This paper considers the factor of a mechanism based on customer, with the purpose of getting to know the different characteristics that must be taken into account during the development of software as a procedure. This also involves the attending of all kinds of relevant person of the Information system model together with the users’ message exchanging experience. This paper offers a mechanism of the related role in the design of a software component as a procedure, with the target of confirming their attending outside and within the organization. The purpose is to create a component centered on the user, involving clients and experts to work collaboratively; and get usable software as information system.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the Integrated Management Information System Model, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles and to analyze their implementation in improving educational services in Vocational High Schools, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely in three Vocational High Schools that had implemented an integrated management information system and research informants namely the principal, vice principal, head of governance business, teacher representatives and student representatives. The result of this research is an integrated management information system model in SMK Malang Regency using the Master-Web application which is implemented in the curriculum, student affairs, public relations, finance, workforce, and counseling sections. The information generated can be accessed by the principal and used as material for decision making to improve the quality of the school. The obstacles are some human resources who do not master IT, are not disciplined in inputting data, lack of care, lack of infrastructure, and weak system security.

Information systems research has clearly recognized that knowledge management systems (KMSs) have different characteristics and requirements than those of a classic management information system (MIS). Beginning with the relationship drawn between data, information, and knowledge (Alavi & Leidner, 1999, 2001; Bhatt, 2001; Ulrich, 2001; Spiegler, 2000, 2003; Tuomi, 2000), through to the essential nature of unstructured and semi-structured information vs. structured information (Wu, Ling, Lee, & Dobbie, 2001; Lai, Carlsen, Christiansson, & Svidt, 2003; Fensel et al., 2002; Chou & Chow, 2000), there are many elements and areas in which the two diverge.

Continuous authentication was introduced to propose novel mechanisms to validate users’ identity and address the problems and limitations exposed by traditional techniques. However, this methodology poses several challenges that remain unsolved. In this paper, we present a novel framework, PALOT, that leverages IoT to provide context-aware, continuous and non-intrusive authentication and authorization services. To this end, we propose a formal information system model based on ontologies, representing the main source of knowledge of our framework. Furthermore, to recognize users’ behavioral patterns within the IoT ecosystem, we introduced a new module called “confidence manager”. The module is then integrated into an extended version of our early framework architecture, IoTCAF, which is consequently adapted to include the above-mentioned component. Exhaustive experiments demonstrated the efficacy, feasibility and scalability of the proposed solution.

Intelligent Transportation System is a new kind of complicated information system which includes many different wireless sensors. With the development in sensor technologies and their applications, it is important to focus on how to find the useful and real-time traffic information from the Intelligent Transportation System. Using this method of building dynamical data system model for the Intelligent Transportation System is the way to solve the data aggregation problem and minimize the number of the multi-sources data.
