Weight is a real value reflecting the relative importance of the evaluation object in the comprehensive evaluation. After determining the indicator system, the weight of the indicator must be divided, in order to reflect the role, status and importance of the various indicators in the evaluation system of workshop process layout, which is to determine the weight coefficient of every indicator. In this paper, using group analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) and entropy method to determine the weight of the indicator of the evaluation system of workshop process layout.

Product evaluation is very important for product improvement and development, and subjective product evaluation determines customer’s evaluation of products to some extent, so the purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable subjective product evaluation system. In this study, we comprehensively determine the evaluation indexes based on Kansei engineering (KE), establish an overall product evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establish the subjective product evaluation system by classifying the evaluation indexes in the overall product evaluation system into “objective evaluation index” and “subjective evaluation index”, removing the objective evaluation indexes, and retaining the subjective evaluation indexes. Additionally, we select some modern chairs as experimental samples to verify the reliability and validity of this subjective product evaluation system by means of questionnaires. The experimental results show that, in this subjective product evaluation system, the subjective evaluation of the product is positively correlated with the “favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, and negatively correlated with the “least favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, indicating that this subjective product evaluation system realizes a symmetry between subjective product evaluation and comprehensive product evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this subjective product evaluation system based on KE and AHP proposed in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for product evaluation to judge the popularity of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.

The surface quality is always the crucial element of machined quality in precision ultra-precision metal cutting. A new concept that the surface integrity should include the edge quality of parts is put forward In this paper, the weight value of a series of characteristic parameters of surface integrity are calculated with using analytic hierarchy process, three basic methods of evaluating surface integrity are presented, and the comprehensive evaluation system has been formed which will theoretically play a great important role on rapid development in the precision machining.

According to the factor of the characteristics of the wall material, wall pressure, as well as the influence of the wall material, the article aims at the alternative wall material in view of the unobvious functional difference, and builds wall material evaluation system. Then based on the theory of gray system, the present article conducts a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis by analytic hierarchy process, and optimize the best wall material so as to provide a certain reference for the designing and construction side in the optimization of wall material.

The evaluation system of water environment security is improved by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) in determining weights of various factors of the system. First, priority judgment matrix is FAHP uses three-scale method to construct and then fuzzy consistency judgment matrix is obtained. It overcomes many shortcomings of traditional AHP, such as the difficulty to scale when assigning weights, the need to conduct consistency testing, a large amount of calculation and low accuracy of calculation. It is effective and reasonable in the evaluation of water environment security.

Reasonable black-start scheme is of great significance to power system restoration. The entropy method and improved analytic hierarchy process algorithm are applied in evaluation indexes determination. Compared to the traditional algorithm, it takes into account the objectivity of reality and the subjectivity of human experience and adjusts both relative importance by a impact factor. It dose.t need the optimization calculations. At the same time, the fuzzy consistent matrix is applied to improve the traditional analytic hierarchy process, avoiding the consistence problems. Finally, compare the pros and cons of each program by calculating the comprehensive evaluation index to achieve the program’s full sort. The calculation process is simple, the efficiency is obviously improved and the availability of the method is validated through an example.

By using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, the weight coefficient of evaluation system for low-carbon industrial park has been analyzed. The structure model and model matrix have been established. Combined with specialist suggestions, using calculation equations, the scores of the weight coefficient of evaluation system have been analyzed and determined. Finally a set of allocation scheme is developed reasonably and an evaluation standard for low-carbon industrial park is finished. Energy utilization and GHG management, recycle economic and environmental protection, financial security mechanism and application of planning are chosen as the criterion layer. The standard can be used as a guide to promote the supervision of low-carbon development for industrial parks in China.

A evaluation system was constructed and each weight of the indexes was calculated based on the principle of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), which were benefit of safety and sustainable development of chemical enterprise, emergency response capacity, accidents numbers and property losses The results show that emergency prevention capability and emergency preparedness capability are the key elements in the first-level indicator system. The plan initiation, drill, hazard source control and monitoring and early warning, emergency command, coordination and rapid response capability are the key elements in the secondary indicators.

Recently, the environmental issue caused by logistics of agricultural products has attracted a great deal of attention. In order to solve the problem, much of work focuses on green logistics to decrease environmental pollution. However, the green logistics evaluation system of agricultural products is insufficient. Therefore, establishing a reasonable green logistics evaluation system for agricultural products plays a key role in the development of green agricultural products. In this work, domestic and international environmental factors which affect the development of the green logistics of agricultural products are analyzed based on reduction, reuse, and recycling principle of circular economy. In addition, a series of evaluation indicators for green logistics of agricultural products are developed. A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is proposed to make a comprehensive evaluation for green logistics of agricultural products based on evaluation indicators. The method combined analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory, where a fuzzy transformation operator is introduced. The proposed method is applied for decision-maker in view of knowledge management. In order to verify the applicability of approach, the approach is applied to green logistics of Shandong agricultural products.

Because the personnel quality evaluation at home and abroad is mostly too subjective, it could not satisfy the requirement for the objective and effective evaluation, the fuzzy matter-element evaluation theory and realization based on the hybrid weight is proposed in this paper. The objective weight and subjective weight is Respectively proposed using the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process, and the hybrid weight is formed by the objective weight and subjective weight using the weight coefficient,thus the model of fuzzy matter-element evaluation theory based on hybrid weight is constructed. This method Overcomes the drawback that the evaluation index weight is too subjective, solving the problem that the qualitative indicators in the evaluation process is difficult to accurately measure and describe, the combination of subjective and objective factors affect improves the accuracy of the evaluation. The experimental results show that, the evaluation accuracy of the method for railway maintainer is more than 90% , this method effectively improves the detection accuracy compared to other methods. It provides the managers with a set of effective evaluation system and method.
