Southern Xinjiang is a ecological vulnerable area, It mainly reflects in tree aspects: desertification, serious drought, saline-alkali, srong wind and dusty. Jujube tree can resist on drought, wind and dusty, saline-alkali, so we should develop jujube industry vigorously. This thesis description the natural ecological environment of Southern Xinjiang from geography environment, solar-thermal resource, water and land resource, and advantage of the development of jujube industry in Southern Xinjiang ,analyses the existing problems during jujube industry development, puts forward solutions,so this thesis has a big guide meaning to healthy and sustainable development of jujube industry in Southern Xinjiang.

Water loss and soil erosion will cause damage of city land resource, result in deterioration of ecological environment and maladjustment of ecology balance, so it will influence national economy and social development. The soil nourishment function of land greenbelt is the important part of ecological service function of urban greenbelt, precisely calculate the substance quantity and value quantity of nourishment soil of urban greenbelt is one of the important basis to scientifically determine value of urban greenbelt and evaluate resource and asset of urban greenbelt, it is also the important basis to realize city ecological civilization and sustainable development. Currently, there are fewer research of calculation methods for substance quantity and value quantity for soil nourishment of urban greenbelt, it has not formed relative calculation method suitable for urban greenbelt calculation method with popular meaning, comparatively uniform, suitable for water self-restraint suitable for soil nourishment of urban greenbelt This article will discuss the connotation, index of soil nourishment of urban greenbelt, as well as calculation method of corresponding substance quantity and value quantity, it has important inspiration and reference meaning to scientifically carry out the effective calculation and management optimization of ecological service function of soil nourishment in urban greenbelt.

The Southeastern Spanish Region of Guadix is a mainly agrarian territory located in the Granada province, which is in demographic decline and has low economic dynamism. Reversing such a difficult socioeconomic situation requires the implementation of policies capable of promoting demographic revitalization and fruitfully exploiting potential for sustainable development in the zone. Such policies must be based on an appropriate diagnosis of the existing problems. In order to provide elements to make said diagnosis, this research combines the use of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitatively, the evolution of demographic dynamics in the region have been analyzed, as well as its levels of occupation, education, its economic situation, or its environmental conditions. In this regard, correlation analysis, factorial analysis, and clustering have been completed with the aim of revealing internal territorial imbalances. A series of qualitative interviews with key actors has also been conducted. Finally, given the little success of development programs applied to date, among other things, it is concluded that a greater involvement of local actors in said programs is needed. Thus, these actors have to be involved in development policies, which in turn must take into account the socioeconomic, cultural, environmental, and geological resources available in the area.

The landscape industry has become one of the industries with higher resource and energy consumption, and the implementation of urban low-carbon landscape construction is of great significance to improve the ecological environment. In this study, the method of low-carbon landscape construction was studied from two aspects including the carbon source control and carbon sink, as well as both direct and indirect effect. The results showed that the low-carbon landscape construction can be controlled from five aspects including landscape planning, landscape design, low-carbon landscape technology, low-carbon landscape behavior and low-carbon policy. Through a series of low-carbon measures, carbon emissions can be controlled at a reasonable level during the urban landscape construction, which also promotes the sustainable development of urban ecological environment.

The sustainable development of the northern Shaanxi area has been severely restricted by the increasingly serious issue of the environmental pollution and ecological destruction in the energy and chemical industry base there. This paper, based on the thorough analysis to the investigation data about the environmental status and the existing problems of energy and chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi, construct evaluation index system of the base sustainable development. The paper evaluated comprehensively the level of sustainable development in energy and chemical industry base in Northern Shaanxi based on statistical data in past years. It reveals the contradiction and the plight of economic, resource and environment in the process of current base, and shows the urgent problems which must be solved in the future.

Theoretical and practical aspects of development of strategic prospects for the land reform implementation in Ukraine have been analysed, possible consequences of termination of moratorium on land sale and the need to improve management in the process of the national land reform implementation have been determined in the article. The main strategic priorities of land relations in Ukraine have been covered. The research vector is focused on taking into account principles of land resource management regulated by specific methods and forms of legal impact on the land market formation and free circulation of land in general, management in a particular area complying with theoretical foundations of basic mechanisms of public administration and regulation. The conceptual foundations of strategic prospects for the implementation of the land reform in Ukraine and the launch of the land market have been presented in the article. It has been noted that the strategic prospects for the implementation of land reform in Ukraine will make it possible to achieve economic, social and environmental effects and to implement a number of sustainable development goals. The main legislation issues and the need of certain changes, improvement of public administration in the area of land relations enabling the economic growth in Ukraine have been covered. The assessment of ecological environment during the large-scale development of islands is a major topic in the study of current coastal islands. Choosing the appropriate assessment method to evaluate the suitability of carrying capacity of islands and making relevant suggestions are significant to the sustainable development of islands. Ecological footprint method is used to analyze the ecological carrying capacity of Pingtan Island (PI) from 2005 to 2016 for promoting the coordinated rational development and construction and ecological environment of the island. Although PI is in rapid urban development and construction, the island maintains secure and stable ecological conditions. PI is used as a research case to analyze the sustainable development of the ecological environment through the carrying capacity of the island ecosystem.
