This paper studies the management of intelligent community network at present and technology development of internet of thing at home and abroad, in-depth analyze the existing residential property management system, and design the green energy-saving software platform based on Internet of things for intelligent community, the system platform takes Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool, taking SQL Server2008 as the database development environment. In order to meet the normal property management function demand, from the actual demand of the intelligent community management, increase the equipment management, file transfer, public security and other functions in the system. The software meet to the actual needs of the information society in the property management system, has a certain practical application prospect.

This article is in view of the development of residential communities tends to be intelligent, digital, network-based, take the property management of intelligent residential district as the object of study and analyze the application of Internet of Things technology in the property management system of intelligent residential district. The international experience of integrating building information modeling (BIM) into project management system with innovation implementation accent has been revealed in this article. The events carried out on federal and regional levels concerning the President of Russia directive on building construction industry modernization and construction objects transferring to life cycle management by means of BIM were analyzed. The large company experience of implementing BIM was summarized with describing some examples in different cities and regions of our country and thus the main directions of this technology development were determined. The key points of BIM and project management system pairing and impacting an innovation choice witch determine the project economic efficiency in the integrated management system were shown. The main reports of "Building construction projects technology and management: new practices and prospects" conference by Moscow Trade and Commerce Chamber were reviewed in this direction and problems of the new investment and construction project management technology implementation were shown. The ways to solve these problems were disclosed by work examples of PAO "Sberbank", and successfully working in our country firms Bilfinger Tebodin - BIM design and Beiten Burkhard -jurisdiction support. Some economic efficiency questions of BIM implementation were disclosed in the report delivered by The Plekhanov University of Economics (project and program management base department of Capital Group). Management system suggestions, regarding BIM implementation in Moscow construction were given.

Статья преследует цели показать необходимость применения современных процессов в управлении городской собственностью, необходимость доверять людям, проживающим в границах города и которые хотят, чтобы местные органы власти прислушивались к их мнению. The relevance of the topic of the article studied by the author is undeniable.The author's study is based on the need to apply digitalization in municipal property management processes, as is the case in different countries as leaders in the development of municipalities. The article aims to show the need to apply modern processes in the management of urban property, the need to trust people living within the boundaries of the city and who want local authorities to listen to their opinions.

With the rapid development of social productive forces and increasingly higher level of social life, the sports humanity as the core spirit of sports culture in informational times, which is the sum of the psychological aspects of sports culture from the cultural spirit. Its essence is the pursuit of truth, good and beautiful as the core values and ideals, people's healthy development as the ultimate goal. This paper discusses basic mode ,the basic framework of the multimedia sports humanistic information system, the processing technology, development environment ,tools and methods . Through the analysis program implementation elements and design ideas of multimedia sports humanistic information system, in order to set up multimedia sports humanistic information systems, we proposes a viable framework and models with a theoretical basis and practical value.
