CNC programming is from the part drawings to get the whole process of NC program, the core of the work is to generate tool paths, and then dispersed into the knife sites generated by the NC post-processing program. As one of the key technologies of CNC machining, the preparation of the efficiency and quality of its programs largely determine the processing accuracy and production efficiency. Engineering approach of this research complex part features macro programming design.

This paper studies the development of cutting strategy in the fabrication of freeform surface in ultra-precision raster milling (UPRM). The tasks of developing cutting strategy in freeform machining involve in the selection of cutting parameters and the planning of tool paths. An integrated system is built in this study to develop the cutting strategy, automatically generate NC program, simulate the tool paths and machining process, as well as make predictions for the machining time and the surface quality of the raster milled freeform surface. Experiment is conducted to verify the developed system and the experimental results show that the system is applicable for the machining of freeform surface in UPRM. This study therefore contributes to avoiding the need to conduct expensive and time consuming trial cutting tests to ensure the product quality in the freeform machining.

Concrete plays an important role in modern engineering construction. Concrete quality relates directly to the quality of the project life cycle and the safety of people's lives and property. Based on the theories and methods of IOT technology, this article applies IOT technology to concrete mixing plant equipment, creatively proposes an integrated system of concrete mixing plants, to control the whole process and the whole cycle of concrete production, and improve the quality of concrete. The practical application of the system has greatly improved concrete production efficiency and production quality.

The mold structure analysis is developed, and the process schemes and cutting parameters of the mold machine are optimized during producing mold based on the mold structure analysis. The paper describes the ongoing educational project, which is focused on increasing the quality of teaching and making the study more attractive by introducing new selective courses: CNC technology in bachelor study programs and programming of CNC technology in engineering study programs at the Faculty of Technology of the Technical University in Zvolen, Slovakia. The solution of the project is also to create a background for building a CNC machining workplace. Teaching programming takes place in professional CNC emulators that are commonly used in praxis. These emulators allow program debugging, tests, trajectory drawing and optimising and collision checking of tool and workpiece. Altogether 23 students successfully completed the introduced course. Within the project solution, five theses were defended. Keywords: CNC programming, CNC simulators, teaching, innovation, workplace building.

The compaction quality of the subgrade is directly related to the service life of the road. Effective control of the subgrade construction process is the key to ensuring the compaction quality of the subgrade. Therefore, real-time, comprehensive, rapid and accurate prediction of construction compaction quality through informatization detection method is an important guarantee for speeding up construction progress and ensuring subgrade compaction quality. Based on the function of the system, this paper puts forward the principle of system development and the development mode used in system development, and displays the development system in real-time to achieve the whole process control of subgrade construction quality.

The article discusses the quality testing of a measuring system consisting of a CNC machine with measuring probes. The research was conducted in a broader context regarding the implementation of the closed door technology, i.e., production without human intervention, in an aviation plant manufacturing aircraft gearbox systems. This technology may involve automated measuring operations performed in machining centers, and not in measuring laboratories, provided that the quality of the measurements is appropriate. The aim of the study was to investigate whether the CNC machining device can be used to measure the geometric features of aircraft gearbox housing. For this purpose, measurement experiments were carried out with the use of three different probes. Measurements were carried out using four sequences of increasing complexity, so that, after error analysis, it was possible to find the causes of possible irregularities. A reference ring with known dimensions and position in the working space of the machine was used for the measurements performed as part of the assessment of the measurement system. The quality of the measurements was evaluated with the use of repeatability and reproducibility testing and statistical process control. The analysis results showed that the tested measurement system ensures adequate accuracy and repeatability, and the measurement process is characterized with adequate efficiency in relation to the manufacturing tolerance of the components produced using the machine. Thus, it was proven that the measurement process can be carried out on a machining device, which enables its integration into the closed door technology.

In 2016 4.94 million tonnes of tyres were produced. Each tyre eventually become waste and pyrolysis has been considered an effective way of utilizing scrap tyres for several decades. However, pyrolysis has failed many times because the process has a great energy demand and the quality of products is unstable or insufficient for commercial use. Usually plants are focused on the production of pyrolytic oil or char and the gaseous phase is only a by-product. In this paper the importance of composition and quality of pyrolytic gas is emphasized. The main chemical properties make this gas a valuable biofuel that may satisfy energy requirements of the whole process (except for the start-up phase). Available data from literature concerning composition and other features of the pyrolytic gas from scrap tyres obtained at temperatures up to 1000 °C are compared with experimental results. The quality of evolved gases is discussed in the context of the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED), too. Finally, an analysis of the mass balances obtained allows a decision about the business profile and profitability.

Product data is the source data of product lifecycle in manufacturing enterprise. The quality of product data largely determines the effect of the application of Engineering analysis, simulation assembly and CNC programming work and so on. In order to solve the problems of the existing product data quality, such as validation custom trival, lack of high efficiency and flexibility, etc. The validation method of product data quality (PDQ) based on class was proposed in NX software environment, the representation of validation rules classes of product data quality, validation rules customization and implementation of validation process were introduced in detail in this study. Finally, an application case was employed to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper analyzes the forming process methods of fin used in CPU chip to emit heat. The whole process is blanking, the first forging forming, the second forging (sizing), and trimming. The chamfer design of CPU fin blank is simulated by finite element analysis. The optimized chamfer 1.6 mm is available. Semi-enclosed cold forging of progressive dies is put forward. The newly designed transfer unit is applied, which unifies the merit of high efficiency of the progressive dies and the high material-using ratio of the project die. Quick disassembly structure is designed and pins are used as quick disassembly pins by means of ball bearing bushing. The unique processing of the shearing scrap structure is adopted when designing the inverted trimming dies. Compared with the traditional die, the mechanization and electrization are realized to increase the production efficiency and get highly precise CPU fin.

In this paper a quality monitoring system for seismic while drilling (SWD) that integrates the whole process of data acquisition was developed. The acquisition equipment, network status and signals of accelerometer and geophone were monitored real-time. With fast signal analysis and quality evaluation, the acquisition parameters and drilling engineering parameters can be adjusted timely. The application of the system can improve the quality of data acquisition and provide subsequent processing and interpretation with high qualified reliable data.
