There are many kinds of materials and technology for asphalt pavement crack treatment. There are difference in treatment effect and the time spent, and significant differences between the treatment cost. In order to select reasonable crack treatment process and material, to choose the crack maintenance of advanced technology and environmental protection, it is necessary to put forward a scientific and reasonable method of asphalt pavement crack treatment. Three new concept of evaluation method of asphalt pavement crack treatment are put forward, such as durability evaluation index, economy evaluation index and process evaluation index. On this basis, the evaluation method of single asphalt pavement crack treatment is put forward, while the index of the quality of raw materials are determined.

Construction progress and quality are two important objectives in the construction of high core rockfill dam. It is of great significance to evaluate their control effect comprehensively. In this paper, the progress and quality of high core rockfill dam construction management are the study objectives. in order to achieve the real-time control of coupling them, the comprehensive evaluation method for the quantitative analysis of their complex relationship is proposed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms of the influence related factors in the construction process, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the high core rockfill dam coupling construction progress and quality is designed ; the comprehensive evaluation index data acquisition process is analyzed; the comprehensive evaluation method for the high core rockfill dam filling unit is put forward. finally, a comprehensive evaluation of high core rockfill dam filling unit model based on TOPSIS is established. Engineering examples show that this method plays a guiding role in real-time control of coupling high core rockfill dam construction progress and quality.

Wear resistance property is one of the important characteristics of the intrinsic quality of chains. Formerly, the evaluation index for the quality of roller chains was based on ISO606-94. However, because that version of standardization was mainly related to the exchangeability of dimensional parameters, it was difficult to assess the wear life and reliability of roller chains. The promulgation and implementation of ISO10823-96 makes it now possible to evaluate the life and reliability of roller chains. Based on the sampling theory, this paper discusses in depth the reliability evaluation method of assessing the life of roller chains. A method is proposed to obtain higher quality and reliable roller chains that show good wear properties. A sampling scheme for reliability inspection has also been devised.

To analyze the machining performance of grinding machine and improve the quality of tooth surface, this paper proposes an integrated model of processing performance evaluation of computer numerical control gear grinding machine. Based on the gear profile grinding machine kinematics principles, the topology modification formulas of tooth surface were deduced. Calculated the process capability index according to experimental data and found that the tooth surface errors were followed normal distribution. The main reason of formation errors was analyzed by cause and effect diagram. Finally, the validity of this integrated model of processing performance evaluation is numerically demonstrated using CNC gear grinding machine.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the determinants of innovation in handicraft industry of Fiji and Tonga. Design/methodology/approach – Data for this study was collected via face-to-face interviews with handicraft sellers in Fiji and Tonga. In total, 368 interviews were conducted in Fiji and Tonga out of which, 48 was from Tonga and 320 was from Fiji. Findings – The results of this study show that eight factors; namely, value adding, design uniqueness, new product development, cultural uniqueness, advanced technology, experience of owner, ability of owner to adapt to trends in market and quality of raw materials have significant impact on level of innovation in handicraft industry of Fiji and Tonga. Originality/value – To date, none of the existing studies have examined determinants of innovation in handicraft industry of the Pacific Island countries. This is a pioneering study that examines determinants of innovation in handicraft industry of Fiji and Tonga.

In order to evaluate the quality of public transport services quickly and accurately, time reliability degree is taken as evaluation index. The time reliability degree of the bus line can be got through the computation of the reliability degree of running and waiting time. In the end, the bus line of K362 inChangchuncity is taken as an example to show the evaluation process. The evaluation theory and method of public transport system is perfected by the result.

To this end, based on the characteristics of distribution network construction, combined with the internal and external development trends of power supply enterprises and development and promotion needs, this paper constructs a scientific comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method for the investment benefits of distribution networks, which is useful for scientifically grasping the investment needs and investment capabilities of power supply enterprises. It is of great significance to achieve a more precise and lean level of investment in the distribution network.
