compared to the theoretical analysis in the paper. Simulation results show that the theoretical analysis and simulation are consistent.And the information packet of Bi-directional cable TV network using single-queue and single-server system’s loss rate analysis of information packet in the transformation provides reference to the theoretical analysis and computer simulation.

For frequency modulate continuous wave radar, it is necessary and difficult to search the pairs of beat frequencies in an up-chirp mode and a down-chirp mode t o measure range and velocity of multiple targets. However, the inherent problem of FMCW radar is multiple targets detection. False targets can appearance because of mistaking the combination of these beat frequencies. A novel waveform named double-slope symmetrical saw-tooth wave is proposed and its corresponding algorithm is also introduced to resolve the problem of multiple targets detection for automotive anti-collision radar. Computer simulation results and theoretical analysis prove that the method is effective and practical for multiple targets detection in intelligence transportation system.

Parrondo's Paradox has pointed out that combined losing strategies can win. In Parrondo's Paradox games, the design of game B is critical. Currently there are mainly three versions, which depend on capital, history and space. We devise a new version of game B which depends on the capital parity and draw on the structure of the benefit matrix in the Prisoner's Dilemma game model. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results both demonstrate the establishment of this paradox version.

A need exists for tools to improve evaluations of the economics of landfill gas recovery. A computer simulation tool is presented. It uses a spreadsheet computer program to calculate the economics for a fixed set of inputs, and a simulation program to consider variations in the inputs. The method calculates the methane generated each year, and estimates the costs and incomes associated with the recovery and sale of the gas. Base case results are presented for a city of 500,000. An uncertainty analysis for a hypothetical case is presented. The simulation results can help an analyst see the key variables affecting the economics of a project.

This paper describes a current-mode third-order quadrature oscillator based on current differencing transconductance amplifiers (CDTAs). Outputs of two current-mode sinusoids with90°phase difference are available in the quadrature oscillator circuit. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency are orthogonal controllable. The proposed circuit employs only grounded capacitors and is ideal for integration. Simulation results are included to confirm the theoretical analysis.

In order to solve the problem of road feel feedback of vehicle steer-by-wire (SBW) system based on joystick, a road feel control strategy was established to analyze the road feel theory of traditional steer system, which included return, assist and damp control module. By verifying the computer simulation results with the control strategy from software of CarSim and Matlab/Simulink, it shows that the proposed strategy can effective get road feel in different vehicle speed conditions and could improve the vehicle maneuverability to achieve desired steering feel by different drivers.
