 Nowadays it is inevitable in the development of the necessities of life, information technology that meets the requirements. There are programs that are made from a computer in making software. Community is a group of people who have the same taste and vision. The problem issued by the community is the large number of media that can accommodate every activity that can inform and can be seen by many people. Very limited media information provided is less updated and maintenance costs are very expensive compared via the website. Social communities are in dire need of information that supports and provides satisfying services for donors. Then a web-based community information system design was made. This design uses the RAD method. The stages of this RAD are covering information needs and interface requirements. Design phase of the interface design itself. This information system is designed to provide solutions as problems that exist in the community with a computerized system to be developed.

In the current era of globalization, technological developments are developing very rapidly along with the needs of the wider community. Information system application is one form of technological and information development. Mother and child data processing at Puskesmas Pedamaran, Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency does not have an information system application, data collection and data processing of mothers and children still use the writing method or manually using mother and child health books, the method used today is still at risk of experiencing data loss or buildup. Then the authors will conduct research with the aim to build and develop information systems data collection of mothers and children, which can help convey information in a mobile and easier to use in its use, using the waterfall method. The results obtained from this study are in the form of an application of information systems for data collection of mothers and children that makes it easier to provide information on maternal and child health and helps the processing of mother and child data at the Puskesmas. With the application of information systems for data collection of mothers and children, it is certainly expected to further facilitate the processing of mother and child data in the Puskesmas Pedamaran. Pada era globalisasi saat ini perkembangan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat luas. Aplikasi sistem informasi merupakan salah satu wujud dari perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Pengolahan data ibu dan anak di Puskesmas Pedamaran Kecamatan Pedamaran Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir belum memiliki aplikasi sistem informasi, pendataan dan pengolahan data ibu dan anak masih menggunakan metode penulisan atau secara manual dengan menggunakan buku kesehatan ibu dan anak, metode yang digunakan saat ini masih beresiko mengalami kehilangan atau penumpukan data. Maka penulis akan melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan  aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan ibu dan anak, yang dapat membantu menyampaikan informasi secara mobile dan lebih mudah digunakan dalam penggunaannya,  dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan ibu dan anak yang mempermudah dalam memberikan informasi kesehatan ibu dan anak serta membantu proses pengolahan data ibu dan anak pada Puskesmas tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan ibu dan anak ini, tentunya diharapkan lebih mempermudah proses pengolahan data ibu dan anak di Puskesmas Pedamaran.

In recording population data at Puri Cendekia 1 Jatinangor Housing conducted by the Head of RT, it is still done conventionally. This raises several problems, namely: difficulties in knowing occupant / resident data information that can only be known by the head of the RT, so that many residents of the complex do not know their neighbors, recording and information services of the community in a complex environment is still limited by space and time, so that if there is a need from the community can only be done at certain hours, conventional records in the population book are at risk of damage and loss of data. In this research the system development method used is using the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model, which consists of several stages, namely: Business Modeling, Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment. As for the system development tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of: Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. With the design of a Mobile Web-based community information system, it is expected to be able to: Make it easier in finding data on residents of housing complexes, Simplify data collection and community services without being limited by space and time, Avoiding damage and loss of data.


Preparation of information for community development along the Ladprao canal. The objective is to survey and create a database of the Ladprao canal community. And developing the community information system at Ladprao canal. Systematically collecting data according to the dimensions of the community Consists of 6 basic basic information. General health, economic, environmental information The relation of the household to politics and government and communication. Analyze information for quality of life development in 3 issues which are economic, environmental and health. The results of the research showed that Ladprao canal community that has completed housing construction. And there are already 22 communities in 2717 households. The total population is 3164 people, 47% males and 53% females. The majority of the population are aged 40-59 years. In the economic aspect, it is found that the main cause of the economy in every household's household is low and unstable. Because most of them are professionals earn daily but very expensive. Regarding the environment, the majority of the population have good waste collection and care for the environment within the household. For health, most problems are chronic illnesses. With non-communicable diseases. Therefore, all 3 issues are relevant and clearly linked. Especially the economic aspect which directly affects the well-being of the people The circumstances of each person are different. Affecting the care for the environment and take care of one's own health of people in the community, both directly and indirectly.

This paper studies the management of intelligent community network at present and technology development of internet of thing at home and abroad, in-depth analyze the existing residential property management system, and design the green energy-saving software platform based on Internet of things for intelligent community, the system platform takes Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool, taking SQL Server2008 as the database development environment. In order to meet the normal property management function demand, from the actual demand of the intelligent community management, increase the equipment management, file transfer, public security and other functions in the system. The software meet to the actual needs of the information society in the property management system, has a certain practical application prospect.

With the substantial investment from government and enterprises, the community information system is playing a more and more important role in citizens’ life. It is therefore important to measure the usage intention of CIS system from the different perspectives. By using theory of planned behavior, this paper wants to derive useful variables to address the problem of the low usage intention of CIS by citizens. The primary purpose of this study was to examine beliefs contributing to the public’s intention behavior to use community information system in their daily life. The secondary purpose was to investigate the efficacy of the decomposition of planned behavior model for such behaviors.
